Slight (late) raincheck on commission stuff

I've been super hella busy lately and was out of the house from Thursday night until today. Went to a convention and it was tons of fun. I no longer have to prepare for that or absolutely anything else, so I'm free again and can actually focus on art obligations and networking and similar junk. Gimme a few days to get on top of that, please Dx

I'm not just trying to make a quick buck off everyone, but for those who remember (or are new to?) my old pixel art stuff, who would be interested in commissions for that again? I am looking to take on a little bit of work (although it wouldn't be cheap) and finding something that interests me would be really nice right now, I think :P
Just asking around. To be honest I'm not sure how to network or get around on FA anymore and apparently only two people I follow actually post anything, so it'll probably take me a while to really get "going" again here.

General | Posted 7 years agoI have tried to change the thumbnails on stuff approximately three times and it doesn't seem to accept them at all? Is this known or is my browser being a massive butt? It gives no confirmation or info or pop-up at all and just refreshes the page when I hit Submit after choosing a file :?

It's in the title. I've done all the scanning and framing and all that goodness and it's finally going up sometime this week. I'm a little nervous since the art is genuinely mediocre? But all I can really do is post it and hope people like it, lol

General | Posted 7 years agoBecause spoilers, I'll be releasing a teaser for an art project of mine real soon and it's cutesy NSFW stuff involving Isabelle. I've been working on it for a long time and her reveal in Smash Ultimate makes me think she's gonna be really hot on peoples' minds again :P
Hopefully expect me to be done the teaser by the weekend. I am a very busy bee right now. Lemme know though if this is something that interests any of you :o

So probably all 540 of you watchers know me as a pixel artist. I came and went a couple times many years ago and did a lot of commissions and some pony stuff and all that. I got a lot of attention for pixel stuff, and I really loved it, but it burned me out a lot because I was never really good at it and it always took me entire days to do small pixel stuff. It caused me insane amounts of stress, but, it's what people liked, so...
I basically don't do pixel art anymore, unless you're coming to me waving dollar signs, in which case I will give it a try. But it's not something I practice with any regularity. I'm willing to stress myself out for money, but that's about it >_> Sorry if that sounds greedy but it's more about my well being. If you do want sprite/pixel stuff like my old stuff, please feel free to inquire :P

What I do with most of my time now is draw on paper. I should've already uploaded some stuff by the time this journal is posted. It's not hot digital colored art with full shading and sexy explicit details but I enjoy it greatly and I sort of hope you guys do too. I've got a Patreon open for help with supporting me and my art too, and I'm kinda hoping people here on FA are interested enough to at some point check that out, but I mostly just... hope to get some comments and attention :P Comments are the best thing an artist can get.
Basically if people enjoy my sketches then I'm happy.

The other thing I regularly do is stream Pokémon games on Twitch 2-3 times a week, usually with my friend. I have no idea if that's something you guys would enjoy, so... not gonna focus on that too much, haha.
That's about the gist of it, in a few extra words. I hope things go well here again :o
