I use TH for keeping track of my sales and who officially owns an adoptable. I'm also considering Ko-Fi since it also has a way to keep track.
I no longer handle sales via FA or DA because it's a real pain to archive and keep track of. All payments are via Paypal or Ko-Fi.

These are the TOS for my TH adoptables.

🍓 Owner gets full PNG without marks/background.
🍓 Owner can choose character prefs, pronouns, gender, etc.
🍓 Owner can port designs/colors to other bases/creatures.
🍓 Owner will get character Transfer from Toyhouse to their own account upon purchase.
🍓 Please credit where applicable.
