When I wrote my birthday journal, there was something I forgot to mention.

I'm considering changing my style to the toony one you've been seeing. It'll apply to everything by default. I haven't decided on the Pokemon art, but feh. I propose a vote to see if you want my normal art atleast to be in toony style.

So what do you think? Toony or not?

Hmm.. I'm getting worried about art again. I really want to be frequently drawing but I lack motivation, time, ideas and even the basis of what I do to prep my pencil style's lineart.

Things aren't looking good.

I'm interested in playing a certain game. Problem is, it's a Mac game. Built for OS X 10.1.5 and above. I don't even have a Mac. Closest thing I've got is my iPod Touch and there's no version of the game for that.
Does anyone know a way to get a Mac game working on a XP computer? That or an OS X emulator would probably work. If those exist.

I hear the game's going to be made for the XBOX 360 Live Arcade... but there's no information on that. (And I don't even have a 360 yet)

Anyone know anything?

... Wasn't really at all.

All 3 of my exams (Statistics, Physics and Applied Science) went BEAUTIFULLY.
Hardly no revision.. lacking in subject knowledge. but.. I have a feeling I scored high in every one.

Have to get 79% in the Applied Science exam to get a C - no chance of a higher grade - which is pretty weak, but consider the fact I did 20 weeks of coursework in the space of 7 to 9 days. Hahaa.. it'd be a miracle if I got the grade. Hopefully what my teacher said about A~E just being a pass and the lower grades being just as much of an achievement is true, regardless.

Statistics I long considered my worst section of A-level Maths.. but... I did it far better then the supposedly super-easy Core 1 paper. Or atleast had a far easier time.

I went into Physics doubted (Got a high C, minimum was B) and I struggled, it ended up in my 2 subjects to change/drop but Chemistry went instead. With the result today, I could be turning constant Us into a high grade when it counts the most.

That is all of the exams I have before half term. Whoo! Just have to go in tomorrow to do ICT coursework and I get a week off.

Wow... I always seem to be overcoming some sort of uncertainty or thought that'd change everything.

But.. first things first. Very few people know I'm in exam week here.. or exam "season" atleast, for it doesn't take place over just one week. Not sure if it's a fortnight, or 3 weeks, whatever.

My first exam was today, A-level Maths Core 1. I didn't do that well even though I revised for 3 hours 40 right before the exam. I'd feel lucky to get a C. Screw my memory.

My next exams are on Thursday. A-level Maths Statistics 1, A-level Physics Paper 1, and A-level Applied Science. In that order. Physics and Applied Science have no break between. It sucks. And it will suck. Could hamper my grade in either. And all 3 for that matter, having to get in the mindset for each.

OK, things pondered... so after the pencil style you've seen me draw lately.. it's very hard to go back to digital lineart. It seems so.. redundant now. Maybe it's just in the moment, but it's possible I won't be doing fully digitalized work (usual style) until I get a tablet or something. Might take a while. As mentioned this decision might be in the moment.

And lastly, things to ponder - Birds have grew on me. Ever since I saw a particular Murkrow pic, I got one myself. (Jochum) .. Then I started roleplaying in a Murkrow form. Now there's also the pokemon inflating, red-bandana-thing-wearing Murkrow. I just had the bright idea of a main-form switch to some kind of bird. It'd be original to say the least. Or atleast it's original compared to how many dragons there are.
Might be in the moment, again, but.. ugh.. decisions can be so hard. And cruel.

Branching into Pokemon inflation was a very successful move. You all know it has a separate drawing style too.

But.. should I use the pencil style for everything? Or just Pokemon inflation?

The absence of time to do actual art leaves me worried. Not about when I'll get the time.. OK, maybe a little, but there's something else.

I don't know where to go, artwise. Very worried about my plans from before.. would it work? Does it really require 2 accounts, or would my current suffice? Do I even want to do it at all anymore?

Then there's actually improving. How? Nobody will answer, and the only one who did pretty much said to change style. That's a long commitment.. ugh. Could do it, but it's hard enough getting time to draw as it is. Without murdering my sleep patterns.

Guys.. be truthful. What could I do to improve my work? Minus change to a more toony style, that's more of a desperation move.
Should I go ahead with the 2 accounts (Usual work, and to-the-point Pokemon expansion) or not?

I want to change focus on what I do. I don't know how so, I just know so. It's definitely going to affect art, that's one thing. And nothing else is safe.

Problem is, if it comes down to it, this account is built for a big, fat red-colored dragon. You know it as it's my username. If I changed my form, how would it work anymore?

So many questions to answer.. ugh. One thing I could say though.. I -might- focus on Pokemon more, and perhaps drop the need for fully developed backgrounds. Who knows, maybe altogether.

OK, before I begin, I have to say that to those of you who don't know yet and read my recent journal on the missing Pokemon preorder figurine, Lugia figures for preordering Soul Silver were out of stock (Don't ask why) and I got the choice of another Ho-Oh or Arceus. Arceus all the way. I haven't emailed my confirmation, but I'm happy GAME are going to do something about it.

1. Despite getting positive feedback from the also recent journal where you rate me as an artist.. well, I still think I'm missing something, other then faster submission output. Some of my pictures just outclass others, according to statistics. Surely someone has an idea why?
2. I don't really feel like "the fat red dragon" anymore. Lately I've been far more interested in other forms, namely my Dodongo form and also a rubber pig form (Think Erica but a guy.. and without the athleticism) .. While some RPs are unaffected (Not sure why, just don't feel like it), other people have seen nothing -but- these sideshow forms. What can I do?

So, the information on stuff - I'm going to be starting a democratic sketch-to-art system.
When a picture is not requested and I'm not really eager to do it (as in really really) I'll upload it into my scraps, and you get your say on if you want me to leave it, consider putting it in color sometime, or get it finished as soon as possible!
