So, not too much has changed in my life. Still a lonely tiger, but still have a job and a roof over my head.

One thing that will be changing here, though, is I would like to start sharing my craft. I paint figures, which can be seen by the last thing I added here, which was a competition piece I knocked out. I know many probably won't be interested, and probably some may not even think of this as art, but I want to share it nevertheless.

I don't know if I'll ever start doing commission work for figures, but in the meantime I'd like to build up a portfolio of sorts. If you think this change interesting, or if you even read this, do please post your comments/interest/lack there of, below. Thanks all.

Hey there all, thought I would update my journal since the last one was almost a year and a half ago at this point. Things are going well, job has been awesome, life has been alright, might have some awesome news around January about life, but we'll all have to wait till then XD. Been helping out  nai-chan with stuff... uhhh.. been playing lots of games and have gotten back into LoL, Eve Online, Destiny, and a few others... so many games... Anyways, that's all I really have atm, and if any of y'all want to play a game together, I'm ALWAYS up to play some multiplayer games XD.

So! Funny story, three days ago I was having some strange pain down in my lower right abdomen, like the area just behind the muscle was really sore, but I didn't think much of it. Then told my mother about it the next day and she was like, "Hmmmm does it feel bulgy? Could be hernia." I replied that it didn't feel that way and I hadn't done anything that could possibly strain it enough to do that, which she then replies that it could be appendicitis. Do keep in mind though that that conversation was two days ago, and by then I had found ways to stand or sit or lay that didn't aggravate it or make it hurt at all, so I was just fine and dandy at the time. But I decided to look into appendicitis, and since I had 3 out of 4 of the major identifiers for it, I decided that I would set up a doctor's appointment to have him verify it or not. That day I called him up but they said his schedule was locked and that I would have to call the following morning to get an appointment, even though I said that it could be appendicitis (which can kill you if it bursts btw), but I decided that since the pain had gone down but was still present (meaning that if it had burst, the pain would have gone away and I would be feeling totally sick and puking and all else as my body starts to go septic heh...), that it would be ok for one more night. And lo and behold, it was fine!

Went to the doctor, he verified that it was probably going to be appendicitis and immediately had me go next door to the hospital for a ct scan and such which verified it completely and they told me that the operation would be that day. Keep in mind that I have never been operated on, never have been put under with anesthetic, nor been cut open for any kind of injury, so I had no idea if I was allergic to the anesthetic and such, and was kinda scared. However, everything went well and there haven't been any complications yet, but the areas where they entered hurt a lot more than my appendix did three days ago. On pain meds for now and I can't wait to be moving around normally again heh.

In other news, Tak will be in the 4th Puppy Love game for his third appearance, so look forward to finding him and his secret ending for those who like my Masked Tiger. Oh and if things keep going well with the ACC stuff I'm doing, I will have a job probably by next month, which I have been trying to get for a while now, so Yay Me! XD Hope everyone's days are going well and I think that will be all from this guy here. I'm going to go back to resting. Bye for now!

Don't you hate it when you go in for a job interview, everything goes well, everyone you talk to you just hit it off fantastically, and you leave there feeling just plain awesome? Makes you feel great, until the call later asking about what your GPA is, the one black mark on my record, and ruins the chance you had at a truly dream job. Not sure if anyone actually reads this, but damn that just plain sucks, feeling so confident and proud, to feeling like total shit in a matter of 5 hours. Just feeling like crap now.

Ok! So, umm, I'm looking for some commissions for two very particular ideas that I don't see much going on around FA but I might be looking under the wrong rocks of course hehe. So I am looking to you guys to maybe point me in the right direction for one similar to this picture:

Mostly I love the way that looks, the regal look, refined, and I think would be great for my fursona for those who know me.

The second commission idea is basically taking my fursona and dressing him up for the upcoming release of MONSTER HUNTER TRI!!!!!!!!!!! FUCK YEAH!!!!!! *Starts foaming at the mouth while pictures of Rathians and Rathalos dance about in his head*

Anyways... I haven't gotten an idea on which armor to dress him up in, or the specific weapon for him to wield, although I have a good idea it will be a lance or gunlance....

So, I shall quit blathering on and ask that if you guys know any who have a very high quality and refined look for these pictures (I love detail work, especially for the second one), please please please please please shout on my page or send me a pm.

Well, finally that little voice in my head that kept poking me and telling me that I should probably start getting some of my sketches up and onto FA finally grew to a size where I had to give it the light of day. So yes, I will start getting all my sketches I've drawn over the years (yes, even the ones that are on binder paper because I did them during some class or something) will be put up on here. I even went and updated my profile information as a start so you guys can start to get an idea of the kind of sketches I draw.

I do draw Fur's, although the subject I take pride in in sketching is weapon design. You will notice a trend with all the characters I draw though, they are male, that is mostly because I have reference for that that is easy to get (for those who don't get what I mean, I am a guy), but also because I've always been self-conscious about drawing women, probably due to my upbringing.

Anyways, enjoy the sketches or don't, and don't complain about a majority of the stuff that I will be uploading about how its on binder paper, it isn't my fault that the class was boring enough for me to be totally concentrated upon a sketch which I deemed worthy to keep. I've found a lot of my older sketches while looking through notebooks and need to get them scanned in but for now I will upload a few sketches I apparently scanned in a while ago to show off.
