My Saturday Adventures. FUCK. >:C
General | Posted 15 years agoOkay, I went to a funeral Saturday in Cleveland. I live in Cincinnati. Left at 6 AM. Drove 3.25 hours to get there. Did all the services and stuff and was finished by about 4:30 PM. Left back for Cincinnati at like 7 PM or something. 8:30 PM, we get a call saying that someone from the funeral is stranded and we (my brothers and I) are told to stay with them cause they have a kid. So, we sit there until midnight waiting for someone from up there to come down to Columbus.
After they get there, try to figure out what's wrong with the car (turned out to be an alternator short or something), we follow them the rest of the way to Cincinnati. About an hour away from Cincinnati, they break down again, and we have to wait another 2 hours for their parents to come up from Cincinnati until we can leave.
Sooo, what should have taken a 3.25 hour trip turned into somewhere around 9 hours. God, we have HORRIBLE luck. ._.
Everyone went right to bed when we got home at 4 AM. Now I will second guess "quick" trips like that. >:C

A family update
General | Posted 16 years agoJust thought I'd send out a post while I'm over at my mom's house for the weekend. My great aunt died about 12 hours ago. I'm okay cause I never really got close to her (or anyone in the family). My mom and grandpa have been having a hard time with it, but they will get it all straightened out soon enough. My mom has plenty of animals to keep her mind busy.
On another note, I found out that our 14 year old beagle is slowly dying of heart failure. Nothing is wrong with her right now, but we don't expect her to live past the end of the year. She's mah baby cause we've had her since I was 10. Now, we've all known that this was coming cause, let's face it, she's an old hag now. :3~ But yeah, I sooo don't want to see that day coming when it does.
That's my update so far I think. Any questions, just ask.
Oh oh, I has a PS3 nao. Sorry you damn xbox fanboys. >:C

General | Posted 16 years agoDon't know what to think anymore. I'm starting to get tired of the lack of communication with people that say they are friends. Friends actually TALK to other friends. Ignoring people while talking to others isn't showing that you care about them. What does it really show? Nothing. Then again, maybe it's my fault for letting myself get close enough to people to actually think highly of them. Maybe that is it. At least that's the opinion that I'm starting to get. Time after time, and it's always the same result. Then again, I was talking with someone the other day and they just suggested that everything was my fault. Of course. Why not? That's what the people involved said too. *sighs* Fine, everything is all my fault.
