Commissions: Cancelled.
Posted 4 years agoHowdy.
Just making an announcement that I will no longer be taking on any commissions. Maybe there are chances that I'll post YCH stuff, but I don't really know. I've moved into a place, creatively, where commissions aren't something I'm willing to do as far as I can tell.
Thanks to everyone who has commissioned me in the past.

Twits, Twerps, and Twouble (twitter)
Posted 4 years agoAfter deleting my last two twitter accounts over the last two years, I made one again, for this account.

Maybe it'll grow larger and more important than my FA page, I'll see!

My Pictography is no longer available!
Posted 5 years agoJaydii's Pictography (All My Stuff) NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Posted 5 years agoHey howdy doo dah, folks.
I'm happy to announce that All My Stuff will be publicly available tomorrow, for free. I've spent something close to 30 hours over the last 2 weeks migrating, organizing, scanning, and triple checking over all of my preserved art, both physical and digital. This pictography does not only include my cartoony kink art, but also includes the art I did leading as far back as my first sketchbook, back when I was 13 years old in 2004. This pictography also includes pictures of lewd and NSFW content, all of which is separated into its own clearly labeled folders, for anyone who wishes to avoid seeing such work.
Contained inside is a very brief letter to anyone who downloads the pictography, as well as 2,700+ unique image files totaling up to 3.11 GB worth of data. I have sketches from my time as StrangelyFox, Idun J. Fox, Idun, Nairth, and as my teenage self back in high school, to today all packed away and organized between 96 folders. For reference, 3 years ago when I released "Nairth's Squishography", that library only contained 1.5GB worth of data, across 1,757 files, only 1,500 of which were unique images.
I enjoyed combing through all of my art and seeing where I've gone and how far I've come artistically. It was amusing and nostalgiac to see the breadth of my work, however strange it may have become from the earlier, inspired days of my teenage years. I would hope that others could appreciate that as well.
Please expect the file to be made available tomorrow morning. I would post it now, but because of the NSFW content inside, I would not feel comfortable posting the link in a journal that I cannot age restrict, and I presently do not have an appropriate image to upload it with. And quite frankly: Anybody under the age of 18 really shouldn't be perusing my gallery anyway.
Please look forward to it. I will also include a donation link in the upload, for anybody who would like to show support through their wallets.
In other news: I will also be opening for commissions soon, so please look forward to that over the next week.

I'm alive despite deleting everything
Posted 5 years agoHowdy. Feels weird typing this journal up for FA, but I felt like this is necessary given what personal plans I've been considering for my art.
Firstly: I apologize if anybody was upset by my account activity, having gone nearly completely silent for a year before posting a few things and then suddenly deleting everything without a word four months ago. Long story short: I chose to withdraw and constrain my toony art away from online publicity and into the privacy of direct friends. My intention was, for many personal reasons, to leave and move on, while still keeping my toony art alive, just alot smaller. But that isn't what ended up happening, because instead of giving me time and space to move on, it gave me time and space to analyze my perspective for leaving, and my overall relationship with the public realm of cartoon silliness and kinks, and its impact on me, and my impact on it.
I think it's fair to say, that anybody who followed me closely, and especially visited my streams knew quite well how much I personally struggled with how I viewed and handled that relationship.
Now that I've spent alot of time talking and thinking about this issue in private, without the distractions of being another figure online, I've discovered that alot of my personal, initial reasonings weren't the full picture, so I've decided that I will resume posting art again, because I do want to share it still. I have a long history of deleting my galleries in the past out of an emotionally inept and self-destructive outbursts, but the last deletion was calmly planned over a long period of time and thoroughly thought over. Yet here I am returning after another long period of time spent thinking. I believe this should be the last time I wipe one of my galleries. I'd like to think I've outgrown such a pattern of behavior.
I'll be using this account and another account, and create twitters relevant to each account.
As for old art and archives: No archive any time soon. It's alot of work to make one, and I'd have to organize another 2 years of art into that archive. Old art being uploaded? Only some. Only the stuff that I think is worth re-posting.
If you have any questions, please ask.
