Yup it's been awhile since I've done anything as far as FA goes. With with that out, I'm going to just rant about my place where I work.

The boss wants us to practicability do the impossible during night time where I work. I'm not going to say what it is. Some of you do, other's don't. They want me to the amount of time when I take orders and hand out the order to the customers 30 seconds less. This has been implemented some time ago. However when it's during night times, it's like really people... It's not like your at some up scale place like PF Changs. They think to themselves, what favorite action hero shall I pick today that I can nom and fill me up. Now if I had it my way, we remove the entire menu and only have 1 menu item out there. I can assure you that the speed will increase by 15Xs fold. I can imagine it now "Um, do you have uh..." My response will be "NO! We only have that, and that's it would you like that?"

Another thing that drives me up the wall is there drunk friends who make completed idiots of themselves and disregard you the person who just wants to take there order as some sort of slave then cuss you out when you do event the smallest of things wrong. My solution: Put a few Gatling guns with a easy to press button that will eradicate there very existence as they are off the property. That way you can start weeding out the bad genetics of stupid parents for even having a child in the first place.

What else... Oh yes... Stupid people in general. Lets talk about a Co-worker who I need to constantly remind him and his broken English what to make sure he does. No matter what, he likes to just do things fast. So fast at times he keeps walking out one of the doors where I work at and not checking to make sure it's locked on his way out. This goes back to drunk friends who just like to wonder in there at times and swaying back side to side trying to look at our products then mysteriously passes out or pukes on the clean floor. Just imagine if some random guy comes walking into your home and then decides to ground hog the floor and takes a crap right on your carpet. How would you feel? That's pretty much how it is for me.

Then the last thing I want to talk about is cleaning... Due to the amount of idiots and or drunks, they make a complete and total mess of your work place and when one of your co workers can barely move (who usually cleans up the lobby) is now doing a small portion of your work, then says okay now I need you to do what I usually do which takes a lot of time. I got plenty to clean at my work during night times since day time doesn't do that type of work. They got EZ mode, and as for me I get shafted from all three ends: The customers, the manager, and now the co-workers. So um, that would be the mouth, the ass, and the bellybutton?

Orally raped by the customers, ass raped by the boss/manager, and belly raped by co-workers. Disturbing either which way I look at it. Yes, I'll keep on doing what I need to do, however it does feel kinda good venting from time to time.

Many of us wonder why people have such hard lives that they want to end it for the sake of being gone from this world. We have done our best to say how much better we are compared to the next stranger we meet, and instead of helping them or seeing what problems they have, we concern ourselves with our own problems instead of seeing that others might have larger ones then ours.

Gizgiz was one of those people who needed our help and sadly we missed the red flags saying that he needs help by a long shot.

There is no real blame here since no one knew about what was going to take place or why. What I am saying is that we need to stick a bit closer together and help make sure that nothing like this takes place again. Check up on one another and see how everyone is doing from time to time, and if you truly believe something is wrong or even a hint with the person throw your own problems away and look into it. Keep asking, keep them close and spread the word. Inform a admin or even go out of your way to seek immediate help through proper channels.

Gizgiz will be missed by many, and although even I didn't have the chance to meet him I wish I did. His friends say that he was a fun caring pup who liked taking pictures of his dogs and other animals or him playing with his computer.

We missed the clues and hopefully one day some beauty will come from this ugly situation.

When stuff get's over 1,000 submissions, would you like a filter?

It's not that hard to do. For me, I don't want to see normal cute stuff. Lets get right down to it, I want to see art that I enjoy and want to paw off to. So have some simple filters. Like: Male/Female/Both, Normal/Adult/Extreme Violence, Gay/Straight/Bi.

Make them check boxes then have the server sort for you.

It took me over 5,000 submissions to look at over a period of more then a week at 200-500 a day.
