So I wasnt going to say anything about it because I thought this was going to get resolved in less than a week, but some people have started noticing and contacting me about it so..
My twitter is temporarily down!
Everything is fine though, no drama or anything, I was just dumb and decided to correct my year of birth and oops, turns out I was like 10 days below 13yo when I created that account :s
I created it and never used it until like ~4 years ago, so i didnt remember when exactly i had created it.
It seems I will be able to recover my account, but it may take a while
But anyways, I just wanted to leave this here in case anyone notices and goes looking for me! Im fine and Im still working on comms as usual, only I wont be able to finish the raffle! So I will repeat it once I get restored, sorry about that ;.;

I've noticed I have been apparently less and less active here on FA, only uploading finished art and never updating you on anything. Im sorry for that, but with university classes and real life stuff I barely get any time to spend of this website and I have moved on to social media that I can access easily on my phone, like Twitter or Discord.
Aside from those, the only platform I post on regularly is Patreon. This year I have put a lot of effort into it and I feel it has improved a lot! Making at least over 10 exclusive Patreon posts a month, without mentioning the Discord group which I keep updated every time I do something! Im constantly working on stuff behind the scenes that doesnt see the light in public!
So, if you like my art and would enjoy watching the process sketches and more updates, consider joining! :D <3

as the subject really sparks some debate and Id prefer to know everyone's opinion, even of the silent ones, so lets decide by vote! Thanks to everyone who took their time to express their POV on the last journal, I do care about what you think!
BUT PLEASE READ EXPLANATION BELOW: (If you dont understand dont hesitate to ask!)
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE OR RAFFLES ARE NO OPTIONS. THE OPTIONS ARE DESCRIBED BELOW:
- Auction for Slot - Auction starts at 0.
Commission Price + Amount auctioned.
This allows the price of the commission to be adjusted to the complexity of the idea.
Pro: Allows all kinds of commissions. Price is less inflated.
Con: People feel they 'pay for nothing' when paying for the slot.
EXAMPLE: Bid goes up to 50USD. Client can buy a Sketch (50+55USD), simple painting (50+300), complex painting (50+500), etc
- Normal auction - Auction starts on commission base price.
Pro: people dont feel they pay for nothing
Con: Doesnt consider variations in price according to the complexity of idea. Limits complexity.
EXAMPLE: Bid starts at 500 USD ( to avoid limiting ideas due to complexity). Bid goes up to 550 USD. Clients idea is then a simple painting (Im charging 200 more than should?)
My conclusions:
Auction for SLOT is way more fair and allows for broader budget range even if people's impression is that its the other way around.
NOTE: I would probably earn more from a NORMAL auction. Still Id rather do a SLOT auction because its more flexible for the CLIENT and seems more fair to me!

Yes, I used to HATE the change as well but after listening to this the change makes A LOT more sense and it seems it is actually going to be beneficial.
I see a lot of drama and hate going on and maybe we should all wait and see how things are going to develop before jumping into extreme decisions.

I will be continuing IODINE soon! Next page is on the making and more than half is already done. Yay!

Sorry for my recent absence, I had some trouble at my college classes (In summary 2 months of class got compressed into 3 weeks which basically meant to have a test each day or more), but thanks to my good grades I will get a couple of weeks off before next semester starts!

CG MasterAcademy classes / Art classes
Posted 9 years agoWell, one of my main ideas to leave anthro art is to study and work on pushing my art to another level.
For this Ive been looking at a few options, books, youtube resources, etc... But I cant seem to find a good and consistent source of information, and looking up for resources takes quite a bit of time and feels quite discouraging to me.
This is why Ive been considering courses in CG MasterAcademy ( http://2d.cgmasteracademy.com/programs/ )
Has any of you taken classes like these or know anyone who has? would you recommend them?
Or anyone knows any better options/alternatives? Or an artist who took these courses so I can ask them directly?
They are quite a bit of money, so thats why I would like all the feedback I can get before taking this decision.
But, considering I entered College for free (thanks to academic scholarship) this would be the money I 'would' be spending on studies.
Please let me know! any info/tips help!

Clarification : its not like anthro art wasnt my passion, IT WAS. Actually anthro art is a huge part of who I am as an artist, and it has taken me a long way. Its just I dont feel it in me anymore. If I propose myself to draw anything anthro vs drawing something else, I feel much more inspired by the other option.
