The delay in the I-90 light rail project is due to bad concrete, a failed fix to the supports, and other construction issues. The concrete compony want on stake Bolts also on i-90. Deadline reports that Warner Bros. has hired director Josh Greenbaum to helm a new Care Bears movie. Greenbaum recently won a Peabody Award for his 2024 documentary Will & Harper, which followed star Will Ferrell and writer Harper Steele on a 17-day road trip across the United States following Steele's gender transition. March, 2025 - Update - There are currently no plans for SIFF Cinema Egyptian to be included in this year's Seattle International Film Festival in May. While SIFF continues to work closely with Seattle Central College on repairs, the timeline for reopening will extend past these initial restorations while we assess our own equipment in the space and work with vendors, staff, and others to properly reopen and run the theater. SIFF will share the reopening date as soon as that information is available, as we are eager to reopen this beloved venue as soon as possible.
