So, I went to Rainfurrest and got to meet a lot of cool people. I got to wander around, bug people like Shiuk and Werepuppy, buy a CD, spend a little bit on some stuffs, read some of my poems, and test out a new outfit and style of dressing. Despite a few hang ups at the con, I had an awesome time.

From the open mic night, put on by an awesome fur, I am pleasantly surprised by the reception of my poetry. So much so I am going to start posting poetry in an audio file so people can look over the lyrics and listen. It might help vitalize something.

But possibly the most fun I had at the con was going out for sushi and I got to sit on an awesome fur's lap! Yeah, I'm a sap <3

Are fun. I should do more. I actually feel competent with some of my poems, some of which I have or will at some point upload. Unfortunately, going through them, I find that a lot of them are either not good or sappy. I mean, I'm all for a good poem about love, but after so many failures you'd think I'd just give up trying. Anyway, I posted one of my better received, least sappy of the bunch poem.

I also forgot how much I love being in front of people with something I'm confident in. Now all I have to do is be competent and confident with something more enrapturing, like singing.

Anyway, cobwebs cleared. I'll try to keep them cleaned too.
