You can bang your pipes or smoking accessories against them as hard as you wish with no fear of breakage nor harm. These suckers are fire, slip, and water resistant. Perfect for cars if you lack an ashtray or better yet it even doubles as a cup holder. Holds one regular 12oz aluminum can perfectly. Ashtrays aren't the only thing going on either, also have sculptures and other accessories. I know I sound like an infomercial but check 'em out ^^. Trying to get this running :3
