Police says it was not my fault and the guy in the other car is giving false statements.

Insurance tells me to go fuck myself cause I did not crash into the guy causing the accident so it is purely my fault for hitting the other car.
Their take on it is, I should have just frontally rammed the guy running me off and possibly risked both our lives.

Right now I am in week 3 of my open ended Night shift and the strange hours start to take a toll in the form of me getting a bit disconnected from the daily life.
That has positive and negative aspects.
I avoid a lot of bullshit but also miss a lot of people I like to interact with.
