Goodbye FurAffinity
Posted 2 years agoI'll just keep it short and sweet, I think the newest policy update is going to fuck me and a lot of other artists over. I know I haven't commissioned or made any first evolution nsfw, but given the direction, the site is going, I don't trust the admins, and who knows how long it will take until they change it again to go after all Pokemon artists. I'm sorry, but I think I'm done here. I'm not going to disappear from the face of Earth, but in regards of posting anything here, I don't think It's worth it if certain Pokemon are now going to be blacklisted. I'm probably just going to abandon this account, not delete anything, but no longer use it as a source of posting stuff.
I haven't entirely decided what I'll be using as my primary source of releasing content. The easy route could be Twitter, but with the amount of drama that occurs in that site, I'm not sure if It's a good idea to be in the crossfire. Some people have suggested InkBunny, which I'm still weary of using due to its history of loli/shota content, it might be used as a last resort if there's nowhere else to go. Lastly, there's my Discord which would allow me to customize as much as I want like its own little mini-site. These are the three options that come to mind, but I'm open to other suggestions if anyone has some.
This is probably going to be the last thing I will post on this site. I'll probably update my bio with links to my other socials. Thank you so much for sticking with me throughout these pasts months, I'm not sure what the future will entail, but as a Pokemon artist, I'm hoping that we'll bounce back stronger than ever.

Get to know Bryce a little better as long as you follow the rules below:
1. NSFW-related questions are allowed, but please keep in mind that this is a QNA, not a commission page.
2. I won't be giving ALL questions a drawing response. If the question is too complicated or if I'm too busy making other responses, I'm most likely only gonna have the character respond in a text.
3. The most important rule of them all. Bryce is not a therapist but he will respond with moral support.
I will try to answer all of your questions on a daily basis, but I can't promise that I'll respond to them all.

Posted 3 years agoHello! Yes, you heard it here, I am taking a break from commissioning people! I know how exciting it is to see a popular artist's artwork in my gallery, but I can't keep doing this forever, and given that commissions cost money, I really can't afford to go broke.
So what, is this a goodbye!? Hell no! In fact, we've only touched the surface of what's to come for this account. If you looked in the bio of some of my accounts, you can see a line that says, "ONLY Commissions; Doesn't draw (yet)" Keyword "yet." I have recently been practicing with Golisopod's and a few other's anatomies and I think I've gotten the hang of it. Furthermore, I've discussed with a few people how I wanted to eventually make OCs of some characters. Well, I am happy to announce that it's coming, and it is gonna come sooner than you may think.
And that pretty much covers everything that's going to happen. I would like to thank each and everybody for sticking around and viewing the artwork that I've posted! I believe there's still a commission or two that still needs to be finished, but after that, It's original posts for quite a while!
