Ladies and gentlemen those who still keep an eye on the comic, we apologise for being away for so long, the comic is not dead nor has it gone away. Katie and I have been re-working and redesigning some elements of the comic.

For starters the comic is no longer named TechAsy, it is now called Creators: Keepers of Mana. The main site has changed location as well now residing at http://ckom.jadephoenix.org instead.

Eventually the comic will under go a Reboot and start again from the beginning when we are ready to start updating again, for now we are making minor changes to some site art.

Even the twitter and the RSS feeds have changed and can be found on the website main page.

I really do hope those of you still watching will continue to watch us still. I do intend on creating a new FA account to also reflect the name change, when that happens watch this journal space for details.

Given the fact right now we have very very little to update about I decided that the twitter will be used for quick short updates so I dont have to update the HTML for this every time. And this news pane will be used for more major updates that require a long winded explaniation or if we like to ramble on a little bit.

Unfortunatly again there will be no updates for a while, I have been looking for a few artists that MAY be intrested in drawing up some side arcs which coinside with the main story, if you know anyone or are an artist yourself get in contact with me at TechAsy[at]gmail.com to discuss the details. The purpose of this is to provide some side stories while Katie focuses on the main story herself, if no one comes avaliable Katie will draw the Side arcs with the time she has... which right now is still zilch but she's a busy artist and I have no intention on tearing her away from her school work not to mention her upcoming trip into Europe.

With things as idle as they are still, we don’t have a lot to update with unfortunately, both of us have been extremely busy over the Christmas and new year period and have pretty much used up any time we had for TechAsy. Sadly the Hiatus is still continuing but Katie has told me she hopes to get everything ready by the start of April time by building up her buffer and providing some new art for the cast page.

I personally am still working on getting the second side arc script checked over for viewing, but during the process I did find a more efficient means of displaying them in the side arc section which is a relief to my working hands and I will have to perform less coding because of it. Really we could do with a volunteer to help us with the editing of the scripts for the comic while Katie does it herself most of the time it would elevate some pressure from her if we had someone else to perform it but I am skeptical of just bringing anyone into the project so it's a bit of a side thought right now.

I am worried however at how popular we actually are, I know with the hiatus we're not much to look at but we are far from a dead comic and there is plenty to discuss about it especially on the forums, we recently managed to get rid of the majority of spam bots from making posts thanks to our host master so free registration is a go.

WE'RE NOT DEAD! We're not dead!... we promise we're still alive and working. Working in many senses anyway. *Ahem* I'll cut straight to the point Katie wants to work up a sizeable buffer before we start up the comic again so I would assume we're looking at the new year now before we start updating again, I know we've been on hiatus for a while but I've seen longer ones in other comics so I think we're alright for a while longer, but if you're bearing with us for this long so far you have our undying gratitude we wish we could replay all you patient people for it and perhaps we will once we start updating again.

Despite all this I haven't stopped writing, but until the updates do continue I can't put up many side arcs for safety of spoilers alert and frankly I'm very touchy when it comes to surprises, I'll have to poke Katie to finish checking over the two scripts I have written ready for you all and get those up ASAP.

I'm sure a lot of you get bored with me mentioning it but be sure to check out the forums there is activity there with big thanks to Tyler keeping us on our toes with questions, as random as they are; they are very fun to answer.

The series is still on hiatus as Katie works out her schedule but she has managed to grace us with some new shiny buttons for the side to officially link us to the new forum, a fan art page and an area where we'll upload side arcs / scripts and other tid bits that go along with TechAsy to help with the story or anything we feel like putting up that isn't part of the main story.

There's still no definite date when the comic will return but rest assured it is not forgotten we've both put too much effort this far to up and leave it alone now. Don't forget to vote as often as you can and be sure to post up a topic or 2 in the new forums.

As of now we are on official "Hiatus" mostly until Katie can get her schedule back on track for herself so she isn't piled up under loads of school and work, plus the comic. However over the course of time we hope to make a few changes and updates to the site so keep watching us for these changes, they include adding in a fan art page, revamping the archive page and hopefully getting a forum up so people have an easier place to talk about TechAsy with so they're not just limited to short messages in the shoutbox.

On the side I personally may try and update with a few side scripts that are featured as in-between(ers) of the comics main story, many of them may be short insights to character backgrounds or events, I haven't decided yet but it's something to keep in mind.

Overall we thank you for your patience while Katie got the last comic up for the Arc and welcome contained support, readers is all we have as a gauge to how well we are doing, so vote, tell your friends and keep watching us, we truly appreciate it.

Okay so well after the last journal and for those of you who didn't catch it. I lost a lot of data concerning the script and TechAsy setting and I've been working hard (and with a lot of help from Katie the artist who had a backup of scripts and a few things I wasn't reduced to square one) to re-write the scripts and what I did lose.

Special mention goes to  kalida who had my entire picture archive so I kept all my character references and commissions I had done.

We do have another arc we will be going into so there's no worries about that, but there is 2 comics left in this current arc and once they're cleared we'll be taking a short break to revamp the main site a bit plus I'll be stealing Katie to get her to draw up a few things in preparation for the next arc...

...oh yeah and there's that whole school thing Katie will be attending, you'll have noticed we try to update on a Monday but sometimes we are late and do slip, but we DO try our best to update once a week at the very least so even if it doesn't update on Monday evening be sure to check the next day or check the shoutbox to see if Katie has left a message for you all.

Once this arc is over, anyone who enjoys TechAsy please please tell us what you thought of us so far, it's been far past one year and we'd really like a lil idea on what people think, even if you post it here or e-mail us at TechAsy(at)gmail(dot)com.

Completely forgot about this, but as of June 1st, it was Techasy's first birthday.

One full year of updating comics, and I think we did pretty well, we have a good reader base so far, thank you all who are reading both here and on the main site. We hope you stay with us for as long as TechAsy updates.

So today I did a random search of TechAsy on Google, and I found someone who reviewed the title of TechAsy... yes just the title. And the best that person could come up with was saying it would've sounded better as Fantology... seriously... Is this the best some people can do?

Actually Fantology did sound like a good name. I just wasn't in the business in making a snappy title... the comic tells the story. If I really needed my title to tell the story for me there wouldn't be a comic after all.

All the same I think I should thank this person for the extra traffic I noticed, people are more curious about stuff when people talk bad about it than good, and more often or not, something that might appear bad can in actual fact be really good.

Okay so I just noticed a huge blunder in the number order of the comics, some of them had duplicate numbers...

Shame on me for not noticing, but now its re corrected I'm glad I caught it this early.

While Thanksgiving isn't a holiday celebrated in the UK, I do take my time to appreciate the importance of the holiday. After all I have been hoping one of these days I'll get to live and work in the US myself, but thats far off yet.

So Happy Thanksgiving to all you Americans from a Brit :3

Katie is currently visiting her folks for the time being, leaving myself to just continue writing like I always do. So I also decided to put up a new jorunal update, I'm pretty sure those of you watching us here would be welcome to any updates we can provide, sadly I have no idea how well noticed the news on our main site is observed so I dont get a lot of feed back.

In any case Katie in her moments of free time will have a new feature picture in the future for us to display, currently all we really have is the comics in display and I dont really see a reason to keep updating it to the new one every time, blast be it I can't remove it for some reason or either that I'm just not finding the option to do so, blegh >.<

Obviously we only update once a week and as our comic only appears on the main page for about an hour or so as it gets pushed off, any help in spreading the word of our comic about would be much appreciated, we thrive on readers, their opinions and views and as well as any feedback they can give us. Honestly I dont think we get as much as I'd like to see, not that I'm nagging people to comment or anything it just helps us improve on what we have and gauge us an idea on how well we are doing as a team.

I should mention that this particular account wont have any people it'll watch as the site is run by two people so we share the account. I myself  dressari have an account and I do watch people from there along with favourites I have, TechAsy will only feature any gift / fan arts from artist who give us the honour of their work and effort.

Also we may use the scraps section to freature up concept art or side works from the both of us that relate to TechAsy as a series so be sure to check there every so often.

Hello and welcome to a mirror site of the webcomic TechAsy, and a small host to some of the Artist and writer's works. We intend this FA page as a hopeful host to mirror and promote the comic we create on-line on at the moment a weekly basis.

TechAsy is a fully coloured webcomic of both humans and anthropermorphic characters set in a almost real world scenario. Some of it is fiction and some of it is based on real life locations, places, people and a few other tid bits.

My self the writer Alex, I am British based in England and have been working on the project for over 6 years nearly and it's only recently I teamed up with Katie to help me deliver my work in a comic, which to my discovery is more appealing that reading a huge wad of text in a text file on-line, go figure. I dont have any formal qualifications or knowledge of writing, much of what I have is self-taught and trial and error, so I make no claimes to have exellent spelling or grammar, but I like to think it's pretty good all things considering. And I have no idea how to use tags and what not for FA so please excuse mistakes while I learn :P

HI!!!!!!!!!!!! This is Katie, the artist. There are so many watches and comments already!? That's CRAZY! Thank you guys so much! I hope you enjoy the comic, and I'll strive to make it better and better I promise! I cant tell you enough how much feedback and support means to us, just starting out.
