Hey party people!

So I've finally got my writing mojo back and have started back up on the requests and the one commission, that I owe you all. I would again like to apologize for all of the delays and what not. When I did this, I didn't know I'd be working or that my schedule would be as screwed up as it is, or that I'd end up being burned out mentally, so in hindsight I regret taking on so much. As it stands, I work between 37 to 40 hours a week and if you're better at math than me (which you probably are) you can figure out that I work my ass off a lot. What this means is that I get two days off a week and those two days will go towards working on the stuff that I owe you.

I will be working on the easiest stuff first, so if you don't see your work started on, don't worry, I haven't forgotten about you, its just that your story will take much more time, energy and brainpower to complete. I plan to have all of this done by October 31, 2015. After that I will be opening up again for 2 or 3 slots and the person who brings the best idea will get a slot. More will be explained in the near future.

Hey guys, I just want to let you all know that requests will be delayed quite sometime because of my current issues of writing. Writing is no longer fun and hasn't been fun since I started MM, which has drained me so much. I have set unrealistic deadlines for myself and have been pushing myself to be perfect which is really making me anxious. Worst of all, I cannot write whatsoever. I just sit there with a blank screen, unsure of what to type!

So I'm going to be taking a break from writing for about a week and maybe more if need be. I just wanted to let you all know so there is no confusion as to why your request hasn't been fulfilled yet.

I've been seeing people do this so I decided why not. Ask me or Sylen anything you want; nothing is off limits.

So yeah, apparently a guy who I've been talking to on FA for sometime turned me down and said he found somebody already...*sighs*. I truly think there is someone who's enjoying watching me twist in the wind like this. What the hell I'm doing wrong relationship wise and why I'm so "unattractive" for some reason? Is it my personality or the way I look? IDK, I try not to let this get me down since it's a common occurrence and I'm used to be rejected, but it gets annoying.

BTW, today is a great day in America. Love has won, so please, take some time out of your day and revel in the historical aspects of what has just happened. No longer shall anyone who is not straight be denied the right to marry based on some archaic law. We should be happy about this, but realize we have a LONG way to go in the fight for equality for all. .

Holy shit, I've spent $170 on commissions this month...wow. I'm gonna have to get that under wraps ASAP before I end up broke. For now on, my limit for the month will be $75. Still, there are a lot of artists who I'd like to commission but cost a ton of $$$...curse my first world problems!

Ohh yes, why the hell not, eh? Figured if the artists can stream, why can't I? So I'll test it out next week to see if I like it. I'll definitely be using YouTube if I do it so make sure you have an account.

Its so hard to find a SO in this fandom.

Either they're too young, they want somebody close, they have a preference, they're to scared to commit or it's something else. *sigh* IDK, maybe its the way I look; I'm not that attractive, at least that's what I think...IDK, I'm beginning to think this is some cruel joke being played on me. Before I joined the fandom, I had never used Skype (despite having an account for 2 years) and was very shy on the internet. But once I started using Skype, I started to see a change and I can now say that Skype has helped me lose my shyness on the internet and improve my social skills IRL. I no longer feel scared to talk to people in public, especially since I kind of need social skills for my job, but most importantly, I've met furs who I'm proud to call my "friend".

So I already got my schedule for my job at Target and I have orientation tomorrow. It's 4 hours long, but it's paid so I guess that's good. So I've decided I'll be starting this little series called "Macro Mania". Basically is short stories no longer than three pages in length based around macro goodness. Behavior and Personality: Sylen is pretty calm, but can be hyper and energetic when he wants to be. He loves hanging out with his friends and experiencing new things, especially when it involves food or learning about other cultures. He's very loyal to his friends and family and will go out of his way to help them in anyway he can. He's an intelligent fur, but even he has a few "duh" moments and will sometimes over think stuff which causes him to mess up even the simplest of tasks. Sylen has a mean streak in him and is very domineering as a way of proving he's not weak or a pushover. He can be the nicest guy in the room, but if you cross him, he can be your worst nightmare and has been known to take on some feral tendencies if he's pissed off enough. That said, its rare that he becomes that hostile and overly-aggressive.

When he’s angry, stressed out or just felling a bit mischievous, he'll use his ability to grow and take it out on a city. He loves wrecking cities, but tries to keep that to a minimum and often times will control his urges rather than act on them.

History: Born to middle class parents in 1991, Sylen lived a pretty normal life at home, although at school it was a different story. Because he was deemed as different, he was made fun of and all through elementary and middle school, nobody wanted to be his friend and would go out of their way to make him miserable. The torment caused him to become very depressed and often times, would contemplate suicide. In high school the bullying became physical and that forced him to become more aggressive as a way to defend himself; this is why he's very domineering and has a mean streak in him. After high school, he decided that he needed to get away and settled on a college out of state. The move to go out of state led him to interact with more tolerant and accepting people who didn't really care that he was different. He joined various groups in college and met others who had the same interests as him. At parties, he never felt ashamed about being himself around strangers. He began making music as a hobby, which soon became a way to make a little money on the side. He made friends (even one who was also a size shifter) which made him happier and gave him an outlet to vent as well as socialize with others. In short, for the first time in his life, he finally felt like a "normal" fur. Probably the biggest thing though, was the enjoyment he got from abusing his powers, which oddly helped him gain a bit more confidence.

Since graduating, he works at SaveMart and plans on attending graduate school so he can become a Cosmologist.

WHO ARE YOU?
I'm a furry, you silly goose. Who are you?

WHY DID YOU BECOME A FURRY?
Well, I have always liked anthro characters, and I guess I got hooked on them when I was little. I actually drew a fursona back in middle school and gave him a back story and all of that jazz. The story is actually much longer than that, but it's kind of sad, so I won't tell it.

YOUR FURSONA...WHY IS HE NAMED "SYLEN"?
Good question. He's named that because I was watching Pokemon one day and I decided to name him after "Cilan", a character from the show.

YOU WANTED TO NAME HIM THAT?
No. But at the time I couldn't really think of a name and wanted something unique, so I just went with Sylen. I admit, I didn't like it at first, but it's grown on me.

ANY CHANCE WE EVER SEE WHAT SYLEN LOOKS LIKE?
Maybe. If I ever stop being a cheap/lazy SOB and actually ask somebody to do a ref sheet for me.

ARE ALL OF YOUR CHARACTERS BASED ON YOU?
All of my characters (fursona+OCs+secondary) with the exception of Atlas share 1 or 2 traits with me. Sylen is a loose representation of me as a person.

WHY IS ATLAS DIFFERENT?
Atlas isn't just a psycho fox bent on causing as much death and destruction as he possibly can like I often portray him in my stories, he's much more complex than that and I actually plan on writing a story that explores his origin and finally explains why he's the way he is. FWIW, Atlas allows me to explore darker themes that I otherwise would not with other characters and often times when I'm upset, I will write short stories with Atlas as the main character because I can channel my anger much easier with him as the main character as opposed to Sylen.

HOW MANY OCs DO YOU HAVE?
I have 2; Atlas (fox) and Ezra (dragon)

DO YOU DRAW?
I sketch in my spare time. I'm not good or anything, but I'm better than I give myself credit for.

WHY DO YOU WRITE?
Writing is relaxing for me and allows me to focus on other stuff besides playing video games 24/7. It also allows me to exercise my brain and keeps me preoccupied for quite sometime.

HOW LONG DOES YOU TO WRITE A STORY?
A detailed 5 to 7 page story takes me about 1 to 3 days depending on whatever else I have going on at the moment.

WHY DO YOU WRITE ABOUT MACRO? DO YOU WRITE STORIES OTHER THAN THAT?
Well that's two questions, but whatever. I write about macro because I love writing about giant monsters. I've always liked giant monsters since I was little so, I guess writing about them comes easy to me. As to the second part, I've begun venturing out into other genres aside from macro such as romance, which I oddly have no first hand experience in at all.

ARE THERE THINGS YOU WON'T WRITE ABOUT?
I'm a pretty opened minded person, but even I have standards. I will not write about incest, bodily functions (pee, poop, vomit, fart) and child rape. There are others, but these ones are automatically a non starter for me.

WOULD YOU EVER DO COMMISSIONS?
Absolutely.

So yeah, I've kinda known since I was 15 that God wasn't real and religion is a sham, but I went along w/ it anyway. Well, I can't do that anymore. It's time I start living life on my terms.
