I'm writing this journal to announce that I've finally opened my "business" side, meaning that I'll start to sell adopts from today.

The first batch that I'm producing for now includes Anthro horses, look forward to them.

P.S: As a starting point, what prices should I go for to begin? Something like 10 USD or another price? Please let me know in the comments.

Alright, after the clarification update, I had to delete what wouldn't be okay now. For safety purposes, I kept the deleted files in my Drive, just in case I decide to revisit them again in the future.

Hi everyone!
Yesterday, I read the new update, and.. this comeback after the last bans earlier this year might be something I feared would happen again, and it did.

So with that said, I know that I should age up some characters, which is something I can do well, but now, onto the hardest part: 1st/single Stage Pokemon being small, Rookie Digimon that aren't Renamon or others of tall size, etc... Now they are something I'll not be able to touch and post on FA safely.

In few days, I'll go to delete all the pictures that fit in this group, and just stay with Aged up, 2nd/3rd stages Pokemon, Champion+ Digimon, and so on. I wouldn't my account to get deleted because of rules like that.

Here to begin a fresh year of 2023, hopefully to get better than 2022!

With what I had so far, I think that, for some of my plans, I'll be having to work more in an internship before I potentially get to be an employee; so with this, I might not have as much time to draw as the last 2 years. But I'll do what I can with that.

And at the same time, I'll still keep following my plan of making my own IP/contents without fanarts (except for commissions, trades and some collaborations), I can't wait to have a try at it.

We are hitting the last month of 2022, and I'm on my way to make one ultimate piece before it ends. With that, I came with some announcements:

1. Regarding my contents update, after a Twitter poll, it has been decided that on 2023, I'll spend the whole year doing original contents only (unless it's a commission/art trade/gift); so I'll be trying to make some monsters concepts in this month, and I'll refine them once the year starts, so I'll be using those creatures, and my OCs that don't belong to any existing IP.
So overall, I might end up working on an IP of mine, and I'd like to hear your thoughts or tips about that, for those you know it well; and also some creature suggestions would be appreciated, so it'd be like a closed/open species.


2. For the big part, I've been noticing some kind of comments in my posts lately: one type being a compliment, another type being like a particular joke related to a content of the picture, and one type fantasizing about being in the picture (maybe I'm doing a good job on the artwork to be the commentor's favorited pic).
For the last 2, there are moments when I can't get to reply to those type of comments because, I feel like a bit of cringe out of those (I don't know if it's normal to me, as I'm growing), but I'd feel like whenever I reply depends on the person I'm talking with and the context; and maybe because I'm not as "cultured" as many others, as we aren't in the same country, I'm not too sure.
What should I feel about this situation? I'd like you to let me know about that.

Hello everyone! Here, I have a particular announcement I have to make, and it's related to my contents.

If you have been around my page since August, and noticed that a type of content is missing now, you're right: those contents are M/M.
I came to a deeper realization after the fact that LGBT rights are forbidden in my country, which may cause risks of emprisonment, or worse in the neighbourhood.
So apparently, my sister caught me into this, and thinks that I'm doing it IRL as well, which I never do (I learned that I shouldn't let my fantasies take over my reality, and try to control them), so she told my mom, she hasn't called me to ask about that, but that I should change what I do. The reason for this is that apparently, drawing too much didn't let me working well at school and work, so I tried to reduce it from the beginning of August.

So overall, I don't want to take so much risks with what would happen to me, so I decided to stop making M/M contents for my safety, and maybe limit some of my Feral x Human pairings. That's all I wanted to say for today.

Now, I got a new laptop, and it appears to be faster than my previous one.

The specs are the following: Intel Xeon E3-1505M 2.8 GHz, NVIDIA Quadro M1000M 2 GB VRAM, RAM 16 GB, HDD 500 GB.

So here are my questions about it:
1- With these, do you think I can run a stream with these on Picarto with ease? if Yes, should I go 480p or 720p? knowing that I still have to regularly manage my Internet data that has been quite fast here.
2- If I had to stream for some of you to watch it, what would be the perfect time interval for me to begin? About it, my timezone is GMT+1, so I might have yours and hear your thoughts about it.

Here, as I put clothes on my current fursona, I thought about pulling artworks of some muscular characters in the fandom that you know, I might have a chance to pair them with one of my characters or solo only.

With the amount of Internet data I have gotten recently, I have been thinking about trying to do Picarto streams to do whenever I can, after my school (or in free days).
After a test I made, my PC ended up being slow, with the current components i have on my laptop:
- HDD 2 To (54% of the space is used)
- Intel Pentium N3710, 1.6 GHz
- 8 GB DDr3 RAM
- Intel HD Graphics 400.
- ... while my ISP speed is close to 8 Mbps

So with these, I am limited to many stuffs, even in art, and then, I have a question: What PC components matter the most? and then, what are the minimal requirements for a fairly good art streaming experience? If it's higher than my components, I will consider them in the future.

That's all I had to ask for today.

P.S: I forgot to mention that, because of the frequent power outages that occur in my country, I prefer to stick with a laptop, so if you have 1 component to propose, along with a laptop having it, don't hesitate to suggest it as well.

Meanwhile, I never realized that my Pokemon art, and others, had so many support; by seeing that, some confidence to continue Pokemon art has grown in me.

Sometimes, it happens that some of you hit me on my Pokemon art, either wondering if it's good or not; so I've been wondering myself if, with the 2 styles of Pokemon that I have, I should continue to draw them or not, after hearing that my current art style fit better with other stuffs.

In either way, I decided to put my hiatus on NSFW Pokemon art again, but this time it might take longer: definitive or temporary; that's because every time I get that type of comment, i always get a bit upset, and I can't draw for a long while.

I'd like to hear your thoughts about it.

P.S: I know that my cartoon style has some potential on it, but I have to reset things in my mind first, with the other style, as it's driving me crazy atm.

OK guys, we are coming to the year's end.

I wanted to bring a part of my new art resolutions for 2021.
As a creature artist, I think I should do more contents that aren't only Pokemon, as I seemed to have flooded my page with them in the year, even with your high support.

Like, I say myself that I should have done what I left before: transformations, dragons and more. I limited those because of my mouse - and also, I'll have a few days left before I get my 1st graphic tablet, so things should be easier.

So I have decided to do Pokemon again, but not too much this time, as I'll do a balance between that, Digimon, dragons and my other OCs, I don't want to stick much in the Pokemon fanart for some reason.

So that's all about what I'll do for the next year, as well under T-Ace as under PokegonTC.

If you see this, it's that I have decided to give up on my mouse art; I constantly had many problems on my wrist when I worked on it, and that my school has got intensified.
So I needed some liberty on my hands while I'll be saving money for my graphic tablet in the future, and I'm here now.
But don't worry, I'll have to do more traditional art that I should have done since a long time, so I'll make a good transition with the tablet.

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS.

Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Provide neat references.
Not a wall of text.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
Follow the rules provided in the commission journal, YCH or Adoptable deviation.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

II. PAYMENT

All commissions must all be paid in full upfront or halfway through.
The currency accepted is USD.
The main payment process is Western Union, but if events don't allow you to proceed to your transfer with it, you can use PayPal.

III. PROCESS

Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally ask for it and if the price exceed 50 USD.
WIPs might be given as well if I the artist, wonder something about the commission.

The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.

If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified as soon as possible.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small marking mistakes.

Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.


If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.


V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.

The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.


VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.


Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
