I swear I'm alive! I'm finally done with school, and only have the internship left, where I have a fantastic title. Since school damaged me so much with all the work, I'm not used to having free time and forget what to do with it. So while I slowly adjust to not having heavy work load on my shoulders, I might just take on a few commissions every now and then and just generally "arting" here :3

Upon commissioning me, you agree that you have read the FAQ along with the Price Guide and agree to the following:
If you fail to comply with any of these rules, you will be blacklisted and may not commission me.

PAYMENT
All payment will go through Paypal in USD only, unless exclusively stated otherwise.
The commissioner pays full up-front, unless I say otherwise.

REFUNDS
There will be no refunds for finished pieces under any circumstances.
If I have started, at least $10 will be non-refundable, maybe more depending on how far I’ve gotten.
You may only be refunded in full if I have not yet started on your order or decide to cancel your order.
If you payed extra for a deadline that I could not keep, the additional fee will be refunded to you.

PROCEDURE
Please have patience and be prepared to wait at least a week for your finished product.
I have no set schedule on when I work on things, but since I'm busy most of the week, I try to work during weekends.
Make sure to understand my strong and weak sides by reading the do's/dont's list here. I’m not good at everything.
It is your responsibility to provide me with any information I require for a commission.
You will be shown the sketch during the process and are only allowed to make changes during this time.
No changes will be made after sketching unless I make a mistake on my part.
Re-drawing the whole sketch more than once will result in an additional fee.
Once you approve of the sketch, I will continue working on it until finished.
When I am finished, I will provide you with the finished files.

For designs, I will provide you with two or three different ideas for free and present them to you.
You can then choose one of them, or mix them, and let me know about possible changes you want.

If you decide to give me full freedom on your order, do not complain.

DEADLINES
I have no solid schedule on when things will be done. I can, however, give you an estimate.
I will update you with the status of your commission and possible delays, but please don't bother me about it.

There will be an extra fee of 30% if you want your order to be done within one week of the initial request.
I will not be held responsible for finishing too late if no deadline was made clear in the initial request.
I hold the right to turn down or cancel a deadline, given a good reason.
Cancelled deadlines will be refunded and the commission will be finished or cancelled upon your decision.

PERMISSIONS
I retain the copyright to the art, even if the character(s) belong to you.
I am allowed to post the art in personal galleries and use it for art books, samples, etc. unless agreed otherwise.
You are allowed to upload the piece anywhere as long as you clearly credit and/or link me.
You are only allowed to upload the upload-friendly version publicly, and not the original.
Your order, unless discussed otherwise, is for personal non-profit use only.
You are allowed to use the image (with proper credit) for personal use such as icons, prints, T-shirts, etc.
If you wish to make any kind of profit from it or buy the copyright to an image, you will discuss with me first.
You do not have the right to any image of mine without my consented, expressed, written permission.
I retain the right to refuse your commission for any reason.

ART COMMISSIONS
When and how often do you open?
Commissions will open whenever I have time for them.
I very rarely open, however. At the most perhaps once a month or so.
I will post a journal entry whenever I open for commissions.
You can usually see if I'm open or closed on my user page.

How and when do I order?
Info on how to order will always be given when I open.
So please take time to read through to avoid any confusion.

What info do I send you?
Please have at least one full colored reference picture of the character(s).
I don’t accept lengthy text descriptions so please keep them short and to the point.
If you don't have any reference pictures with your order at all, there will be an additional charge.
You may also add references for poses, clothing, accessories or other.
I can’t read minds so make sure you describe your order request with accuracy.
In other words, the more references, the more accurate it will be in the end.

How much does it cost?
Prices will always be put up when I open.
Please refer to the commission guide here.
Keep in mind that prices can fluctuate depending on your order request.

How and when do I pay?
I accept Paypal only.
You pay the full price along with any transfer fee that may occur.
I will only accept payment up front, or after I have shown you a sketch.
I will not continue further past the sketch unless I have received full payment.

No.

Can I withdraw/change my order?
Yes, you can withdraw or change it at any time up until I start on it.
I will let you know before I start to give you a fair warning.
Once I have started, at least $10 will be non-refundable.
Depending on how far I have gotten into the order, it may be more.
When showing you the sketch, you may change smaller things for free.
If you want a much bigger change done, there will be an extra charge.
I won’t accept changes once coloring, unless I made a mistake on my behalf.

How long do I have to wait?
I draw because it’s fun, and do so on my free time. I focus on my day job.
Sometimes I lack inspiration and I need time for it to come back to me.
Forcing myself to draw will result in bad quality and it won’t be as fun anymore.
So please be patient. I don’t want to give you something I’m not proud of.
Once I start on your piece, I usually finish rather quickly in a few days.
If you want it finished before a deadline, be prepared for a 30% add-on.
Deadlines are not charged if they are over a week from the date of the initial request.

What do you draw?
I will draw anything you'd want me to as best I can.
If I can/will not do what you're after, I will kindly let you know.
I accept original characters only. I won’t do fan art or draw in a certain artist’s style.
Fan material and fan OCs are an exception though, as long as they are not copyrighted.
However, I am flexible and can alter my style a bit to better fit your request.
