I tried hard to get a at least month featured Taurtist going. I think it's a neat way to showcase Artists that love drawing taurs.

Unfortunately it just doesn't seem like there's a lot of interest in it. I tried to reach out a bunch of times to some artists but it just doesn't seem like too many art interested in being featured

I'd love to do it again if anyone wants to volunteer or if you know of anyone interested let me know!

Starting this Taursday (Thursday) and at least once a month after that Taurfurs is going to start featuring artists who either specialize or do a lot of taur related art.

I'm going to call this the

"Weekly Featured Taurtist"

Get it?... well.... ponder over it for a bit

We already have this weeks artist picked out but starting after this week We're going to start taking applications for our weekly feature. It's pretty simple. If you're an artist and are interested in being featured on this group you'll fill out and note a simple application to us. If you're accepted we'll give you a week where we'll feature and post a bunch of your art and give directions on how our members can commission you.

Hey! here. This might sound lame but I'm curious as to why everyone "choose" to have part (or all) of their fursona as a taur. I'm not asking for a novel but I'd love to read a bit of why each of you decided to make this part of who you are

Hey everyone! here! I was asked by my good friend to help him out a bit with this group! So I gladly accepted!

Short bio: I suppose I'm Jhusky I'm 21, I'm a college student and I'm also a huskytaur. I'm an avid classical musician who appreciates fine art. If you have any other questions or want to talk feel free to give me a shout/IM :P I'm pretty cool.

I decided I'll be compiling a list of artists or commissioners that regularly draw or buy lots of taur art!
