So I'm feeling a hell of a lot better than I was last week. I've gotten back on the writing wagon, and I think I'll be done with the sequel to Nocturnal Intermission soon. I was thinking "Afternoon Delight" for the title. I'm also working on a giftstory (is that a word? I've seen 'giftart' thrown around) written for a certain someone, and I've got some ideas bouncing around in my head. So yeah, I seem to be in a good place, writing-wise.

REVUE PLUS DE.

I have been sick as hell for the past few days and disgustingly, haven't gotten any work done on anything. Working the loathed midnight shift probably isn't helping matters any. It feels like it's finally letting up, so I'll probably go back to writing soon. Until then, urrrrrrrgh.

I was getting ready to start a story about Vincent today when I realized something I probably should have seen coming. When writing for a character whose species I made up, he'll inevitably come across someone who doesn't know what he is. And I either have him make an explanation which repeats things I've already spelled out in detail in the descriptions, or I skip the explanation and leave a plot hole in the story. It's kind of a thing with me that when I write something I never assume that someone has read the stuff before it. I'm working on a sequel to Nocturnal Intermission which sums up the first story in a couple paragraphs before I get to the new stuff.

Maybe I should just remove the Mokaji descriptions if it becomes a problem.

Without people saying anything this feels remarkably like I'm talking to myself. (And believe me, I would know :P)

I'm not talking about FA being back there, I'm talking about having uploaded my story, Nocturnal Intermission. According to the stats, it has 7 views already, but then I've seen entries with 78 views and 700 million favourites. In other words, it's entirely possible NO ONE has seen my story yet. Ah well. All I can do is wait.

Some weirdness went down the past few days, so while I've gotten writing done, it wasn't anywhere near as much as I'd hoped. I think I'm going to break Nocturnal Intermission into 1-2 page chunks and submit it in pieces, if for no other reason than to have SOMETHING posted here. :-P

So I posted something just now, and now that I've channeled the rage out of my system, I thought I'd elaborate on something I said in my last entry, for the entertainment of the mostly imaginary people who watch me. I was talking about a story called "Nocturnal Intermission." See, the only other thing I've written was that character description for Vinny which doesn't really carry my writing style as much as I'd like.

I wasn't sure if I wanted Nocturnal Intermission to be my second thing posted ever, because, to be blunt, it's about a dude who has relations with his sister.

Then I realized something at work today. It's freaking FA. Porn is kind of the whole point. It's not like I'll be shunned for it. So expect to see that story up here as soon as I finish it.

Of course, I also realized that I'm writing again for the first time in a long time, and the story I'm working on is furry incest porn, so I can't show my family. :-P

I've been writing something for the past couple of days, but A)it's not done yet, and
B)I'll probably delay it for a while, since I don't want to start right off the bat with this subject matter.

Right now I need to hit the sack since I have the morning shift at work tommorow.

Greetings and salutations, person who stumbled across my little piece of FA. I'm Tastes Like Green, you can call me Green for short. Actually, you can call me Franklin Delano Cantelope, I'm not real big on restrictions. :-P

I am a writer. Or, rather, I was a writer, working on a novel and everything until I fell into a fairly serious bout of depression and lost my will to do anything other than exist.

I'm thankfully climbing out of that particular pothole in the Road of Life, and now I want to start writing again. So I figured, "While I was down, FA helped me with hilarious stories, fun flash games, and of course, spicy, spicy pornography. What better place to get my story mojo back?"

I warn you:

a) I haven't written anything that mattered for slightly more than a year.
b) I've never written anything furry before
and
c) I'm not used to posting my work on the interweb where people I can't see can instantly respond with their opinions.

So take it easy, wouldja?

That having been said, this should be an interesting experience.

I've already written one thing for you guys, and I'll try to make myself write something, anything, at least a little, every day.
