Oh good, Lordi...
Posted 10 years agoI know it exists, but really? Most popular result on Furaffinity?
Sonic TG and Mpreg.... Just for typing in "Sonic", and this is in safe search.
Some would defend it by saying "it's art." I say it's FUBAR.
Looks like I'll stick to fan art searching on DevaintArt.

Remember these guys?
Posted 11 years agoAka the first thing anthro related O have uploaded.
So here in the UK children in need is over, and we have been announced they have reached around £32 million for children in need. And look who decided to help.

I may not be a fan of East Enders, but it looks like Peggy's "Get out my pub!" spirit still lives on in the Queen Vic.

Damn it technology
Posted 11 years agoEver get the feeling you have to deal with something you easily get pissed off with? Well, I got some cool commission art from my local comic convention, them being Hoxton from Payday, since he's getting broken out on the 27th. Cool 4 pieces of art I got from awesome comic book artists. I wanted to upload them to steam, but for some reason it wouldn't even give me the "Upload artwork" button for the Payday 2 artwork section. So I said, feck that, I'll upload them to FA, then the damn scanner had to screw up. I'm getting the uneven feeling that technology just hates me, as much as I hate it. Granted I respect anyone who is a computer wiz kid or tech speicalist, but when it couldn't even upload a simple page, that's pathetic, but maybe things will change when I get my own built computer and I'll buy my own scanner down the line.
But for now, I'll best get back to my concept drawings and put these nice pieces in a safe place.

Getting my touch back.
Posted 11 years agoWell, not too long ago I bought myself a drawing board. So hopefully I can kick myself into gear and get back into drawing.
Just to note since I haven't mention it. I used to be a pretty good artist, well of course my early stuff was just "copied" if you will, but it was the kind of stuff that where I see a pic and draw it in my own piece of paper, some people said I traced it, well you be surprised. Sadly I can't upload it, nothing about legal matters, actually my current scanner can't do A2s. So of course I'll be doing it on a simple page. It's a matter of getting back into the game, but hey. I did some pretty good original works back in the day. But since I'm reading comics (graphic novels for those who wish to use that term) lately, (My favourites so far are The 'Nam, The Other Side and Tank Girl) so hey, Why the hell not.
If this kicks off, maybe requests, but hey I got to get the essentials and my touch back, so in the meantime, I'll be waiting for the board to come. This will be interesting.

Old video, still relevant.
Posted 11 years agoI may be an average Joe that sits down and plays video games, watch movies or even reading. (Currently reading Bioshock Rapture, it's very rich in detail and explains a lot of what happened before the events of the first game.) But the one category I do spend the most time with is of course video games, hey I'm human, I love em. But I do treat them no different from movies or books, I think most of us know that the video games are becoming a more vibrant media rather than a toy, even toys can be considered more than a plaything in some points, as far as I see it, they can be decorations as well for a personal touch. I even have a few Sonic and Mario plushes in my den that I still put up on the DVD shelf for filling in that bland gap. Even the figurines I get from certain editions of movies and games I put them up on my huge CRT TV.
But getting back on track, the way I treat games are no different from movies or books, I think, I listen, I input, I critique and see what other people think but still keep in mind that I should not be afraid to say what I think, but respect the other's experience. (To a degree, no one likes white knights or fanboys/fangirls.) It's all about agreeing, disagreeing with dignity and agreeing to disagree. Like all three mediums, they have their good, decent and just pure insults to our intelligence. Every Call of duty game since Modern Warfare 2 and almost every Michael Bay movie made would be a prime example of the last statement, at least Bad Boys 1 and 2 made me laugh, they're popcorn movies at best. I've seen that games can be like both movies and books, intellectual, informative, creative and even teach us a lesson, in a lot of topics or subjects. I treat my collection like a library, different shelves for platform, alphabetical order and always put them away, never leaving them around the place. I know and look up trivia and how things happened behind the scenes. (You can't help but to know the working people's stories who make it happen.)
Like a normal bloke, I do keep in mind about my weight. I ain't at the peak of health, but I do walk and trying to find work. Why am I saying all of this? Well, I think I have mentioned that I hate current society. But I can't help but to heavily pity the current and the so called new generation. Games are a big part now a days, but now it's being blamed and categorised as one of the causes for how spoilt, unsympathetic and corrupt the generation is. There are other reasons, don't get me wrong, but there are a lot of problems that spawned from it, if there is one good argument for things like this happening is we just tolerated it, about the video that is mentioned on the subject name, here is almost everything that is listed about what I'm saying.

You've seen that? The sad fact is, it's such a great idea, but I still see kids, even grown men like that kid in that one brief example that Bob gives. I don't agree everything on what he says, but he speaks a lot of truth in this vid. I remember playing Call of Duty: Black Ops (Last COD game I got. Thank crap my sanity and intellect was saved.) on Playstation 3. I encountered a kid that went by the name niko4life, when we where going to the next map, was Hanoi, you know, the map that was based of the NVA prison, the Hanoi Hilton. I was a huge war history reacher since I was seven, when I was 13, I took interest in the Vietnam War. (Second Indochina war) I knew the flags, guns, tanks, helicopters and all military aspect. That kid said, and I quote both me and myself.
Okay! We're in Japan now!
Uh, this is North Vietnam....
No! It's Japan, it's World War 2!
No mate, this is Hanoi, during the Vietnam War.
Nooooo!!! Japan! It's world war 2!!!!
Then why are we using 1960 gear? Why is there a NVA flag? Why are there helicopters?
Noooooooooo!
That was all in voice chat, I hated that moment where most of my hopes for the better gamer was lost, I can list a lot of encounters like that, but I might list that another time....
But I have met some intelligent and knowing people that don't need to be explained on what I say. That makes me smile a bit. Those I have met so far, thank you.
It's my first journal and I'm rusty with English, if I drag anything out or mistakes, let me know, but be dignified, we are human after all.
