Feeling a tad better and treatment is going along pretty fine. Starting in a few weeks my treatment is going to get lighter which means more energy to draw and stuff~!

That being said my art senpai, the amazing legend  Asagurble asked me to think about doing commission work. So I guess I'll attempt some commission work! We may even do a project together in the future!
(I hope to learn so much more from her) so look out for that!

If you read my last journal you would know that I'm struggling a bit with my health, but I didn't disclose the issues. At that time I wanted to keep the main issue more personal and closed off from others. At this point in time I don't want to keep all my aching emotions and pain bottled to myself about my health condition.

I am currently struggling with my second round of non hodgkin's lymphoma. Hearing that this has come back has been devastating to me more so on the emotional level than the physical level. The fact that I have to go through this a second time is not only discouraging, but very very scary and fills my heart with fear and sadness.

The treatment plan is 8-12 weeks, but lingering side-effects and risk of future incidents like this still fill me with a lot of uncertainty...

I just had to get this off my chest to let people know why I've been distant/cold/unresponsive to some people. I had to let people know what's going on. I had to ensure and let everyone know i'm going to be okay.

I may have cancer, but you know what? It sure as hell doesn't have me.

Don't worry too much about me, I've survived this once and I know I will again albeit the struggle and pains of it. So until I get better and back to 100% art may be a bit slow and or non-existent... Probably only for real close people/friends/if I need to draw to stay sane.

I'll be okay... I promise!

I'm struggling a bit with some personal problems regarding my health, it should be alright I had a friend of mine give me a pseudo-diagnosis and went to the doctor, I'll be okay but recovery might be a bit rough... On the bright side that means no work and perhaps more art time, but it is also entirely possible that I won't have the energy to do any art too... Let's just hope for the best, okay~?

Soooo, because some issues have happened with my general manager I've had to take on a larger position at work and as such my time is being eaten entirely... Sadness that i can't get in good art practice for awhile but it should be fine in a month or so, just know i'm usually gonna be very sleepy and or dead...

Sigh, I didn't really want to do this but I kinda need to close up for a bit since I've gotten tired of dealing with certain individuals... (I will not scrap the whole thing and do it over for you on a FREE request bro!) I'll still accept art trades if I like it, but as for requests I need a break from certain individuals, all requests already taken will be finished, but no more will be taken for the time being.

Just to clarify to some people, do not spam my inbox, mmk? I received your note and stuff! Here are some guidelines I want people to know though from here on out...

1) I am a hobby artist, this isn't a career it's a spare time thing so don't go anal if your request takes more than 3 days. (which btw is insane even to expect for a commission)

2) Please don't ask me about my relationships via note plz, I'm happily in love with my Russian girlfriend/drinking partner.

3) Request no more than 1 thing at a time, holy crap people, don't ask if you can reserve my entire queue!

4) Drink Vodka.

Also if you haven't followed her or checked her out  Asagurble has some pretty cutesy art and she streams on picarto too! For those inspiring hobby artists who use SAI like me, I'd go check out her stream~!

Hey, you guys you should totally check out  Asagurble YCH and stuff, she doesn't draw super crazy stuff...
(cough like me...)

But she's great and even watching her stream has taught me a lot about how to more properly use SAI, if you're an aspiring hobby artist like me and have minimal gear to draw with, watching her stream may give you some tips to be a better artist!

Okay, Okay, I won't lie. USPS screwed me so hard it hurt.

6:00 PM Expected delivery
6:30 PM Finds note on door of failure to accept package at 5:30 PM, says I can go to the post office to claim it

So a quick heads up probably my art won't be all finished this week, i literally rage quited my art tablet and threw it across the room (not really...)

But the pen is cracked and it keeps digging into my left "fuck you" middle finger to the point where it's blistered and starting to really bug me... That being said though I ordered a new one that's coming in next week and everything will be gucci by then. Thanks for understanding~

Well, things ARE looking up and such. I've got a lot more free time now that everything has cleared up and I honestly want to practice getting better at some art as a spare time hobby, so I guess for the time being I'll want some inspiration from my friends, please shoot me some suggestions please~

I'm taking extended leave off of work (leaving my GM to handle things while I help out close family) With a lot more time off I'd like to practice some artwork more as hobby time. Anyone got suggestions?

Currently recovering from illness I'll have the next few months off, so i may doodle more and practice some more... Any suggestions?

I need ideas, inspiration, artistic spark, and a V8... Anyone got any ideas?
