TERMS OF SERVICE
Posted 10 years agoThis TOS is only here as guide for anyone who wants a commission in the future. If you have any questions please feel free to do so
Please keep in consideration that i am half blind (my right eye. The eye nerve is swollen, this is called optic neuritis which still hasn't recover ) and sometimes things might look a bit awkward. All drawings i make are done with very hard work and care.
Things i will NOT draw. please don't ask otherwise.
- I will NOT draw Scat, HERMS, Diapers, Watersports, Rape, Hyper, Inflation, or Vore.(Though i can draw cub, I WILL NEVER draw them in any sexual situation or nude/on diaper. They WILL have clothing on)
- I am not drawing animal genitalia and I will have to change any animal member for a human. Don't even ask for an exception..
- I will not draw fanart(, i do these for my own pleasure and also) or fan characters of any kind.
This I LOVE drawing
- I love drawing pinups and almost any sexual. I draw males more than females, but that doesn't mean i can't slap some tits in you general direction x3
- Humans.
- Character creations. Yes i can design a character for you, it might cost a bit more but i will discuss and be there for you during the entire process
-CLOTHING. YES i love designing clothing! specialy males.
This i can draw
-Pregnant in gentle situations(like cuddling,showering,napping etc) or nude
-Cubs in innocent situation.
-Buff furs(to a limit, perhaps no more than normal Vegeta from DBZ built ;w;)
-Soft kinks.(please always ask if you are not sure)
YCH
-I tend to have these done in less than a week unles something happens in between (life ;3;, i will always notice by journal or note)
EXTRA CHARGES: (prices are around 5$+)
- Fantasy and sci/fi armor
- Weapons
- Complicate clothing/patterns.
- Complex tattoos or markings (like abnormal patterns other than the normal animal kingdom)
- Designing a new clothing.
- Cosplay costumes.
- Backgrounds in perspective. (i still have a little trouble with these due to being blind from my right)
- Rainbow Characters.
PAYMENT and WIPS
- I expect payment before i start doing your commissions.

- If you have any trouble getting the whole payment at front,we can discuss the situation by note.
- i do not send invoices. These cause me problems. I will send you my paypal address
- I always show a small resolution picture of the original one, and if you like it i will go ahead and finish the rest. During the sketch process its the ONLY phase i accept changes of any sorts
- I will NOT rework a finished image, the only edit are minor changes like small markings a forgotten piercings
REFERENCES
- I only accept visual reference, please do keep the image as large as possible. It will make it easier on my sight.
- Only short sentences that can describe your character's personality or any small details you want me to take into consideration
- Feel free to suggest poses if you want ~
- II will do my best to keep all the wanted details asked.
COMMISSION SLOTS:
- For now always open since i am barely starting but when things start to get more exciting, i will start doing slots x3, but i will never close them for so long.
OTHER:
- I tend to send a high res image which tend to be over 2000x2000 size.
- I reserve the right to post or not post the image as I wish, unless previously agreed not to. I also reserve the right to use the image any way I like including portfolios.
- I will not take penalty for not reading your mind.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request without question please don't argue with TIMEFRAME:
- I try to get most commissions done within a week to a month. Thus I reserve the right to take as much time as I need to complete a commission.
- I don´t work in commissions in the order they are listed. I try, but some factors that could modify the order of completion are:
payment order, references giving order, modifications and mistake fixing, problems with the sketch due complexity etc. Complains about finishing some commission in the list before yours are not accepted.
- I DO NOT accept deadlines of any kind. NO birthdays or special dates..
- IF you think i am taking too long to make a commission, please just note me once in a while and no bomber me daily. It will make me extremely nervous and block all artistic will.
