I've decide that I'm not going to sulk around like a bum and feel sorry for myself, so I'll be rewriting your requests if it's not possible for me to get the data off my hard drive. In regards to commissions, I'll be opening them up when I get some free time.

That said, I will start accepting anyone who wants me to do a brief story to accompany any piece artwork. So basically it'd be those short stories you've seen my write on some of my uploads. I'll be charging $3 for this, so if you're interested, drop me a Note. I prefer to do macro pics, but I don't mind doing micro themed ones as well.

As to me doing longer stories, I plan on doing 3-5 page stories for $5. I think that's a fair price and if you want anything longer than 10 pages, we can discuss details further, but I was thinking that I'd charge $10 for a 7,000 word story and anything more than that is free.

Tell me what you think of the pricing. I want to make things fair, but I also don't want to sell myself short and undervalue my work.

They couldn't get anything off the hard drive. All my stories are on their. I had 2 that were about to be finished and 35 that I was writing. Tax docs on there, 20,000 pics of porn are gone...kill me.

Seriously, I spend waaaaaaay too much on furry por...I mean art and it's not financially healthy. I'm saving up for Grad school and my own apartment but I can't do that if I'm buying art every few weeks. And for what? Because seeing art of my character is gratifying or the fact I get noticed within the community? It's just not worth it.

I get that from my stories, I really don't need porn to tell me folks know who I am or to provide instant gratification. Art is nice, don't get me wrong and I LOVE seeing Sy drawn by my favorite artists, but I can't afford to do it now.

So I guess I'm not going to get commissions until I surpass $6,000 in my account. It's the only way to stop me from doing this. It's so fucking addictive though, like I really can't stop. Think of smoking cigarettes and trying to quit; it's pretty damn hard, ain't it?

I tried this in December but I eventually caved into that itch to drop the cash moneez on porn. Still, I noticed it became easier to ignore the journals announcing commission openings and the raffles, so there is some hope.

Ughh you guys have any tips that'd help me get over this?

Looking back at everything, now that the year is over, I'm glad I stayed on FA and didn't leave in May like I planned. If I hadn't stayed, I wouldn't have met all of you wonderful folks, nor would I discover my talent and passion for creative writing or be truly happy and have the confidence to actually come out of my shell (online and IRL) and make friends for the first time in 10 years. It's been a pleasure getting to know you all these past 6 months whether you're one of my best friends or simply an acquaintance, and don't you forget that!

Listen, y'all are my peeps and I love you a ton...you guys are da real MVPs!!!

EDIT: I just wanted to mention that none of this would be possible without the help of both  enorad and  dialuca01. These two have been there for me the most and are responsible for me being the way I am today. I wouldn't have stayed around if not for the help of these guys. I've asked some of you this question already, but I want to see what others think. I enjoy macro because there is something awesome about being the dominant being in existence and having power over those beneath me. I take it most of the evil/destructive macros would agree with me, but maybe not.

So tell me, why do you like macro?

My job decided they didn't want a menacing wolf to destroy the building, so they granted me time off in February. That means I get to take my 9-day trip to England.

I'll be staying in London and plan on visiting Paris as well. Will definitely make sure to take pics and bring back souvenirs, like I did last year when I went to Japan.

What I can't promise is that I won't go on a rampage and wreck the entire country...

-Sylen was supposed to be black, purple, and green?

-Sylen was named after "Cilan"; a character from Pokemon?

-In the beginning, I chose between 3 fursonas: a wolf, red-tailed hawk, and shragon?

-Sylen used to have the same traits, personality, and likes as me?

-I planned on having my OC Atlas, a fox, become my fursona?

-I have three OCs, two of which are size shifters?

-The story "City Destruction" was supposed to be the only macro story I was going to write?

-That I have a list on Word that currently has 25 ideas for stories?


So yeah that's just a little game I wanted to play with you party peeps today.

Just a quick update, and I'll be out of your hair.

1. I'm still banging out these requests, and one commission which will be done by the end of the month. Again, I want to apologize for taking so long with these. All of you who requested something from me had good ideas, and I want to make sure you receive the highest quality story possible. Now I should make it clear; with the exception of maybe one or two, these stories are going to be short to medium in length. While I would love to write your story longer than 10 pages, I just don't have the time nor the energy to do it.

2. Next, I just wanted to say thank you to my best friend  enorad for helping me get through some tough times these past 2 months.

Many of you don't know this, but I went 10 years, (2005 to 2015) without having any friends, and minimal social contact. When I first started on FA in 2012 I mostly kept to myself for 2 1/2 years b/c I was scared to interact with people on here, but Enorad, and all of my friends have helped me overcome that fear of online interaction!. Its even giving me a confidence boost IRL, and I've noticed I find it easier to approach people, and initiate conversations; I've even made a few friends at work.

I've had to relearn how to make friends, and keep such relationships, and it's been a struggle, but Enorad has been there for me. He's helped me deal with my tendency to berate myself, helped me recognize my talent for writing, made me take a good, hard look at my out of control ego, selfishness, and defensiveness. He helped me get over the one event in my life that was responsible for causing my low self-esteem, no self confidence, aversion to praise, and ultimately any form of social interaction for a decade. He's even pulled me back from the edge several times when I've wanted to carry out harm against myself when I've been at my lowest.

Enorad, you've been a true friend, and I'm glad I met you. But its not just him, I'm glad I've met all of you. You guys have helped me grow as a human being one way or another, and I can't thank you enough!

3. So I decided I'd go and give Tumblr another try again. I hadn't used it in over a year but I wanna expand my social network presence or w/e the kids call it these days. I'll try to post on there as much as I can since IDK or understand how to do Tweeter and nobody goes on FaceSpace anymore, so if you got a Tumblr you can check me out there. It's like my official blog. I'll post my drawings, other furry related shit, you can ask me stuff, and I wanna do a sketch Friday kind of thing where I sketch something that night and post it and maybe go from there.

4. Finally, I just want to tell you all that I put in my deposit for my partial *jumps with joy*. I'm using  dreammachine, and I can't wait to suit up! I'm also going to Fur the More, and Anthrocon next year! Never been to a con before, but I'm so excited to actually go to one. Hopefully I'll see some of you if you decide to go FtM and/or AC , and we can meet up, hang out, and wreck the city...I mean dance, yeah we can dance.
