Posted 14 years agoI really really dont have that many people following me so I'm really hoping that some of you actually read this.
Basically, I kinda wanna actually bring some value to the FA community, but have absolutely no idea how to accomplish this. I really dont have any artistic talent (as you can see by the fail drawings Ive made) so I cant draw to bring value. I need suggestions.
Ive been considering doing some sort of journal-based contribution, maybe a review of movies and/or video games... or just random short stories, or something. I REALLLLYYYY NEED IDEAS, PEOPLE.
Oh, and whatever I (hopefully) end up doing, Imma title it "nTranced", simply because thats awesome (or pawesome :3)

G4 - AOTS
Posted 14 years agoYa know, I was watching Attack of the Show on G4 and they started doing a bit on Furry Weekend Atlanta. I was very very impressed with how they handled the entire thing, actually showing the side of the fandom that does NOT revolve around porn and/or sex. They gave the fandom a fair review and actually covered the entire thing very well. Anyone else watch this? Thoughts? Please repost this journal, I really want the fandom to understand that G4 and AOTS did a wonderful job and I think more people should be watching them then actually are.

Personality Profile
Posted 15 years agoTrance acts like a slightly eccentric young adult, although he occasionally has moments of extreme immaturity and pure playfulness, as well as moments of deep seriousness and thoughtfulness. He can easily strike up a conversation with anyone and keep it rolling for hours, but also has the stubbornness to ignore everyone for days. Being a people person, however, he relies on having strong relationships with others and can easily be hurt by miniscule drama. He always looks up to others and is normally optimistic, trying hard to avoid finding fault with others. Due to a tumultuous past, Trance can have sudden attacks of depression by things that may remind him of events that have occurred, but he keeps the darkness of the past mostly hidden from everyone, save a few of his closest friends.
Trance has a very childish nature overall, and therefore is easily manipulated and has a sort of innocence to him, even though he is most definitely not innocent in the slightest. He can be somewhat careless with himself, but is overly protective about the ones that he cares about. Stress is hard for him to handle, he normally blows it off through talking to friends. Energy is not a problem for Trance, however, he is always bubbly and raring to go, easily excited by the smallest things. His nature is to be very forgiving, especially when it involves someone hurting him, but if someone is mean or negative toward his friends, he is easily angered.
Considered to be the classic optimist, he always likes to see a task through to the end, making sure things go right. Despite being a very social person, however, he can sometimes become very shy or inhibited when he feels threatened or is embarrassed. He is very kind and considerate to everyone, and sometimes gets into trouble for being too trusting. He also has a problem with believing that everyone is as forgiving and trusting as him, and can mistakenly anger some people without knowing it. A doctor may diagnose Trance with ADD or ADHD, because he is easily distracted by shiny things or things that seem pretty or colorful.
Trance is currently studying Aerospace Engineering in college, and is highly devoted to all of his studies. He has a slightly higher IQ then most of the students in the school, but doesn’t like to brag, although some of the other students can be upset by his careless know-it-all attitude. Of course, Trance has a life besides school and his visible life. Being a out-of-closet gay since he was only 14, he found it hard to be accepted back in high school and is hoping that college will present a new opportunity for him. He doesn’t openly proclaim to be gay, but he has no desire to hide it either, and anyone who looks deeply enough into him could easily figure it out. He acts slightly girly at all times, but doesn’t try to be flamboyant.
Trance’s wardrobe is fairly consistent with his personality, he likes wearing tight clothing when he has to wear clothing at all, he enjoys going around in simple shorts and bare chest, to show off his slim, athletic form. He also enjoys wearing arm warmers and bright colors, and is into wearing a collar, a fashion among some of the furries throughout his generation. Footwear is normally flip-flops or barefoot, except when he goes for his morning run at sunrise, when he wears running shoes. He also wears a shark tooth necklace, just as a reminder to himself to stay faithful to his mate when he has one and as a reminder to not put himself out for sex (too much) when he is single.

Posted 15 years agoSo, if you've been paying like, any attention at all to my most recent journals, you probably realize that things havent been going quite so well. Actually, things kinda really really really stink right now. But anyway, things just keep getting worse.. Im not sure how much longer Im going to keep coming on here, or skype, msn, etc.
Now some of you may be all like, "Well, i thought that he was fine, you know, he has people to help him deal with crap and such." This would be the part where I bring up a very upsetting point: My lifelines have been severed. Specifically, the two main ones that I rely on have been cut very quickly just today. One of them.. well, he's going to not be able to use the internet for a while because his mom thinks that hes all lazy and such, and the other.. meh. The other, I guess he cares, Im pretty sure he does, at least I once thought he did and I think it carrys on to now.. Anyway, he is going to have very limited access to skype and msn and such, in fact, he posted a journal about it today or last night. The point is, both of my lifelines and the main two people that I care about wont be on much at all, so I will be gone alot as well.. possibly permanetly, possibly not *Shrug*
Either way, know this, You wont see me around.
