I've been doing some searching recently and can't find any communities for adult my little pony art/games/movies/etc. If you know of any decent communities let me know - this was so much simpler when I started doing Sonic stuff because there was a lot less clutter on the web :P

Ok, so I've finally got a release of Birth of the Resistance out, so go check it out and report them bugs. I'll be continuing to work on the other endings and looking for some sounds to add to the game. The endings are coming along nicely, and I have everything completly planned. With any luck, a few more months at the longest and we'll have a complete release for the game.

Now, as for future stuff. I have ideas in my head for a third game, that will close out the "trilogy" so to speak. It's a much bigger idea than my others, and with that being said probably can't be done in Flash. I don't know if I'll ever get around to doing it really, but we'll see how everything turns out.

For the more immediate affairs, I plan on finishing the game first and foremost. After that, I plan on going a completely different direction - My Little Ponies. I've just recently seen the show, and just drew some ponies for the first time the other day. They are so fun to draw.

I'm hoping to throw together a short comic, maybe 10 pages, in my old style. I've always loved comics and wanted to draw some, so that''s what I'm shooting for. And yes, it will be adult, just like all my other stuff. If anyone knows of any other good sites for pony adult art, please let me know.

It's funny, because I've been drawing Sonic porn for over a decade now, but I don't even consider myself a furry. I only started doing it because it was easier to get attention than drawing normal crappy Sonic art :P. Either way, I've rambled enough, so go play the game!

Okay, so it's only been like... 7 years since I release Rise of Robotnik. That being said, it's actually time for playtesting to begin on the next game in the series, Birth of the Resistance.

I have completed nearly the entire game, and am working on the endings. Nothing is terribly polished, as there is no sound and some of the characters aren't 100% in the right positions in every scene, but I would say 90% of the entire game is up and running.

So it's time to ask for playtesters. If you're willing to test the game without the endings, please let me know. I will start with a small sampling of people and try to build it up from there.

So anyway, I'm back to working on my game and I've got... nearly everything done. Might as well finish it right? I guess since I've been gone for years I have no idea who is out there still reading this, so give me a shout out if you are! Yay for getting a new scanner and wanting to use it.

All right, now that I have your attention, quick question to all my watchers (or at least those that read my journals... both of you).

Who would be interested in an art contest? I have a very specific idea for a contest I want, and I want to know just how much participation I would get. Anything from sketches to full colored art would be accepted, and as for the prizes...

I'd like to offer sketches to winners of individual categories, such as the "Funniest" picture. For the Grand Prize winner, I'd make a full colored commission-level picture, and as bonus incentive, it would be featured as secret art in my upcoming game.

And yes, I'm still working on my game, just using my free time to mostly PLAY games instead of make them. With Starcraft 2 coming out, it's probably going to be tough, but I will try my hardest to finish up the second Demo sometime soon. Just gotta sit down and finish the coding - the art's all done!

To all the other dad's out there, congrats. Don't be dead beats - you give the rest of us a bad rep.

I've been playing too much WoW recently, but it's starting to slow down, which is good because I can start working on the second demo for the second game. I will be working on it as much as I can over the next few weeks and will hopefully be releasing it shortly. It will cover one of the endings of the game - at least most of it ;)

I've been lightly pimping this book for a while now, but I need to step up my game.

"Drawing Comics" by Scott McCloud is THE definitive book on drawing comics in my opinion. It talks about everything that really goes into making a comic and doesn't just focus on a specific style. It breaks down comics into their core elements and is absolutely fascinating to read.

The book is actually written AS a comic book, meaning it looks more like a comic than a book. However, it really has a TON of information and is great for anyone who would ever want to delve into comics in the slightest way.

It's relatively cheap (under 20$) and has enough stuff in it to keep you occupied for a while. It's not intended as a "how to draw" book, but it does have great exercises in between chapters for those wanting some hands on work as well.

In short - BUY THIS BOOK. Scott McCloud is very respected in the comic book field for a good reason, and this book is nothing short of a comic book bible.

Major issues with corrupted files have led me to start scrapping a lot of the game that I had. I still have all the text and pictures done, but the flash file had some major issues... meaning I have to put all of them back together again - lots of rework. Still, everything's going okay, just way behind schedule. I'll keep you posted.

I'm still working on the adult flash game, but progress has slowed a lot. I've gotten very busy with sickness and the holidays, but the biggest set back has been my slow learning of Anime Studio. I'm working on simple animations for the second game, but the biggest problem I'm having is with file size. I can't seem to export directly to a Flash format (I can, it just doesn't work right), and all the other formats are way too big.

I am still working on it, but it may be delayed more than I thought. Sorry!

Both my wife and I have been vomitting all night, and our infant is getting sick on top of it all.

I know it's been a while since I've had an update on the game, but it's been busy. However, I've started working again, and have taken inventory of the game. Here's the current standing:

Basically nearly everything's done individually except for endings and all I have to do is put everything together.

As far as a timeline goes, I will be publicly releasing the first (and possibly only) demo around Thanksgiving. Currently, I'm hoping to be completely done be the end of January. The only pieces that still need quite a bit of work are the endings and the sound.

That being said, I'd like to make a cutoff date for any potential guest artists. Everyone who wishes to submit artwork must have it in by December 31st, 2009. Hopefully I'll be done by then and we can all have a very happy new year!

I've JUST finished the Demo version of my second adult flash game. It's short, but it gives a taste of what the game's going to be like. However, I will not be releasing the demo publicly for some time. For those of you who want the demo...

I am looking for Guest Artists to be featured in Easter Eggs throughout the game. If anyone would like to submit something, please send me a note. All righty, time to get down to business. I've gotten a lot of work done on game #2, and the demo is almost ready.

HOWEVER, since it will still be several months before the game comes out, I'd like to use this as incentive.

What I'd like to start doing is getting guest art to put in the game. This is a general response session, and anyone who wants to submit art can get a shot. In addition, anyone who has a picture that is accepted as guest art for the final game will get to play the demo when it's done, instead of waiting until closer to the release of the game. It's not going to be amazing or anything, but it's my way of saying thanks to those that help me out.

Here are some general guidelines to anyone who wants to try to submit art.

1. The game is adult in nature. Your artwork does not HAVE to be adult, but it is suggested.

2. The maximum possible dimensions for the picture are 800x600 pixels. I will not accept anything larger than this. This is the dimension for the game window, so if it's not a full picture there will be negative space, just for your information (as in a tall picture will have blank space on the sides).

3. I'm trying to save file space. The general file size of these pictures should be around 50 kB (I know, small for some), though I'm willing to grant leeway depending on the artist and the quality of the art. Basically, if you provide something that warrants 300 kB, I won't have a problem finding a way to put it in. However, the smaller the filesize the better your chances are of getting in.

4. It has to pertain to the Sonic the Hedgehog series. By series, I mean the games, comics, and or anything else that contains Sonic or his friends. The picture also has to at least contain one character from the game. You can have as many fancharacters as you can fit in as well, however, but it has to have at least one character from the game somewhere.

I'll be putting up a handful of pictures of the main cast soon enough. In case anyone wants to know about a specific character, please PM me with questions. A general list of people that will show up (but not all of them):

It's about that time again...

Well, I've actually gotten quite a bit done. I'm programming the next game much more systematically, which means I've got quite a bit done. The script's coming along nicely, and the art is mostly done except for the sex scenes.

Of course there's a problem now, though. I began to start scanning all the art to begin coloring and my scanner went kaplooey. After almost 8 years, the scanner finally met it's match. So the game's on hold at the moment until I can get a new scanner.

Anyway, I just wanted to let any fans out there how it's going and why I'm not putting up any art. I'm working on getting a demo out soon, but I need to finish up some scanning before I can do that. Wish me luck.
