General | Posted 3 weeks agoIt has been quiet a long time since I've posted anything so I thought giving an update would be helpful.
For those that don't know, near the end of Oct 2024, I began to get very sick. I won't get into too many details here but if you're not squeamish and want the deets, check out the Dinner at Yiffany's podcast, where I posted an episode going into details on why I suddenly disappeared.
Now, for the reason for this post.
For fans of the podcast, we've been working in secret over the last year, while I rested and recovered from a near-death illness. Mark your calendars for January 3rd for the first official episode of Season 4. We'll be renaming the current "Season 4" episode as...something else, idk. We'll also be releasing a special episode between Christmas and New Year's with all of the changes we're implementing and along with some special surprises.
All of that was to really come here and say, Thank you. Thank you everyone who left comments on the episodes wondering where I had went. Thank you for everyone who continued to support the show even when new episodes weren't being posted. And, especially, a big Thank you to everyone who never gave up on me and continued to encourage me to not let this show die after all of the effort I had poured into over the last several years. I will freely admit, I was in such a deep mental hole that I was about to just burn it all down. However, my friends, and strangers alike, poured such kinds words toward me that I feel like I can't let them down now.
So thank you so much. It absolutely means the world to me to know that I can bring smiles to faces and to know I'm making people feel emotions simply by speaking. As we move forward, we're going to try to be better about posting updates and other things so please, stay tuned.

Coyotl Award Nomination

Dinner At Yiffany's, the podcast in which I and a few others narrate and voice act furry erotic fiction written by indie furry authors, has been nominated for the Coyotl Awards!!
I am beyond thrilled about this nomination and shocked that the show was even considered!
The real honor, however, should go to all of the amazing furry authors that have allowed us to perform their stories on the show. Without them and their amazing creations, our show wouldn't be what it is today. As an author myself, I understand how hard it can be to not only write but to create a story that people actually want to read.
Thank you to everyone who listens to our show and thank you to all of the authors who have or will have their stories on our show in the near future. You are all amazing!

My account was hacked
General | Posted 2 years agoSo, some of you may have noticed that my account was very suddenly changed to spout a bunch of very hateful stuff. For those of you who know me personally, you know that this is not the type of person that I am and actively abhor that type of behavior.
My account is now back under my control and I'm doing my best to clean up any of the filth that the attacker left behind. If you happen to see any very hateful comments, I apologize greatly. Delete the comments or hide them

I feel compelled to make this journal

Been sick for a bit and my mom is still in the hospital but after today's US Supreme Court decision, I feel compelled to speak my thoughts. Just using this as an outlet and if it offends you, good. You're the exact type of person that I want to offend.
First, today's ruling is an absolute travesty and who do we have to thank for it? Republicans, all of the dumb as hell Trump supporters, and lastly, Conservative Christians.
Republicans, since the original Roe verdict, have been pushing to have it overturned.
Trump Supporters helped to elect the very person who appointed the judges who made today's decision.
Conservative Christians, with their "pro-life" movement, fail to understand that supporting life after birth is also "pro-life"
To all of these groups of people, go fuck yourself sideways with a rake.
Obviously, there's much more to this entire thing and I'm only highlighting a few things.
Again, if you're offended, I don't care, nor do I need or want your support. If we allow this to continue, who knows how many of our rights are going to be stripped away in the name of some dusty old book about an invisible man in the sky telling us how to live.
As Ana Kasparian from the TYT team once said:
"I don’t care if you’re Christian. In fact, I will fight for you to have your religious liberty and practice your Christianity. I believe in that.
I don’t believe in Christianity, which means that you do not get to dictate the way I live my life based on your religion. I don’t care what the Bible says. You have every right in the world; all those women who identify with your religion have every right in the world to not get an abortion, to not take birth control. But they do not have the right to dictate my life and what I decide to do with my body. I don’t care about your goddamn religion.
I’m so tired of having non-stop conversations about what the Bible says. You live your life in the way that you interpret the Bible. Again, I don’t care. But you don’t get to take the Bible and tell me well the Bible says this in this chapter in this verse. I don’t care."

Yesterday saw a good gathering of peeps join us to hear four horses shooting the breeze (with a healthy mix of dirty talk of course) while three of us did the arty stuff on Picarto multi-stream.
We'll try and kick off around 8pm EST.
The stars have aligned and the small herd of "Hawt Horse Artists" (as we jokingly labeled ourselves will be streaming together on Picarto - with special guest and fellow horse friend, the horse with the hawt voice: Ta'kom Ironhoof!

Each month will feature a new equine-sona (belonging to their respective owners of course) that I've befriended over the years.
