As you know I’ve been trying to do a lot of lore building around the different kinds of corruption between my different characters. I just wanted to gauge how interested people are in the following. It’ll basically be how fast I get through developing them. A general 1-5 would be nice with 1 being highest priority. Non corruption stuff will be intermixed of course, this is specifically for that content

Oh wow I just realized we hit 2000 watchers! Uh, to be honest I never thought I would get that far after first posting like 2 or so years ago (I was a lurker for at least 4 years I think xD, to think I became a furry cause I thought werewolf tfs were cool!). Its been a rocky road and I've had the opportunity to meet lots of people of varying personalities! While I still don't think I really identify as a furry in terms of my identity, I definitely enjoy the community in so many ways. The negatives are there obviously, but all you wonderful people make it so worth it to invest in my creativity and indulge in my interests without needing to worry about being judged... its a bit liberating. Out of all my regrets it would be that I may have too many characters... might have to organize a sale for those that I dont plan to use in the lore!

One thing I've been on the fence about has been whether I should ever go to a fur con, I'm genuinely pretty terrified of being recognized and potentially it affecting my professional life if there are like pictures and such. Though I think it would be good to at least experience one, is there any recommendation of which I would pick?

Also may I thank anyone who has ever made a fun or interactive comment on any of my posts, it honestly just lights up my day to interact with people even if it is quite minor. And especially a thank you to all the artists that have brought my silly ideas and characters to life. Its what makes life so much more colourful and meaningful to me, something I really appreciated throughout the depression of my college and graduate school years.


OK final question: If I was to organize a raffle would people like want just a gift pic or like choosing for a pic of their choice with their and my character (within limitation of course)? It feels kinda narcissist to do a gift pic with one of my own characters so I wasnt sure haha. I personally really dislike being considered like a "popufur" but hey I guess its inevitable right?

Midlife crisis moment. Music from like the 1999-2012 hit hard and you can't change my mind. It was kinda that dawn of electronic pop music where they experimented with themes and a lot of unique stuff came out of it.

Like the songs nowadays are fine and all, but idk just feels like something is missing and I just don't connect the same way. Maybe its the nostalgia and memories of a better time etc. I'm sure if I ever have kids they'll all call these songs lame :V

I know everyone has been getting a bunch of xanithar corruptions recently, and I'm so happy he can spread himself around (gonna post another blessed by our favourite demon dragon soon). HOWEVER. Just know I have other Seers who can corrupt and inhabit the body of mortals:

While Xanithar is a being of pure chaos, he revels in manipulating mortals and destruction of civilization. That might not be your character's thing. Corruption to me is an extreme, the representation of the loss of moral judgement no matter to what end, whether it be a authortarian society of order or complete anarchy. Hypatia, (NSFW) https://www.furaffinity.net/view/34706987/ for example, is the seer of passions. Ambition to her is the means and the ends. Your desire is your own, she just fuels that desire and pushes you forward to reach that goal whether noble or evil. My character Nuru is an example of corruption by her, in a noncanon world where she was pushed to prove her role as head of her tribe and beat of her challengers she became a ruthless tyrant dedicated on unifying her people in conquest https://www.furaffinity.net/view/37021395/ . Plus you get a really nice red makeover :p

Phreadus, https://www.furaffinity.net/view/43237249/ , is the seer of nature/war. To him, the natural order should usurp all other priorities. Survival of the fittest, where one's dominance should stifle all other motivations. Trickery is a tool of cowards, and only those with the character to never give up and make use of their strength (sometimes magical) are to be rewarded and lead society. I do have a really old reference of corruption by phreadus (NSFW) https://www.furaffinity.net/view/35051454/ , but honestly I'd go a little less tentacally and go for a more corrupted druid shaman/barbarian kind of look. The colour scheme is on point tho.

I have the 3 other seers of order, (Order, Peace, Hope) but I doubt anyone would be interested in "good" corruption where your quest for order or justice begin to distort your morality to a obsessive degree. Something like a Paladin who burns an entire city out of suspicion of heresy for example with the seer of order. The seer of peace so distanced and seperated from reality in her dreamlike state that her followers never awake from their peaceful meditation along with allowing their physical forms to morph and shift like water. All seers at the end of the day are extreme, and none of them having an influence on you is "good".

I'm looking to expand my list of artists I commission but its really hard for me to find people. If you want to recommend anyone underrated or extremely nice let me know! I find myself just sticking to the same artists over and over again, but everytime I try someone new it seems to go badly x)

Subjects of interest: Character design, dragons, cattos, borbs, snakes, jackals/egyptian theme, gryphons, realistic styles, landscapes, transformation, and of course corruption/goo stuff is always good. I've been wanting to get some more stylistic stuff and emotional pieces in general to build up the lore for my characters.

I recently have had a bunch of people calling me a popufur and a bunch of furries coming to get pictures with my characters that I have never talked to before. While I appreciate the sentiment I don't know if I necessarily want to be popular... I really don't like large group chats and am pretty introverted in general so please keep that in mind if you want to contact me. I do have a discord server specifically so I can interact with people more casually rather than it being this big *send notes and friend requests etc*. It's quite crazy for me cause just 3 years ago I was lurking and watching a bunch of people that I looked up to in terms of their commission and design decisions.

This fantasy of embracing being an egotistical, maniacal, demon who strives to corrupt those he confronts with lust and domination!

So I've been wondering on making some changes to Phraedus for his appearance. The old one here https://www.furaffinity.net/view/36586603/ has kinda fallen out of favour as I've been developing everything (main lore here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/34707440/ )

I've been thinking of making his more octopus/alien form one of the many void lords/elementals like Vuul, Thraxis and such. Therefore he needs a new appearance, so far I've been appealing moreso that of a bear since its stereotypically associated with druids and such in a stature similar to something like volibear from LoL. Though honestly the bear almost seems to stereotypic where maybe another species would work better? Any ideas?

Ayyyye I finally got to 1000, tbh I never thought this many people would ever care about the stuff I commission so this is pretty crazy. Can't believe its been 2 years since my original journal ( Journal1 ), after almost 3 years of lurking. Its been a while since i was a random lurker scared to favourite or watch anyone because of the stigma the furry community had at the time and I've had the opportunity to talk to and even befriend people who seemed to me at the time to be paragons. While I made some mistakes and may regret some of the things I commissioned eventually, I can say its been a hell of a ride so far... and hopefully for the foreseeable future.

Should I do anything to celebrate? A raffle? idfk. xD

I've been considering doing one of those goo groups, but instead of being all drones its more like a coven of goo snakes spreading the good word of Vuul around and enlightening other furs to the goodness of being goooo snakes.

Was disappointed with the quality of my last two writing pieces I did to get back in the swing of things. I'm having issues finding people to just proofread over my pieces (nothing extreme just to see if its flowing well or stays interesting etc).
