OK, got that out of my system.

I like orcas a lot obviously. More than just the like, the fluke and in particular the male anatomy allow for some silliness, and nothing I like better than taking something "sexy" and adding at least a little silliness to it. There's a lot of "sexy poses" and various other action shots out there, but the stuff that's pulled off with a sense of humor is a little harder to find.

Anyhow, I think this is the last orca pics I'll be posting for a while here. I've done a lot lately, and, barring commission/trade requests I want to concentrate a bit more on some other species. Don't want to pidgeon hole myself into just one or two.

Still have to go through comments and stuff for the past couple weeks here. Its been a busy time here with job hunting, helping folks move, and re-organizing the house after said move.

I might finally be able to take some time out and do some drawing this weekend. Keeping my fingers crossed right now.

Really, the whole drawing thing has become a point of difficulty for me right now. I see many improving at a faster pace than I am. There's good reason because its been a very tough couple years. I hope I can start putting in more time soon on this.

So, I really wanted to get into the competition this month with the pirte theme thing. Partly because I had a half-formed idea, and partly because I could use the money, and partly because it would be good practice before doing another commission.

Ummm, anyone know how to submit it? or any other info on this contest??

See, I could be out of a job come October or November. Other people are trying to see if the can keep me on, but the primary person employing me can no longer afford to. Job security is thus very low at present.

So I have to devote a lot or most all my free time to job hunting. I have two current commissions that I will endevour to finish off now, which will make a nice relaxation from resume posting and rejection letters. Just don't expect much in the next couple months.

Woo. In the time that I posted the pics that are going with me to AC this year I got 67comments, 184favs, and 47 new watches. That's a lot for ME anyhow.
