Going to be in PA for 2 weeks~! (6/22-7/6)

 CassieCass and I will be in PA for 2 weeks (June 22nd to July 6th).

We will be going by train for hours and hours tonight, guhhhh.



We will be staying in the Allentown area.

Visiting family and stoof. :v



It won't affect Cassie and any commissions she gets, though!

She'll still have her laptop and tablet. n_n

Let's help her get some attention! o/

I'm not sure if many of you know, but   CassieCass and I are planning on moving soon!!

So Cassie has been trying to be more active on FA, in hopes that she can start up commissions to make money to help with the move.

She currently has 5 slots open for her Dropped the Chalk pose for very cheap!

She also has a commission sheet in the works~

(If you're interested in prices now, send her an IM! The prices are already set, just working on examples!)



So any help we can get, is very much appreciated.

We have so much we still need to do and prepare for, but money is tough on us at the moment.



(I'm sorry if this has turned into a whining journal, guhhh~)

The main focus I want to be known is that Cassie is trying to make her way in the FA community, and needs help!



So if you can commission her, or maybe even spread the word~

Artist Beware

I've been forced to submit an artist here on FA to Artists Beware, and I sure hope the moderators accept the post so others can know about her.

If anyone is curious WHY..



I commissioned this artist back on August 1st, paid and everything, then received nothing.. except excuses whenever I checked up on her.

I really liked her, to be completely honest.

She was a sweetheart when you talked to her and commissioned her..

Until I found out that she was doing this to other people as well.

She makes new accounts to avoid her previous commissioners, which I caught her doing with me.

This newer account had people complaining about their business with her as well, resulting in her completely disabling the profile.

I finally spoke up to her, asking for a refund today (December 1st), and she BLOCKED me.

This isn't how you should be treating your commissioners..

I paid $29 for her art, and I'm fed up with this.

Thus my post to Artists Beware.



To those of you out there who may know  Fuzzly (or any of her new accounts), PLEASE watch out.

She will constantly make excuses after accepting your money, and will NOT actually do any of the art.

I really don't want to see others out there getting hurt...

I decided I want to learn to draw.. o3o

I've been admiring all of you artists here on FA for so long, and I really want to give drawing a shot..

I'm really, really nervous about this, to be completely honest.

I have a hard time dealing with failure. .__.

But, I will try my best to practice, and not think of things as "failures".

More as.. "experiments"? Iunno, haha.



So, for my very first experiment, I tried to draw this photo of myself: [Real life ref].

I know it's not very good, but here is my attempt: [Oh gawd, why?]



I'm not sure how everyones' first attempts look, but I'm pretty alright with mine.. >w<
