Yep I finally made it to this point though it feels bittersweet for some reason. I dunno why....but I feel I should've already been passed this point already and it feels like every time I post something it's the same set of people who show their support, not that there's a problem with it of course because I'm still grateful for them. Just was hoping more watchers would actually support....ya know?

I have decided to make it mandatory to have clients PAY UP FRONT if they want to commission me....even if they want initial sketches of a big commission. It would not be fair for me to do partial work only for a client to just abandon a commission because they do not have enough funds half way into a commission, when they original stated they had the money to begin with. Plus this prevents theft for any WIP's that are shown.

For now, commissions are temporarily closed.

I have decided to close drawing Requests PERMANENTLY . There have been too many incidents where people come out of nowhere only to ask for requests and then suddenly fall off the face of the earth afterwards when it's done. And there have been accounts when I do a request and the person never acknowledges it at all. Just shows how people can be these days....

So if you want a drawing from me, youre gonna have to either:

A) Commission me
B) Do an Art Trade

OR

C) Gifts for friends - B-days (sometimes I might not be able to gift someone depending on my schedule) or random acts of kindness

Id rather not waste any more precious time I got these days.

First things first...I want to wish you all a Happy Easter and that you enjoy your day and weekend.
I am still away at the moment and will be back home tomorrow evening.

With that said, the rest of this is a follow up from my last journal. So I have thought it through hard of my decision on whether or not I would stay here on FA or not. I have decided that I will be staying here. There are a few folks that might be here but not on DA that actually care about me at least and to just pick up and leave them behind kinda makes me feel bad and I'm sure they'd feel the same.

Most of you were probably asking...."why bring this up in the first place?". Well, I'd like to think of FA...and Deviantart as not only an art site but also a place to socialize as well. I like meeting new people and getting to know them but it seems some people are rather....reluctant to engage in conversation at times (this applies on skype as well). Communication is a two-way street....not one and it seems like people tend to brush me off like I'm a nobody...unless I offer or draw something for someone THEN all of sudden I'm the most important person In their life. Then it feels like I'm only being taken advantage of.

For example, if someone were to ask for a request...I accept...then that person talks to me none stop....then when everything is said and done....that person just disappears ...never to be heard from again ...as much as I try to talk they have little to say....until another opportunity to draw for them again appears.

That right there is what really grinds my gears about people sometime....it puts me in a terrible mood and gives me these doubts about most people....including the ones I consider friends and those who inspire me.
It really takes the joy out of drawing too honestly. It depresses me at times. It's like I take my precious limits time to do something for you and this is how you repay me? Well shit.... :/

With that said, I'm very sorry for this rant but it's something I just had to get out.

Ill be honest with you guys, I get the feeling like I dont belong here anymore. It feels less welcoming here than it does over Deviantart even if I dont like it there as much like I used to.
With that said I might just end up closing this account and moving back to DA full time. I just dont know yet as I am contemplating this. It gets difficult maintaining two different accounts with a hectic schedule in life these days.

Ill give it some thought first. Until then I hope you all understand

As the title implies, I want to take my art to the next level. I feel like it's not good enough especially comparing myself to another artist on a recent collab that I finished. I know I shouldnt be comparing but I cant help but think that I need to push myself to improve. With that said, is there anyone willing to help me with that and perhaps offer advise or any good sources I can use. Right off the bat I gotta say it's anatomy but I also think it's also the way I shade my drawings. I feel it's lacking something.
I just wanna WOW my audience because I feel like Im not leaving an impact or not a good enough impression ^^;

Welp, 2015 is almost nearing its closing and we are only just a few days from Christmas as well. Time sure has gone fast this year. This year has been kindve up and down for me honestly. A lot has happened…..and I mean ALOT…..good things…..and bad things unfortunately.

I guess I’ll just start off with the positive outcomes of this year.

As some of you know, over the summer, I got myself hitched to my wife Dianna. That’s right…the-B-Meister is a married man, for those who don’t know. Im taken! *shines wedding ring* NO TOUCHY!! XD The wedding was perfect! One of THE best days of the year for sure! I felt so loved <3 <3 ;v; Our relationship is going strong as well >.</ So wish me the best for the coming years!

Another highlight of the year, was Disneyworld aka our Honeymoon in October x3 I hadn’t been to Disneyworld in over 10 years so you know I was stoked to go there XD We stayed there for about a week went to all the theme parks. We were gonna go again next year but I think we’ll push it back for another time. We’ll see how things go.

Unfortunately, this year kinda brought bad things as well.

Some of you may know that I work to a major hotel development called Baha Mar which is hoping to become a 5 Star hotel once it opens……that’s if it does….. .___. Originally the hotel was supposed to open last year December, but due to some delays, that didn’t happen. SO, they pushed for March this year for a partial opening…..so obviously things were on crunch time for me….overtime, working on weekends….blah blah I despised work for a time leading up to then…..but guess what??? IT’S STILL NOT OPEN!! As a result due to the ongoing delays and losing money, the development went into bankruptcy and is now in Receivership meaning the bank/Government now owns it until someone buys it. The original developer resigned from the project and over 2000 workers had to be let go. I was one of the few to be kept thankfully but I feared I would eventually be let go. Fortunately, I ve been playing a big role since then….Im too good to let go it seems :P hehe….. *knocks on wood* >____>;

Another thing this year you may have noticed were a lot of vent/depressing journals….which I deeply apologize for. There were times I felt like absolute crap. There were times Id get frustrated as my art didn’t seem good enough anymore too. Honestly a few times, I was thinking of just leaving DA/FA. My motivation/mood was very low due to ongoing stress of work, the wedding planning (thanks to my Mom due to her trying to take-over the wedding since she helped pay for it partially =A= ), family deaths and losing a 1 or 2 friends and almost losing a few more in the process.

There was a specific friend that completely shocked me ( I won’t name any names)….he just walked out of my life….just like that. I don’t even know what I even did wrong but it made me feel like I was a terrible person for some reason. I helped this person cope with his struggles when he felt down. I thought things were going so well between us but then the unthinkable happened.

As a result, I began developing this “fear” that Id eventually lose more friends so suddenly or that people were merely using me to their advantage, only to dump me when they were done with me. I grew so attached to certain people and would start doubting them over the simplest things….. when they had excuses not play Steam games or skype calls or even collab together on projects. I felt people were growing distant from me….even my closest friends here….hurting some of them in the process. Again I deeply apologize for those times Ive done that to you guys. It really was that bad. It was not until I talked to a close friend about the situation and he made me realize my faults of being so overly attached to people. I want to change that as it was doing more hurt than helping.

So yea, that’s basically my 2015 right there overall. Sure it seems the bad has outweighed the good for the most part. It has been a rollercoaster for sure for the but that doesn’t mean it should repeat again in 2016. I want to change those negatives into positives. So as a New Years Resolution, I want to rid this “fear” of mine, stay a good health and shape, improve my relationship with my friends.

Deep down, I love you guys a lot and I really appreciate the ongoing support you’ve gave me and I will do my best to return the favor….slowly….but surely of course. I will be busy at times in my life since Im married. I have responsibilities, a wife to take care of…..and possibly a child some day.

So guys….heres to a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Years!! :beer: May you all enjoy the holidays!

Hey everyone,

Let me just start off with this... I like you guys...I like you guys a lot but some people have seem to taken me for granted because of my friendliness and that quite angers me quite abit. I try to come to help those in need, usually when they are either in dire need of something or feel depressed. Sometimes I usually make gift art for them to help cheer them up. Sure it helps them feel better.....but then they all of sudden fall off the face of the earth. So you're just gonna disappear and not talk no more all of a sudden? Well ok...fine by me...but it comes with a price.

So.....as a result of this....I will only do gift art for my closest friends...ones whom I really trust. So if you want art from me, the ask for a trade. I'm not gonna bother do art for people who don't really check for me and that only when they want something. If you come to me with problems, the best you'll get is my words and sympathies. I can't afford to be hurt by people anymore. Some people of done damage one to many.
So yea... Rules have been changed now and I'm sick of being used.

As the title says.... Ive been on playing alotta Steam games lately.....mostly Dust: An Elysian Tail (I love Fidget!! <3 ) and "Undertale" (I love Toriel aka "Goatmom"!! <3 )

So far I've been loving An Elysian Tail alot so far as it's one of the best 2D platformers Ive played in awhile. The gameplay and storyline is quite interesting and fun ^^ . If you havent got it...I recommend getting it :3 It's worth it for Fidget as well X3 I did draw some fanart of the game so far....mostly Fidget X3

As for Undertale?....(as if ALMOST everyone wouldn't stop talking about it XD).... I caved in and decided to start playing it last night to go see what all the hype was about heh. It's different per se, but in a good way...the game play and storyline. I wouldnt say I love it just yet but it's been a good game so far I gotta say. Will see how the rest of it goes. Maybe expect some fanart of Goatmom? hehe

Anywho, Ill stop blabbing now before I start giving out spoilers >___>;

Hello Everyone!

I hope you guys are doing well.
Please allow me to take this opportunity to apologize for my behaviour last week and for those journals I wrote. I know....it was totally uncalled for but last week was just an emotional roller-coaster. Usually when that happens I start getting these doubts that stick to me like glue. I didnt mean to doubt you guys and such and I shouldnt find any reason too. It was really frustrating at the time. Anxiety really blows .....>___> My patience tends to be low as well unfortunately ^^; I try my best to not take my feelings on anyone but I might've hurt a few persons feelings in the process and I want you to know that take full responsibility for that :(

On top of that, I couldve lost my job last week as well....my company laid of 2000 workers.....2000!!! Thankfully, I was able to keep my job as I am apart of the one of more vital departments that knows more about the project than anyone else. I am thankful I still have a job as things around her economic-wise arent so good.

Anyways, enough of that depressing stuff....lets look to a brighter future! >.</

So....how are you guys doing? Anything new?

I will be resuming drawings and such as normal but heres the catch......I might start opening commissions soon as a few people have inquired surprisingly oAo. Honestly, it's got me very motivated!!
