All of my adopts are now $10 or under as I'm trying to raise money to go to renfest this year.

I'd really appreciate a little boost if you don't see anything that strikes your fancy. I can't/won't post any more adoptables until all of these are gone.

1) Once you buy the character, the character is YOURS.

2) Don't sell it for more than you paid unless you BOUGHT commissions of it. Free art is not a commission. Art you drew yourself is not a commission.*

3) If/when you post the reference, please credit both myself and the base artist.

*While I can't stop you from doing this, I consider it very rude. If I catch you doing it, I WILL blacklist you.

I am now OPEN for the following: custom adoptables, ref sheets(for characters you already have), character edits(you have a character and want changes made to the design).

You may notice I don't have posted pricing. All commissions are currently Pay What You Want until further notice, excluding adoptables previously posted.

1: I reserve the right to reject your request to buy an adoptable or create a custom.

2: I reserve the right to courtesy and respect, rude customers will be blacklisted.

3: If you remove my watermark(assuming I put one on there) I will blacklist you.

4: No refunds without good reason(emergency of some sort). If you decide in the middle of the process that you do not want your adoptable, then a partial or full refund may be negotiated depending on where I am in the process. You will NOT receive the unfinished piece.

5: Do not re-sell your adoptable for more than you bought it for unless it comes with extra COMMISSIONED art. It is unfair for you to charge others for art you drew yourself or got for free. If I catch you doing this, I will blacklist you.

6: If you back out and negotiate a refund, I reserve the right to alter and finish the piece, then sell it.

7: I work from pay-to-use bases ONLY(with the exception of f2u bases with rules stating cash adoptables are allowed). I only have certain bases. In order to expand my base list, I require funds. If you want me to do a design on a base I do not have, provide the cash for me to buy the base. Depending on the price of the base you may get up to five(5) adoptables on it without extra payment.

8: My skills are limited, I do 90% of my work with a mouse. If you order from me but are dissatisfied with the resulting piece you will not get a refund. If you had read this TOS you would have known that my skills are limited.

9: You must pay within 48 hours of the completion of your piece. You will not receive a workable file until you have paid, I will plaster my watermark EVERYWHERE.

10: I will keep the files online for your use for one week(7 days). Once it is time to delete them, I will note you with a reminder to have them downloaded. I will only delete files on/around Midnight, Eastern Standard Time, so you will have at least 4 hours from the reminder note to download your files. Extra time can be negotiated based on circumstances. I will charge a dollar fee for every extra week the files must remain in my stash.

11: If you want a specific coloring style to be used in your price that I have done before, please link me an example either from this gallery, or the gallery on my main account, and I will do my best to mimic it for you. Depending on the style, completion of your price may take extra time.
