Hey hey! So, I don't hang out here a lot. I think my last journal was like, three years ago, wot? But I follow a lot of cool artists and have come across so, so many amazing designs and art and folks and I like it here a lot, and I'm super enjoying getting into my own art swing with some tentative 'sona designs etc etc etc. SO, I thought I'd get some more furry art practice in by offering *ONE* FREE SONA PORTRAIT!!!??!

Basically, something like this.

I'm thinking of keeping the offer open for 24 hours [till 1am GMT 9th] then basically picking the sona I fancy most to draw. Primarily I want someone/thing to practice portraits on, and have a bit of fun with. And I'm not expecting a huge response as I don't have a very big following here. But if you wanna try your luck just post below with a visual link to your character and whatever else you wanna say about them.

AND if you really would like to, I'm also open for full colour portrait commissions ala above example - $25. Just note/comment me!

Between everything, I post mostly all my work everywhere, though obviously here some of the furry work takes prevalence, and with my tumblr it's a lot more tag-worthy fan art etc. My Twitter.... well I don't really know what the hell even with Twitter, I'm just waiting for things to happen on that, but who knows O_o

Okay, so obviously I know what tumblr is. I even signed up with a password and a username and everything. Bu it's been months now and I've been too much of a chickenshit to properly commit to committing to a blog. I have my boring old blogspot HERE but the blogspot community sucks dust so obviously tumblr is the natural choice of progession.

Basically what I'm asking is what is everyone's favouite artistic tumblr? What are the best examples of blogs out there and can you share them with me??? Of any kind, not just furry - duh :P

So, regardless of it taking a little longer than I expected it to, I finally got through my complimentary commission list, and overall I'm pleased with the end results - in particular though I think Aixarata's remains my personal favourite!

So now I reckon I'm ready to open up for real commissions. I've been thinking long and hesitantly about it, but only because I feel I'm so new here and I haven't gotten to know the community as well as I'd like just on a more personal level. Regardless though, a handful of folk have already mentioned they would like a commission so now I'm officially open for business :P

I am only open for traditional black & white pencil lineart at the moment, i.e., EXAMPLE 1, EXAMPLE 2

PRICE will be $10 (USD) per one character/figure.
(This is an introductory price, but will remain such until I feel I have garnered enough experience to revise the price.)

I only accept paypal. I am very easy to communicate with, and will keep a constant line of conversation open as I work with your piece. But I will only deliver the full piece upon payment, and thus will priorities work depending on order of payments between you guys.

At the moment it's an open call, but if I do get a bunch of requests then I will limit myself to three slots per batch. If it turns out I'm only being requested one or two at a time then I will keep an open listing.

Hello all! I'm just gonna make this a (fairly) quick note to explain why I went so quiet so suddenly.

I've only been here on FF with an account for a couple of weeks, although I've been lurking for much longer; I took so long to set myself up with an actual presence because I was waiting for some downtime in real life. I'm aiming to start concentrating on commissions and generating some small business for myself, while pushing myself artistically and meeting loads of new friendly and talented folks.

End of February/start of March was all set up so that I'd have time to do just that - until my shitty part-time job started laying on more shifts than I had time for. Just last night I finally got to lay down the law with my boss and he's cut my hours back so I can finally get back to doing some real work, in my eyes.

I have three people left on my gift commissions list waiting for pieces - and I haven't forgotten about you all, I promise! After that I'd like to open up a small number of super-low priced slots for line art, mostly to see if anyone might actually interested enough to put a litttle money down for my work! In the meantime, a friendly hello if you happen to come by my page is always appreciated. And for those waiting for their gifts, thank you for your patience!
