Fundraising Ideas?

Ok guys, I really need some help! Basically, I have created a goal
to fundraise my way onto a student ambassador program to the
Celtic region (in Europe). I need the money to go toward my tuition for a summer educational tour opportunity to study the culture of the countries and cities in the region my delegation will be
exploring. Since my family can't afford the expenses, I must raise
the $7,000 myself and really need some ideas! Can y'all help me out with brainstorming?

RELAY FOR LIFE cancer fundraising HELP! Also honor patients!
General | Posted 11 years agoI will be participating in the ACS Relay for Life this year... well it's only TWO DAYS away, and there are several things that YOU can do to help!
1.) If you know someone who has had cancer, please consider dedicating a luminaria in their HONOR or in their MEMORY for just $5. It will be part of a beautiful (and emotional) ceremony this Saturday night. At dark, they will all be lit up around the track, and if you can not make the event, I will take pictures of the ones you dedicate and send them to you via email. As some of you may know, I pay soccer. Well, I played soccer. I was taken out of this Spring season of soccer because of my struggling in school.
So instead of doing absolutely nothing.........
I have started Zumba!
Ok guys, I think I am seriously in love with Zumba now! It is SUCH a good workout AND it is SUPER fun!
I may look weird being the only 15 year old in there BUT I DON'T CARE!!! Honestly I think my confidence has already gone up in the past two weeks because of it.
The Zumba class I do is a lot of hiphop as well as a little salsa and very little Bollywood. I tried another class that was entirely salsa and Bollywood and I just couldn't get into it!
I am starting to love dancing OwO Iam slowly discovering what my booty can do XD I shake it a LOT in that class!
For anyone who has ever thought of starting Zumba, I highly recommend it! It does take a while to get used to the class, especially because they don't exactly explain what they are about to do, you just have to follow until you have it down! NO ONE in there will judge you either! It's the best!
GO DO ZUMBA!!!

Fur problems... (fursuit makers help?)

Ok. I told myself before to never buy too little fur for a project again. Whenever you go back and order more of the same kind, the color won't be the same. I did that with Taco and some fur is different on him in places but since it's black it's hard to tell.
Weeeell I didn't buy enough all at once again and purchased more for Zaphod. No biggy right? Wrong. So wrong.
I had to order more grey for the body and it just arrived. I laid it out next to the other fur I have any the colors are VERY OFF.
I can't get away with using that fur when the head is so different.
I bought it from the exact same link so that isn't the issue. The fur texture and length are the same, it's just the color.
Guys, I'm not entirely sure what to do at the moment... Do I try again and buy another yard? I don't want to give up!
I worked to hard on Zaphod already to just keep him as a partial! This is so upsetting. I really don't know.
I think I'll just buy yard after yard until I get the color I want.... what do you guys think?

TFF WAS AN AMAZING THING <3

OK WOW so, as ya'll may know, I went to TFF this past weekend! It was my first ever convention and it was a BLAST! My whole family was there, though never all at the same time except for right before we left.
My family on the whole thing~
This convention was a test run of sorts for my parents. They had never even met a furry before this convention. There were some things that startled them and so my little brother (he is 5) wasn't brought back after the first look-around. I will be honest, it was the cross-dressers that made my parents hesitant. That and the smoking (though my parents didn't mention it, I could tell) were really the only things that my parents didn't like. They were extreeeemely bored the whole time though because there really wasn't anything for THEM to do if you know what I mean. My dad read in the corner and my mom was always on Facebook lol. My little bro didn't really have anything to say... which was understandable because he's 5. However, the thing he DID say was that it was too bad we didn't see Telephone. My sister wasn't super into it because it isn't her thing, but she said that she did enjoy seeing me have fun, which I thought was pretty cool of her :D My parents also said that they were happy I was having a fun time. They could really tell I was having fun when I was suiting, especially my dad (which is the person I was trying to impress the most).
MY experience
HNNNGG GUYS I HAD SO MUCH FUN!!! At first it was awkward because I didn't know anybody and because I was super worried about what my parents were thinking. Things started to look up whenever I ran into 
greywolf2342000 who was super nice to me! He gave me a few tips about the schedule and how to find everything which was SUPER helpful! THANK YOU!!! I barely made it for the story/art/music improve with Fox Amoore and Blotch which I thought was pretty cool :D There were some jokes that I looked nervously over at my parents after but luckily I don't think they got any of the species related ones so that was a relief! (involving horses and fox tendencies lol) Next we went back to the hotel room so that I could change into suit. When I got back to the con-space, guess who the FIRST person I saw was?! THIS BEAUTIFUL CHICK 
starrik who was AWESOME and introduced me to some lovely furs whom I saw here and there throughout the entire con. We went and did the fursuit games which were SO FUN! We then went to the headless lounge where I really was able to officially meet everyone face-to-face which was nice. Those frozen towels are glorious I can't even tell you. I think fursuit improv was next? Idk it all was a bit jumbled because I kinda went with the flow X). I also WAS going too watch the Fox Amoore concert but it got to be too late for my dad who really just wanted sleep. I didn't want to push anything.
I slept well other than the fact that the hotel THOUGHT IT WOULD BE JUST DANDY to wake us up at 3AM FOR NO REASON. THANKS HOTEL, LOVE YOU TOO!!! At breakfast I took the liberty to explain to the Starbucks lady at the hotel exactly what all of the fluffbutts were doing there (she was so confused lol). I think I did a pretty god job with it! Then I headed out without my suit for a few hours when we want the tail-end of the suit building 101 and the whole Macgyver panel with my mom and sister. We went to the Dealers Den to check out some stuff and also to the art show, which was something my mom seamed to really appreciate! After all that I went back to the hotel and VERY QUICKLY threw all my stuff into my suitcase and suited up because check-out was at 2:00. I ran to the fursuit parade and met back up with starrik and also met 
antimon (thank you so much for the awesome crotch jams) and 
hotcoffee and 
milkboneunderwear and SOO MANY OTHERS WOW so many suits it was a SEA. I was REALLY hot after that parade! I went to the headless lounge and met 
vitaislade face-to-face (I had seen him the night before along with 
rokosho) and missed the photoshoot :P never even saw it. I heard they ran out of room anyways. Oh well, next time. After that I just hung out and romped about in my suit, playing with random people I picked up and then finally had a nice little conversation with 
swish. The last thing I did was HARDCORE BREAKING THE MAGIC while I walked around the entire con headess with convention staff looking for a credit card terminal to pay for the single piece of artwork I bought lol.
A couple side things
People actually wanted to meet me! Like, people were LOOKING for me!!! ;w; that was a total and pleasant surprise!!! There was also this one guy who tried to hook up with me which was a bit creepy because I had never met him before and he had only JUST heard of the fandom the day before. Once he found out how old I was he backed off BUT OTHER THAN THAT XD
Thank you everyone for such an amazing experience! I met so many wonderful and creative people and I really hope I can go again next year and the following years to come!!!

It REALLY needed to happen before TFF and I would say it was a pretty easy fix.
Before when I would breath out of my nose the hot air would blow back into my face so I couldn't wear it for too long but I fixed it!
