Hey everyone! This is really kind of awkward for me because I never write these journals about my own life, as I often doubt there's anything I can talk about that anyone would really be interested in. But I figured I'd give it a try anyway.

So for starters, I got a call today and I'm now employed for the first time in four years! I'll be working as an overnight stocker at Toys R Us. No word yet as to how much I'll be paid or what exactly my hours will be, but I'm going to guess they'll provide that info at my orientation on Tuesday. It's also a seasonal position, so unless they change their minds and decide to hire me on as a regular employee, the position will end sometime in January. But hey, some income is better than no income, right?

After paying for things I need to be paying for, I'm hoping to have additional money to do things with. I know I definitely want to get my mate, Allaun a nice Christmas gift this year, seeing as how I could do squat last year. I also hope to be able to save some money back for my Clock Tower project "It Happened in September..." so I can get that off the ground. Besides all that, I'd like to get a regular commission or two at some point, but we'll just have to see about that.

My Signal~Boost account is going on indefinite hiatus, since I won't have the time to update it. I made a separate journal for that though, but I'd like to restate what I did there that if anyone would like to take over running things there, even temporarily, feel free to note me and we can discuss it.

(Commission Project)

Part 1: Artist Search
Find 6 artists to participate in the project. Each artist will receive $50 for their participation, which will consist of one of the pictures in the series and drawing one of the cast characters on the title page. The $50 will be paid at the time that the commission is officially taken, which will occur after the cast has been filled out (Part 2). With this in mind, the artists who join in this project should have commission prices are set such that this would be a fair amount to pay, either paying even with what they would normally charge for this service or overpaying their normal rates for the sake of paying each artist a uniform sum. Artists may also get an additional commission if the auction winner chooses their bonus picture to be added to the project.

Part 2: Fill out the cast
After the artists have been found, find 5 characters to fill out the cast.
A free raffle will be used to advertise an art contest and an auction. The winners of the raffle will have a female or herm character of their choice play the role of one of Jennifer’s fellow orphans (Ann, Laura, and Lotte).
The contest will be for participants to draw a young Talion in the role of Bobby Barrows. The winner will be voted on by the artists that are participating in the project with myself playing the role of tie breaker if necessary. The winner of the contest will have a female or herm character of their choice play the role of Mary Barrows.
The winner of the auction will not only have a female or herm character of their choice play the role of Jennifer, but they’ll also get to choose from a number of bonus pictures to be added to the project. The number of bonus pictures the winner can choose will be determined by how high the auction goes.

Personality: Mary Barrows is the main antagonist of Clock Tower: The First Fear. She planned the demise of many young people, unleashing Bobby Barrows as her main form of murder. While she seems to simply be the children's teacher, bringing them to their new home, it is soon revealed that the horrors of that night in September were all orchestrated by her, in an attempt to slaughter the innocent girls.

Personality: Bobby Barrows is the first Scissorman to appear in the games, and the primary stalker in Clock Tower: The First Fear. Bobby is brutal, sadistic and merciless, he murders many innocent people without any mercy or remorse, this is (supposedly) due to him being a demon, a being of pure Malice. He also seems to take a liking to psychological pain, often jumping out and scaring Jennifer, even dancing for a few moments when he wins a Panic Event. He also snaps his scissors with each footstep, giving his victims the fear of knowing he is closing in behind them.

Part 3: Making the Commissions and Posting the Project
Once the cast list has been filled. The process of commissioning the participating artists will begin. If an artist’s commission list is full, then time will be given for some space to clear up before making a commission with them. Once all the commissions have been completed, the project will be uploaded. Due to restrictions in FurAffinity’s AUP, the project will not be able to be posted here. This is because pictures containing minors can only be uploaded with a “General” rating, but violent pictures such as what would be featured in this project would need to be rated either “Mature” or “Adult.” Because of this, an alternative website will need to be found to host the finished project, which will likely either be Inkbunny or SoFurry.
