B-Day-lated Journal
Posted 10 months agoHappy New Year everyone! I missed uploading this by a week or so, but better late than never. With Christmas come and gone I'm another year older, and despite everything, I believe 2024 to have been a good year.
I'm happy to have been able to put out around eight stories this year, plus the various story threads i touched up over on Twitter, and as the year went on I made more of a silent concerted effort to shift the posting of all my little TF thoughts over on BlueSky as a bit of a soft reset of sorts. Trust me, I really tried to hold off until I broke 1600 followers on Twitter but the count just wouldn't budge, hahaha :p
Still, with the influx of people moving on over to BlueSky and interactions over there feeling much more organic, you all helped me cross 900 watchers here on FA! It absolutely makes my day to see all your faves, interactions and comments on what I put out.
On a more personal note, I want to look forward to improving my story output and working alongside others to make great TF content. Between college work and needing to rest, it often feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to enjoy writing without that nagging sense of needing to be productive with other things instead. I'll do my best to improve slowly and steadily, and I hope you'll be there every step of the way.
So, here's to another year! I may not know what's in store, but I'll embrace any and all opportunities as they come. That's all from me for now! Otter out!

November Update
Posted 11 months agoHappy November! The previous month has been a lot of fun, but unfortunately life caught up with me, and I wasn't able to put out the stories I wanted as promised. I'm still chipping away at it as best I can though as long as I can make the most times when my motivation peaks. Keeping track of everything is a bit of a delicate balance at the moment, but I welcome the challenge as much as possible.
Stay tuned for the future! Otter out!

October Update
Posted a year agoHey everybody, another month, another update!
College has been keeping me busy for the most part, but I'd say With thit's a good kind of busy that keeps my mind engaged, if not tired most of the time. At the very least it lets me look forward to switching gears, so to speak, to this kind of writing that I enjoy far more, haha.
With that said, I know it's been over a month since my last story upload, but I guarantee that there'll be more than one completely new story coming out this month! October is perfect for so many different themes, after all! I'm quite excited to be working on them, so I hope you look forward to it as well!
I'll have to kick my time management up a notch to get it all out in a timely manner, but I won't compromise my studies for it. I would very much appreciate everyone's understanding on that end.
So even though life's keeping me occupied, I'll still do my best to live up my gallery for you all with more stories and art! If you read all the way to the end, thank you very much! Otter out!

September Update
Posted a year agoHi everyone! It's been way too long since my last journal and I guess I don't really have any excuse for that, but hopefully this will be a more regular thing to help me stay consistent in the stuff that I put out.
More stories are on the way as always, though the rate at which I'll be working on them will take a bit of a hit since college is starting up once again. Still, I'm pretty happy with what I was able to upload between May and August. You might've also noticed that I've started to try and draw again too; I figured that it's a better use of my time instead of falling into the trap of scrolling between the same few apps and websites for hours on end. (Seriously, I hate how easily I sink time into YT shorts ;w;)
There are a few art pieces that I haven't uploaded yet on here which you might have already seen on Twitter/BlueSky if you follow me on those platforms. The main reason is that I still kinda want to write descriptive enough blurbs to go along with them. Plus, who knows, one of those blurbs might accidentally turn into a full-on story too!
My life offline will soon be pretty busy for the next few months, but I want to see that as an opportunity for me to better manage my time, working and chipping away at a little bit of everything. Thank you all for the faves, watches, and comments, it always makes me happy to see others enjoy the same things I do!
Until next time, otter out!

Birthday! + Looking back
Posted 2 years agoGetting this out a day ahead of my birthday, but what do you know? Another year's nearly come and gone. Happy holidays, everyone!
Thank you all so much for engaging with my stories and the art I've gotten and shared here. I've met new people, made new friends, and created lasting and cherished memories with the people close to me, and I think that's greater than any birthday gift I could ask for.
I know my writing output went down significantly compared to the previous year, but I don't regret the quality of any of my stories. I'm especially proud of A Tight Squeeze, which was a definite standout compared the rest of what I uploaded this year. With that in mind, I'll resolve to be a more active writer and not procrastinate so much! I'd rather wish for constant motivation and better time management so that I can continue writing stories that I love for all of you.
Still, I've had some people ask this, and I'd like to remind that I'm doing all this in my free time: unfortunately it's still a no on publicly opening for commissions. It's subject to change if there is enough interest, but I want to have a more consistent output first. If you want to support me, I would be extremely thankful if you donated a Ko-fi or two! It helps me out a lot, and lets me get art for you to enjoy with short blurbs and stories to go along with them!
I'm very hopeful for this coming year, and I want to make the most of the time that's given to me, and I can't wait to see what's in store. Take care everyone!

Updates, Twitter, & 100+ watchers!
Posted 3 years agoHi everyone! Popping in with a few updates!
1. I’ve opened a Twitter account! It’s where I share some kink-related ideas from time to time, and whatever art piques my interest there. I may also occasionally post a mini-story there too, for any ideas I’m too lazy to flesh out.
Honestly, it’s a much better username that the one I came up with on FA lmao
2. I’ve opened a Ko-fi! If you enjoy my stories and want to show a little extra support, consider sending a tip my way!
3. I’ve reached past 100 watchers! I wasn’t able to properly commemorate the occasion on the day it happened, but I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you. It’s incredible to even imagine the how many people like the stuff I write. You’re all awesome!
There’s still a story or two I’d like to finish up on, but once those are out of the way, look forward to a free story raffle down the line for my watchers. I hope a story of 1500-2000 words in length will suffice ^w^
That should be everything! Thank you once again for checking out my work, and look forward to more from me! Otter out!

Birthday! + some thoughts
Posted 4 years agoHappy holidays to everyone, and a merry Christmas to those who celebrate it! I just turned 21, and thought that now'd be as good a time as any to do a short little retrospective.
It's been a little over four months since I broke my lurker status and worked up the courage to post my first TF story from the small backlog I had written for a good while. I'm really happy with how well it did, so I went and edited the rest of my backlog and shared 'em with you all!
From there, I went on to start writing some new stories from scratch and have really been enjoying myself so far! I'm glad to be able to write as a way of destressing especially from hectic college life, even if I'm not a professional writer by any means. Coming up with plots, TF triggers and even character interactions, as minimal as they may be, really helps get those creative juices flowing. :3
I of course plan to continue making TF stories about the things that interest me, but I really want to plan, make, and release them on my own pace, if that wasn't already obvious. But regardless, I'm so very thankful for everyone that watches, faves, comments and shares my work. I really love interacting with people who share similar TF interests, and any and all feedback on my stories are greatly appreciated!
Another huge thanks goes out to the friends and acquaintances I've made over the months, you all really help keep me motivated to write and break out of my shy, anxious shell bit by bit. I hope to grow closer with you all in the days to come!
As for my otter fursona, Creo, I really hope to flesh him out a bit more, and finally start getting art of him next year! I have some story ideas planned surrounding him and his gooey, transformative abilities, so I'm hoping for your continued support whenever that comes out! I dream of making him into a character that really represents me and my love for TF and all things rubbery~
That's kinda all I have to say for the time being. If you made it to the end of my first-ever journal, congrats! I can't wait for what's in store for the coming year, and I hope you look forward to seeing more from me! Otter, out!
