I've been trying to go back through my gallery and add thumbnails to all my stories so that browsing for stories is easier! Hope they're a lot more visible and stuff.

Also just, hi and stuff. Trying to write, unsure of things to write. Going back through all those stories to figure out what to put on thumbnails was hard, and I've got many to go, still.

I'm opening up for story commissions. Will only take one or two at a time, but should knock them out within a few days.
Payment is upfront through PayPal.
$200.00 USD flat rate, and you'll get a story of at least 5000 words.

Just curious who all is going to FWA, and who I might run into!
I'm usually kind of busy at the convention, but it's always run to run into people!

I've basically lived in Kansas City my entire life, but I'm moving to Colorado to be closer to some friends. I work overnight, and remotely from home, so it's not a big deal to move states, really. I'm pretty excited. Mostly packed, sorta kinda. The actual move is in four days, so... soon!


I plan on continuing to write more often and get back in the swing of things. I never stopped thinking about ideas (which, I mean, ideas are a dime a dozen, but still), it's just been... who knows, motivation, depression, anxiety, and laziness. But I'm hoping to get back in the routine. Thank you so much for the comments. It makes me very happy to hear from you guys!

Anyone have experience using Ren'py? I've been trying to learn things, and how to code, and it's been going pretty well. Though it would be helpful to talk to someone who knows more about it. I also kind of miss talking to people about stories, ideas, and working through things. Don't really have an outlet for that anymore, and miss bouncing ideas off people.

I've been keeping it on the down-low for a while, but now it's all finally coming together, and I can share it with everyone!

Hey everyone, just wanted to fill people in on some upcoming things going on.

I'm moving from Raymore to Raytown, MO on July 20th! I am so excited

I'm going back to school full time on August 20th to get a degree in Computer Science.

My space series, "A Small Bounty" is going to be on hold while I try to get settled into my new place, but it is definitely not over!

So much art is behind a paywall now. It's ridiculous. I had a good 100 submissions to go through, and like 15 of them were "Patreon Only" censored stuff. Would have cost me 55 bucks to see all of that. Like, really?

I have to get a root canal done, and even with insurance it's costing me 538 bucks. I can cover most of it, and even probably the rest, but I want to try and be as safe as possible. Since it's Christmas, I thought I would share with you my truly cynical views on life. After all, Christmas is a time for family, friends, and love, right? Anyone who knows me even a little knows that I can be a jaded, heartless, cynic who is the first to speak his mind on anything controversial. All the same, I thought I'd share with you.

They say that Home is where the Heart is, right? Well, if that's the case, we know where Home is, but then where's the Heart? That's the question.

When I was younger, I thought that it was with that one person you loved the most. Your boyfriend, girlfriend, wife, husband, whatever. Makes sense, right? If it was with those that you had decided to spend your life with.

But as I got older, and had my heartbroken, I then changed my mind. Your Heart had to be with everyone you loved. Your really close friends, your family, your special someone (or two), and THAT was where your Heart was!

Well, I drifted apart from some friends, gained new ones, lost close relations, and I started thinking that that was also wrong. No, your Heart had to be with all your friends! Coworkers that you laugh with, friends around you, basically anyone you could stand to be with for more than a few minutes and laugh with. Surely if your Heart was with so many people, you'd never be alone.

But my schedule changed, and I had less time to be around people outside of work, and I found myself feeling very alone some nights. I thought that maybe I'd gotten it all wrong. Maybe your Heart wasn't with all these people.

I thought that maybe, by spreading your Heart so thin, among all these people, that maybe I didn't have any Heart left for me, and that maybe when I was alone, I wasn't at Home.

That's when I realized, though. My Heart is with everyone I care about. A little piece of my Heart is with my family, my friends, my coworkers, and someday the person I love. And if that's where my Heart is. That's where theirs is too. Everyone that cares about me, gives me a piece of their Heart.

Six degrees of separation? It's more like one heartbeat. If I give everyone I care about a piece of my Heart, and they all, in turn, have given everyone a piece of theirs, then we're all spread out everywhere. We're never truly alone. You might be laying there, feeling alone, thinking of someone, but they're with you. You're with them.

I don't need to worry about how thin I might spread my Heart. Everyone else is giving me a piece of theirs. And There's always more to give.

Wednesday:
Woke up nice and early, and  Lawldhusky and I took our dog, Nova, to  YuriMatsue so she could have a place to stay! Then we drove out to Iowa and stayed with  Nbowa, just talking and hanging out until sleep.

Thursday:
Left from Nbowa's place and went to Chicago. First things first, getting some Giordano's pizza, which was amazing. Then I ran around and met up with people. It was actually a rather short day, I was already exhausted.  Higsby and  DuskDargent didn't show up until later in the evening.

Friday:
 standarddeviant arrived, so he, Lawler and I ran down to a great italian place called Zia's, and ate there. Then got some mixers for booze and ran back to the con. Lawler did homework while I ran around and eventually went to go play some poker with  November  Drenthe  Albaz  Snugglebunnyfursuit  Cueball  AgentBlayze
It was a WILD night, and there was much yelling and hooting and hollaring. Oh my. But so amazing. I lost EVERY hand I played. EVERY hand I didn't play. And EVERY side bet with November.
At one point, Snug bet me .05 that there would be a pair on the flop. The odds are HORRIBLE for that, so of course I take it.
K9K. OF COURSE! Best night of poker.

Saturday:
Lots of wandering around and talking with people. Got more Italian at the Villagio at the mall, and hung out with friends, played some Settlers of Catan. And then there was lots and lots of hanging out and talking with awesome people. A few friends and I ended up going to a bathhouse, which was an interesting. I pretty much just walked around and checked it out, and sat in the hot tub. We were there for a while. We actually missed THE ENTIRE evacuation. So that's good, lol. Made it back, got inside, and slept.

Sunday:
Lots of checking my phone and crying over football, but in the end I ended up beating  Malowolf. There was a lot of running around like crazy and doing things. The dead dog party was a-fucking-mazing, too.  benignfeline is a great roommate and friend, and it was cool to meet people, and see others I already knew. Then I was up until 6am playing poker with everyone.

Others that I know I forgot to mention in my brief talk, but are still incredibly important and amazing?

 Atimist  Kalendil  yamainu  Feartree and a few others I'm sure I can't remember right now. But god. Such a fucking great time.

I get off work at 000 Central, and when I get home, there's hardly anyone online. Anyone awake around that time, and later, that would be interested in RPing?

Someone who's into stories, plots, and character development, and has a good grasp of the English language.
