Posted 6 years agoI recently got ina wreck at a roundabout. They of course did what me and my mother was sure theyd do. Make it 50/50 since not OBVIOUS who was at fault (HER FOR SPEEDING IN A ROUNDABOUT!) Her 2019 Dorango barely scratched. And they say mine is a total loss now! So now im in a rush to do paperwork and find a new car before they say my rental is done with!
So im cutting my advent and not taking any more slots unless already have bought slots before!
I bhave already gone ahead and rolled for the sold slots and messaged everyone their prizes.
Life is just too hectic right now to be practically goign to post office daily and having to spin daily for what the prizes are. Cheap Mystery Advent Calendar

I wanna find a fursuit reference sheet artist to redraw my current sona, a sexy bad ass shark, into a adorable plushie bunny version in a fursuit style so I can then use it to find a maker! By fursuit style i mean like this one: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/15694762/ . I would go through that artist except their prices are way out of my price range after so many years!

This page originally was for crafts but ended up mostly art or cheap color base commissions.

Im looking to commission someone whos willing to either fully create or work off a current fursuit head file of mine and create more species off of it. Its a basic canine and Id like others like DAD and cats and such.
These files are printed where I will then make a 3 peice silicone and plaster mold to make molds of the heads for expanding foam! Head in photo was originally commission from someone on upwork but im looking into commissioning someone already in the community. Obviously must be okay with me making a mold and selling bases and fursuit heads made from it.

Fursuit prop Etsy Store?
Posted 6 years agoI was thinking of opening a etsy store for my fursuit props? Wasnt sure how well sales are on etsy though.
I just moved out and rent a already an issue as im used to throwing hundreds into savings each month for emergencies!
I havent posted photos of my props here yet! But was thinking of adding them to my etsy first so then when i post pictures I can link to etsy where can order them.
So yall think would be smart? Or waste of time and have to pay all their darn fees just to even post the props on etsy? TFF Meme

The few commissions I have I will be working on tomorrow. Im feeling a bit better. Gonna just chill today. First day off in a while that I wasnt busy with life things. Tomorrow ill work on stuffs and finish everything up. I GOT A TABLE AT TFF AAAAAAHHHHHHHH
Posted 7 years agoAHHHHHH! IM SO EXCITED! I ACTUALLY GOT A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE TABLE AT DEALER DEN FOR TFF 2019!
I still have a good ammount of yarn tails left over from last year! But now I know im getting a dealer den table so I have to work on a lot of other products. Mostly plush fursuit props. Dragon egg candles! Big plush dice! (Cuz d&d theme of course!) Also will be trying to practice drawing more and draw up more buttons and stickers since people seemed to like my eeveelutions during the eevee community day for pokemongo! ) Will be selling AND TRADING FOR ART fursuit head bases made from my mold (both feline and canine)
This will all start in a bit. I still have a ref sheet gotta finish for someone. But dealing with the passing of my grandma right now. So sad but also OMG YAY TABLE AT CON. Grandma Passed Away
Posted 7 years agoMy grandma passed away yesterday. I was told when I went on break and turned phone on to see text.
When I went on break I was going to see if my boyfriend would like to meet her before she passed as she had been sick for about a week. So going to break and seeing that was just saddening.
But heres the story. My gramma was a quadriplegic. They gave her about 3 years to live because in that condition any sickness was a death sentence. Well she then went 28 years never getting sick even once as she just controlled her environment so much! It had to be done for survival. But suddenly she got phenomena. Her lungs kept filling up with fluid and since she is quadriplegic she couldnt cough it up so she kept getting worse. They had to put her induced coma for a bit and had tubes all down her throat.
She made them send her home even tho she kept getting better then worse then better than worse. She basically just went home to die. She hadnt slept all week except for the induced coma as she was scared if she fell asleep she wouldnt wake back up . The hospice gave her a sedetive to help her sleep. And her worries were right. During her sleep she just stopped breathing and passed away.
I feel so bad because my part of the family kind of cut her out of our lives about 3 years ago as we were tired of her using us and beign over all ass hat but her other daughters family was just angels straight from heaven. So n0ow I have this unnerving like guilt that she died thinking i hated her and wanted her to die. She was only grandma I knew growing up as dads mom like disowned us for a while. But right when i plan to visit her before she dies she dies.
And now all her life she said wanted to be cremated which is the cheaper option and right at death she changed her wishes to be buried and her medicare or medicade is only putting like $300 or so toward her funeral. So now the rest of the burden is on the family.
Anyways just needed to rant a little I guess? Just a lot to deal with. Doesnt make matters better that part of my name i was named after her.

Posted 7 years agoWelp my family wanted a nice portrait of our beloved childhood pet Tramp!
My brother decided to post on Reddit while I posted else where! We found artist and paid their $100.
Magically 2 days later it was done we just figured didnt have a queue! I told me boyfriend while it did look like tramp the nose was different. Because it was fully black while tramp's nose was mostly pink. But we just thought artist error! Until I tried to find the artist through the signature at the bottom! Because I wanted art of another pet we lost a few years ago to heat stroke.
The photo we were given was drawn of another dog almost exactly a year ago. And this guys portraits are like $800 something for the smallest sized painting! So yeah. Trying to go through paypal to get money back!
But someoen on reddit is using a true pet portrait artists art and selling them to people who recently lost pets that look similar to the photos.
So yep trying to get refund. But also if you know any really good realistic pet portrait artists please link me Life update
Posted 7 years agoSo life update. Ill try to make it not long.
Back still in pain. Care now doctor put me full duty. All they ever put me on was ibuprofen and flexiril that makes me fall asleep while driving or even while standing at work. They even wrote down that my condition was worsening but yet lowered the dosage of both medications. (Tho i personally never felt they were helping)
I finally got to see a specialist and had to pay $350 out of pocket and have to try and make workers comp compensate me for it. He said i am able to work full duty too but is gonna get me an MRI. Workers comp denied CareNows request for a MRI a few weeks ago. Still didnt give me any new medication.
Anyways so still in pain though it might be improving. But as the week days go by its harder and harder to last the whole 8 hour shifts. and now im short on even more money.
I wont be working on commissions this weekend very much because I will be trying to sell eeveelution buttons out in DFW during the pokemon go eevee event.
