Just popped in to say I'm alive. I haven't done much of anything worth posting here - some web development stuff but you can always PM me to get a link to that. Minecraft Server has been back up - again, PM me if you want the information on that.

I just glanced at my watch list... 2069 accounts watched. Holy crap. Also LOL: 69.

Uh... that's about it, really. Tired, working, bored, etc... That's pretty much all I've found myself doing. I've taken a break from web development (at least getting to know JS and PHP) and moved to.... Java.

I figured I'd choose that and stick with it - I know Game Maker/GML, and I know some HTML (and CSS, and XML to an extent) and since I want to develop for Android as well as make plugins for minecraft, it seems like the most logical choice.

As of now, I have accumulated 500 Comments. Some have been removed, but since then, I've had a total of 500 comments.

...And only 44 watchers! :P

There's a few reasons, but ultimately a few stand out more than anything else. Personal issues aside, I have a few problems recently.

First, I freeze up when drawing - and recently this has happened AGAIN with all of my art, including collaborations - trying to ink a sketch causes me to lock up too. Coloring isn't so bad, but it's odd that I can't even ink a sketch drawn by someone. It seems creating the form and adding additional details causes issues for me, recently. It's ridiculous and in my opinion shouldn't be an excuse as to why I don't draw but as you can see there's a lack of art. (Again, this isn't including a few of the personal reasons/issues.)

Secondly, because of the aforementioned reason, it's caused me to be very slow. Stress and distractions, and sometimes the inability for me to dedicate more than an hour or two to any one picture (or any pictures at all) is making any progress I DO make slow. If I'm not bouncing from image to image, I'm not bouncing at all.

I'm part perfectionist and I feel that if something isn't good, scrap it, keep working on it, or don't show it. Unless I want critique I rarely show anything I make. And with the recent slump I've been in nothing seems to come out right IMO.. thus I don't show it.

I ask for collabs instead of trades for that specific reason - I don't care if you want me to try my hardest. I don't care if you just like me to do my best. I don't want your art if I can't even match up. The VERY few times I've ever been asked to do an art trade, I decline for this reason. And as a visual artist first and foremost, you guys seem to mostly want your characters drawn. Not some landscape or scene or something (even if a lot of you guys seem to feel that they are amazing works). Those who have seen my work know what I'm talking about.

I also had some issues with anatomy - and any skill I had kinda went down the drain IMO. I fell out of practice big time with that for reasons I won't say now.

These are somewhat vague but fairly significant reasons as to the lack of posting anything, and it doesn't nearly scratch the surface of why. Perhaps if people see this and want to try a trade and is surprisingly willing to ask for anything I CAN do easily, then cool. Maybe I can push myself to finally get things done.

So it seems I've finally gotten to 25 new watchers. And most were before I posted my first pic... which was 10 days or so ago.

Amazingly, I'm actually posting something worthwhile for the first time on this account!

Do you need line art re-sized? Have some line art you want to see blown up? Want to increase the size of your work without needing to redraw? I can give you a hand. If you throw a few bucks my way, I can easily go and get your line art looking crisp and sharp, and then re-size it for you. If you have solid color or cell-shaded art, I can also re-size that as well, as long as it's sharp, crisp edges.

This image altering process is done in Photoshop with the pen tool so I can only give you a final PNG or the source PSD file.

I'll take on 2 or 3 ones for free first though, to test the waters. Just comment here!
