Grabbed A Room For Anthrocon 2015
Posted 11 years agoYup, I was able to grab a room at the Westin for AC this year. Though, for now it is a king room from Thursday-Monday but this may change if I happen to snag a double room later. If I know you well enough, we can work something out as I need to get two others in the room since I already have 
SolarFlare rooming with me. The total of the room stay is $788 and with it split 4 ways, it will come out to $197 per person. I'm very laid back with rules but main things to follow though. No parties, not bringing random strangers without asking if it is ok, have at least some form of decent hygiene, and if there has to be any naughty time, just let me know and I'll let you get on with your business. Other than that, that's about it. :P
More details to follow, as I am just putting it out there for a heads up if anyone needs a room.

Midwest Furfest 2014 Post-con Report
Posted 11 years agoI'll just make this a bit short since there was so much going on that weekend. From what started out being an alright time in the beginning of the con, it improved throughout the weekend. Aside from the chlorine gas attack that happened at the hotel, which I am lucky nothing bad happened to me as well as most of the attendees. I still had a great time, especially meeting quite a few new furs and some who I never get to see all that often as well. Also had a fantastic time on Thursday night during my set. I was quite shocked to see a good number of furs on the dancefloor. Hope to see you all next year again! <3

Posted 11 years agoThis con turned out great once again like it has been on previous years. I stayed with some great roommates at the hotel and also met quite a good amount of new furs. Though, I will admit. I ended up doing more this year since the weather cooperated and I didn't get sick during the con as well. Definitely did quite a bit of suiting as I had planned. Of course I did DJ on Saturday night and the crowd as well as the vibe there was amazing. I will have to say thank you to all who came on by that night, you all are awesome!

Megaplex 2014 Post-con
Posted 11 years agoJust came back home after having such a great weekend at Megaplex. The con started off a bit slow when I arrived on Thursday, but it really started picking up on Saturday which was a great change. Though, I was very impressed that I was welcomed by quite a few people who I have not seen in months or even a year, so it was great to see them again, even the staff was happy to see me. Sadly, I didn't suit or do as as much as I thought I would have from being so exhausted at the beginning of the con.
Now when Sunday came around, I started going all out on being a bit more active at the con. Ended up getting in suit to get some photos in the photoshoot with myself,
SunriseFox and 
Roo3k which actually was entertaining, then went around to give other people hugs and get more photos while being a silly fox in suit still. As the evening came, I was scheduled to DJ at 9pm which did have a better turn out then I expected and even got a few comments from other attendees saying how well done my set came out. After I finished up my set, went to stay around the dance until my friend 
dj_KAiZA went up to play. Ended up listening to him for half of his set until my other friend 
Sef_Highwind asked me if he can suit around in my suit for a bit. I ended up letting him wear it and it was so hilarious to see the reactions of other furs when there was two of me walking around.
Overall, the con was alright for me. There just didn't seem to be all that much to do this time around, especially with events. It felt like there was a bit less than previous years. Will I end up going back to this con? Of course, it's the first con I went to 5 years ago and it will always stay true to my heart. :)

Back From Anthrocon 2014
Posted 11 years agoIt's been two years from the last time I went to AC, and I'll have to say this time I really enjoyed it more than I remembered the last time since it happened to have a different vibe. I've met so many great friends at this con and some old friends who I haven't seen for the longest time, it made my experience quite amazing. I'll also have to say this was the first AC I actually had the chance to fursuit at. Ended up having a blast being a part of the huge fursuit parade they have as well as wandering the con and getting a lot of photo opportunities. Will this be a con I will go back to? Most definitely and probably for many more years to come. Until next time, I'll be looking forward to next year! <3

Needing An Opinion

Is my character's design boring to you all? I don't know... I just get this thought that there is nothing special about it, and feel maybe I should change a few things just to make him stand out a bit more.

FWA 2014 Post-con
Posted 11 years agoI'm now back home after such a great weekend at FWA. The elevators weren't as bad as the year before, but then again I was staying in the upper floors. I did meet some new friends as well as a few familiar ones, Also ended up suiting quite a bit, even played a few games in the game room while in suit to make things more interesting and silly. On Saturday night, I had my DJ set and that turned out fantastic, the crowd was really into the music, so it ended up making my night. I will admit that the weekend went by way quicker than I thought, but that usually happens at cons. :P Anyway, I shall be back again next year.

Life Update
Posted 11 years agoIt appears that after a long period of being at a low point, things seem to be finally picking up for me. I ended up getting called in the afternoon that I am hired for a position which I thought I never was going to get. After hearing the good news, made my day so much better and it also gives me a big weight off of me. So, now with this big issue taken care off. You shall see this fox around more often again at cons, as well as more art in the future!
People Leaving FA?
Posted 12 years agoSo, I have been seeing all these journals popping up today of people leaving FA all because of something that happened with a certain user. I really thought I should just put my word into this whole situation.
I really don't understand what the problem is. If it is not related to you or doesn't affect the site's function, then I don't know why there is a need to be bitching about it and rage quitting FA. If that's what you want to do, then go right ahead. It won't change anything much on here. I've been on FA for almost 7 years now and seen all the problems FA has gotten with their Admins and Moderators. There was a few things which I didn't agree with over the years, but I didn't end up bitching about it. I just moved on and dealt with it. I mean sure I made accounts on other art sites like Weasyl and Inkbunny, but I only use those as backups in case this site is down and sometimes it is good to post your art on multiple sites than just one. All I am really here for is the art and the community, not for some drama bullshit or what Admin did what. If that's all some of you people complain about, then I feel very sorry for you and you definitely have some issues.
I am not trying to stir up any drama here, I'm just getting tired of seeing the same shit happening every so often and it really starts to flood up the journals that I really want to be reading. Maybe FA should have a filter option to just block those kind of journals. Anyway, I am done ranting and I'll still continue to use FA until it shuts down for some unexpected reason or the world ends. :P
