been through some rough shit lately... won't bore anyone with the details... but i did manage to scrawl this nonsense out late last night. it's not exactly high literature or anything, but it made me feel better; lol....

so, it's been some years since my last con. i used to go to them quite often; anime cons, sci-fi/fantasy cons, comic cons.... a little bit of everything. the transition back to real life from MFF has been very odd. we were there long enough to get accustomed to seeing furries everywhere and then we get back to the real world and i really miss having them around. not evern just the fursuiters... just having really nice people around.

i more got accustomed to the random waves, the conversations with new people, and the general friendliness. i find myself missing those aspects more than anything. the odd thing is, i'm not trying to be a downer, it's just that MFF gave me a little sliver of hope that the world isn't as bleak as i've led myself to believe the last few years.

so, my car made it to and from MFF just fine; albeit with a wierd temperature gauge. i get home, and it dies. it's currently sitting at dobbs on par to get fixed in the morning..... why the week of thanksgiving???? i think someone up high doesn't like me right now. *sigh*

Well, I just got back from MFF 09, and was directed by a few people to join up... so here I am! I will definitely be continuing these cons; MFF was teh shittzors. In the meantime, I will start working on pieces of the persona I'd like to build up for myself... and maybe do some badges for my people.
