My ship really needs to move to its permanent port so I can move into the apartment I just got there. I want to draw more and I cant right now :(

Well, I'm going to be really busy for the next months. I just got to my ship and there isn't really internet there, or at least I won't have my computer there if I do have internet. I'm pretty much going to be taking a small break. Sorry :( I'll come back with a vengeance I promise :D

And by frenzy I mean completely calculated and controlled, because that's how I roll :) I've got 7 pictures this year that I've gone back and forth working on, ignoring, touching up, and so forth, and now it's time to share it all. I scanned them all in from my binder yesterday, and I'll be showing them off one at a time from my least favorite to my most favorite. Hopefully you all will enjoy seeing the procession. Also, I cheated by uploading a poor quality picture of Caillem, but you will get a good quality pic when it's his turn.

So I'm in the process of moving right now, so all my art supplies are in a box. The transition will take a while, but when I get where I'm headed, I have some stuff to upload. I have one Jackal-mutt head shot, and a snow leopard head shot coming up, along with some random other stuff, so stay tuned! :)

Well there we have it... My contest entry is done and I'm satisfied with how much I remembered about Photoshop to be able to roughly color it in time. You can find it in my gallery labeled "Pandid Contest Entry." I'm sure that with the coming weeks I'll produce more colored photos but you may have to be placated with a few hand drawn items like the one I just uploaded called "Protector." I'll try to post something every 2 weeks or so, so keep on watching I guess, and I'll try to keep it up.

As a side note, I need some ideas for line work, and if anyone has an idea for me please send me a note. It can be a character of yours, or just an idea floating in your head. I don't have a preference either way, just send me some details. I won't way its a commission, but if I decide to do it you can consider the artwork yours to pimp out.

I've been sketching it out for the last hour or so, but the question is will I have a scanner ready and my Photoshop set up in time to do the digital portion. Hmmm... ponder ponder. We will see. If I don't have digital capabilities by the contest deadline you will at least get to see the pencil work.

More like day three, actually. I made this account and immediately did nothing with it over the weekend for lack of the ability to scan in my latest drawings. For anyone interested (and I assume no one will be reading this since I have no art up, so I'm talking to myself here) I will be posting some of my recent pencil work. I'm going to hold myself to not putting them all up at once, or else you will see them all and get bored and never come back, you theoretical watchers, you.

Once you see how I do things up in my own head, maybe you can ask me to draw something for you... This page has more to do with me practicing my technique, drawing something I didn't think up, and getting faster at doing it, so hurry up and mysteriously find my page and watch me for no reason so that when I do update something you can demand more, and I might actually keep doing this.
