Hello 2014! :D

Hope you all had a great Christmas and new years! Just a little update journal, I'm still alive!

Had a wonderful 2013, it just got better as the year went by! 2013's word of the year was definitely "UP!"

Highlights of the year!

- Frantic Eufuria - Many drunk xD
- Confuzzled! My first ever furcon, and oh boy was it fun! :D
- Got tech V2 - So so so happy with him!
- <3 - Just, just... words and stuff. My squishy, forever yours, love you so so so so much x

So, against my 2013 goals, I can rightly say that I've achieved over half of the goals from it, so yaaaaaaay!

And now for this years goals:

1) Reduce my caffeine intake
2) New job
3) Stop relying on my overdraft (This is a biggie for me)
3) Move out and in with good friends
4) Travel once every quarter
5) Choreo a dance routine!
6) Make this year even better than the last!

My first con, awww! :D

I'm not one for writing long in-depth journals. So I'll put it in points!

- I got an empty cup, pour me some more! ... I wanna keep it going, keep keep it going, going, going, going... Pitchers were cheaper than soft drinks :D

- Five people in a room is alot of people!

- #AllTheCons - Loads of things happened at the time, most memorable ones have to be ToastieCon (roll on 2014!) and 8amBarCon.

- Bar Staff and Hotel Staff - Seriously, you guys ROCK! Really speechless at how well they coped with us :D

- Didn't fursuit as much as I wanted to ;-; There's always next year though!

- Dance Competition - Actually being there in person has inspired me to go out and try to translate flailing into dancing xD

- Sponsor Buffet Fursuit Fiasco - shambles >.> <.<

- Nightclub/DJs - Only went to two sets over the time; V and the Dead Dog Party! Both awesome <3

- Dealers Den - Spotted a few things I liked in there! Unfortunately didn't have any spare cash to spend on arts :(

- Fureoke - drunken singing fun times! :D Passed out shortly after that, was falling asleep at the bar xD

- British Weather - A yellow object and blue background slowly appeared in the sky over the con :o

- I marked down a load of events I wanted to attend on the timetable, end up not going to most of them >.<

- Didn't meet/interact with alot of new people - I only have myself to blame for this

Also I NEED to give a massive shoutout to some peeeps for making a epic first con! Sparx, Whiskers, Dashtiger, Mangusu, Shanie, Chalmrah, Rikes, Danny, LittleTiger, Buxton, Cato, Taya, V, Triumph-Bar-DJ (forgot your name >.<), Apes, James, Branz and loads more of you who I can't recall at the moment!

Hey you!

A quick update on what's going on and what I'm going be doing in the future.

I've got a three-month break from work coming up in April, which coincidentally is the same time that loads of UK cons and meets are happening. So you'll see us at Frantic Eufuria, Confuzzled, LF meets and i'll try to get to some Manc and Brum meets :D

I've also found a local dance club which I should to be attending come this break aswell, it's just down the road from us and pretty good price as well, £5 per session. If all goes well, may enter next years dance comp. dun dun dduuuuun

I also got my first WIPs from Arend studios of tech V2 foamie-head, so pretty damn excited for this, hopefully for a debut at CFz (provided all things go well). Still don't quite know what I'm gonna do with V1 after I retire it, would love to stuff it and have it as a large huggable plushie, but space is an issue if I'm gonna do it. I'll think of something when it comes to it.

In terms of tech things, recently got my new graphics card through (680 classified) and done a lot of major cable management. In the process of fining it's maximum overclock on a quiet fan profile.

I already have a few plans for 2014, attending EF is the biggest for us, but that's still way too far in the future to think about now! Let's get 2013 out of the way first, it's going damn well awesome so far, and gonna get even better :D

Hey guys, just want to give you my list of goals for 2013. :)

-Talk to more people at meets. There's still people who attend meets regularly, but I'm too shy to talk to them >.<
-Be able to keep conversations going. I'm still terrible at it, hope for this to change!
-Go to more meets. Brum, Manc and other UK events, I have my eye on you!
-Learn to Drive. I want to go places!
-Design another character, and get it turned into a suit!
-Learn to dance. In and out of suit :D
-Be more acrobatic in suit. I want to be able to do a backflip on the spot :P
-Cut down impulse buying.
-Get a new job! Probably in IT, and in the second half of the year.
-Dual graphics cards! Just waiting for the next iteration to come out now, too late to the party at the moment :p
-Buy another/two more monitors :P
-Comment/reply on more things, across all IMs/Socialthingys :)
-Finish those coding books I bought
-Prance about in someone elses fursuit :P
These are the main ones, and the one goal I make every year

-Make every year better than the last!

All healed up from my previous journal, you would even think that I lost a chunk of lip at all! Dentist fixed me up good as well (thank you!)

Anyways, meetwise, I'll be at the LondonFurs Winter Party, so be sure to say Hi and receive free hugs! Cleaning up techsuit now, lots a little tears in the seams that need to fixed and washing it to keep it fresh! Also a few fixes and tweaks to head need to be done x.x techsuit V2 is almost fully save up with many months to go before I get him (still massively excite)

Confuzzled 2013 has also been fully paid off, so can't wait! :D

Workwise, I'm now a Section Leader/After hours Duty Manager(when they're not in) So it's not all too bad!

While I love my fursuit and character that I've developed, lately I've been feeling that it's been (personally) getting stale. Don't get me wrong, I still love fursuiting, just that I need more characters and personalities to "expand my horizon".

What I'm saying is that, I feel I've reached an impasse at improving my fursuiting skills. I'm limited to one character and personality at the moment and I'd want to develop more characters. I can't change an already developed character that I'm really happy with. Of course, this can be solved by having more fursuits (therefore characters) but i'm not quite the millionaire I dremed I'd be when I was 10 xD

Just checking in to say thanks for all the favs and hello to my new watchers and even the old ones!

So, today was a strange day, walked around the majority of central London for about three hours with a pillow fight in the middle of it, lots of people asking for photos and too many little kids x3

I really appreciate suiting in small groups, and want to do it alot more!

So, lately I've been having some strange and cool dreams. So here they are (At least what I can remember)

1# - Strange Dream - On a fursuit walk, nothing unusual, I see my fursuit just going along with the flow from a 3rd person perspective. Then suddenly, I look down to realise that I'm not wearing the fursuit and it's just walking off down a bridge. I'm suddenly unhealthily worried, and start asking people around me who's in my fursuit. I was seriously freaking out as I'd now lost sight of it. I remember running around frantically, and then not much else, then woke up. @-@

2# - Awesome - I dreamt that I had a warehouse full of cosplay and fursuits, even of other peoples characters :P NOW that was awesome. Then I woke up :(

3# - Kinda awesome - On a small group fursuit walk, I'm in fursuit (I'm sure in this one, but from seen from a 3rd person perspective as me talking in the dream matched up with the actions). And it just felt awesome, no explanation behind it, just genuinely felt great. Then I woke up :(

And also another stupid topic, but I've dreamt my future, at least certain parts of it. Sounds completely mad, but here goes. I've had insane deja-vu at moments in my life, and my mind goes: "You've dreamt this EXACT scenario before." For instance, before I even knew I was going to not be in halls for my only year in uni. I dreamt I was pinning down network cables around a door frame in an unknown house, with the sun coming down through what was the front of the house to the door. And what do you know, that house turned out to be the accommodation that I had my first year of uni in. I was laying down the network cables into housemates rooms, grabbed my hammer and cable-pins, looked up through the door to find... The exact scene from my dream a couple of months back.

Even before I knew I would be dropping out of uni and returning home, I dreamt me sitting at my desk (first person) (but it was on the wrong side of the room at the time) with a blue glow below the keyboard. And well, come november last year, major Deja Vu as i sat down and browsed Ukfur with my newly acquire K90 keyboard @-@

Utter madness? Probably. But this is just something I wanted to get off my chest :) Thanks for reading this if made it this far :D
