Here's the deal:
I'm going to visit my home state in less than a week and I won't be back for over a week. When I do get back, around the 11th or whatever, I'm packing up and leaving FA~!
The adoptables that I have up for resell will be taken down when I get back.

Regarding Payment
1] Payments can be made at any time prior to receiving finished work.
2] Work will not be finished until payment is made in full.
3] Commissioner will not receive finished work until payment is made in full.
4] A rough sketch (at the least) may be made to show progress before full payment.
5] If a commissioner needs a refund for whatever reason, the amount refunded will depend on the amount of work done thus far.
>>>For example, if a commissioner pays for a flat colored fullbody and requests a refund at the clean sketch stage, they will receive $7 and the sketch.
(Note all commissionable sketches are clean, not rough. A full refund will be given if at the rough sketch stage.)
>>>Please, please understand the above. I work for the money I receive.
6] Payments may be made in increments. (2 and 3 still apply)
7] PAYPAL ONLY.
>>>I will usually send an invoice, which will require your email.
>>>If I do not, please don't mention anything about art, porn, or FuAffinity in your payment.

Regarding Time
1] Please let me know if you need your commission ASAP
2] Commissions can take several minutes to several hours to complete -in one sitting-
3] Commissions shouldn't take more than a month or so. Please message me after a month for an update.
4] Life happens, especially work and family. I try to keep everyone posted.
5] Feel free to message me and ask about the progress of your commission(s)!
Regarding Edits and Posting by Me
1] ANY changes can be made at the rough and clean sketch stage
2] MAJOR changes can be made at the line stage
3] MINOR changes can be made at the flat stage
4] MINOR changes can be made at the shaded stage
5] I am willing to make MINOR changes and fix mistakes at the finished stage, but I am not willing to completely change the character or commission without additional payment
>>MINOR changes include: bigger boobs, extra toes/fingers, longer hair, wider thighs
>>MAJOR changes include: different pose, entire pattern redo, extra limbs
Unless specifically requested, I reserve the right to post art I've done anywhere for any reason including but not limited to advertisement, social media, portfolio.
[b]Regarding Edits and Posting by the Commissioner
Unless otherwise specified, the commissioner may modify their received art in the following ways:
>Cropping
>Adding watermark
>Adding text
>Resizing
Commissioners may NOT modify their received art in the following ways (unless given permission):
>Erasing, changing, or adding parts
>Adding their signature and claiming it as their own
>Changing the pattern or color palette
(if it's an original adopt piece, please contact me about any design changes you would like made)
All art received may be used in any manner at any location unless otherwise specified as long as the use does not insult or incriminate the artist (me).
Received art may be posted for advertisement, personal decoration (at home, work, school, or website), or social media.
Credit must be given to me somewhere in the posted area, either by not removing my signature or at the very least mentioning my username SYLPHY or SINTRERI. You do not have to link back to me.
Please let me know if my art is sold with a design so that I may edit the description for the new owner.
If you are NOT the OWNER of the art, DO NOT REPOST IT ANYWHERE, unless given permission by the commissioner. You must still CREDIT ME SOMEWHERE.

I am opening all of my previously closed species for public creation and use.
I will be providing bases for free.
The same rules for the species still apply.
I will provide a summary of rules below each base link.
