Sorry for the long time silence! We have been moving this year, which took several months and was a lot more work than expected. But we're finally done and happy in our new home. Now there is also more time for artwork again!

First, thank you all for your kind comments about Trisca's passing. The pain is still there of course, but it helps knowing you think of us. It's now 6 weeks that Trisca passed the rainbow bridge, and I still cry when I think of her. We took a break, to remember, to recover, to heal. Trisca is always with me in my heart.

So, we now do our best to continue planning for this year. To gather strength and motivation again, and catching up with everything.
The next conventions we will be at are AnthroCon and Eurofurence.
I will post updates soon.

I know I haven't uploaded much the last weeks / months, I am sorry for that. Here is a little update what's going on.

My cat Trisca was diagnosed with kidney malfuction last summer (we found out by coincident, as she did not show any signs back then). It was a shock as she was only 7 years old. Since then, I have tried so much... kidney diet, two different vets for opinions, a lot of medication. Let's say in short, despite everything we tried, her blood levels continuously got worse. I know more about the whole kidney issues meanwhile than I ever wanted to know (we really tried everything... infusions, medication, ultrasound...). I know there is no cure, the best thing that could happen is to keep it at bay so she hopefully is still around for as long as possible without suffering.

In winter, it got worse, no matter what we tried. Both the blood levels and Trisca's condition. I don't think I need to mention how much crying and emotional horror these months have been for me (as I have a very deep connection to her). I was very close to accepting it and releasing her. But all the fighting and love obviously wasn't in vain, and she recovered a little bit again. She was able to enjoy things again, like coming to my bed, cuddling, eating, things that she hasn't done for weeks when she felt so bad. She has gotten terribly thin, which every day reminds me, that even if she's feeling better at the moment, she is still very sick. I don't know how it will continue. Or for how long. I won't let her suffer, but I will do anything I can so she can enjoy every moment of her life. Right now at this moment, she does. And I am thankful for every day.

I am sorry that I haven't uploaded much or didn't offer commissions yet as planned. Of course I didn't stop drawing. It was (is) just a very hard time, when I had other things on my mind than keeping accounts up to date. I still update my Twitter account (also about Trisca), and will upload more again now.

Sorry for the long break and not uploading much art. I have been learning a lot for my private pilot's license the last weeks/months (just had my theory test today), which kept me very busy, along with the preparations for Furnal Equinox last month.

We had an amazing time at Furnal Equinox. :) The convention and all the staff were so kind, thank you for your hard work and for making it such a great time for us! It was a joy to meet so many good old friends and new faces. Thanks again everybody for the nice words and for your interest in my art. :) We also had the chance to travel around in Canada for some days before the con (Niagara Falls, Toronto), which was a really nice trip with a lot of good food and beer.

The next convention we will attend is AnthroCon and Eurofurence 22.
I will now do my best to catch up with artwork. :)

Heyas! Sorry for not having posted many updates the last weeks. But I am alive and working. :)

I am currently working on my PPL-(A) license, so I have a lot of learning and lessons to do (which keeps me very busy, so I couldn't do a lot of artwork recently, but I will catch up as soon as the theory exam is over).

We will be at Furnal Equinox in March 2016. Looking very much forward to it and meet a lot of people there. :)

This year is gonna be a very busy year. We just got back from Confuzzled, which was really great! Thank you all for stopping by, it was great to meet so many new nice people. :) People keep telling it's only 11 weeks left until Eurofurence... and we have 2 more cons before that! Nightfox and I will start our Road Trip vacation tomorrow. ^__^ We will fly to San Francisco (I so missed this city <3 ), rent an RV, drive to Los Angeles and San Diego, then over to Las Vegas, Phoenix, and at the end back to SFO. We're so looking forward to spend Halloween in the US for the first time! :D Germany is rather boring when it comes to Halloween. Oh, and steaks. And shopping. And pumpkins. And steaks! *mwuaha*
