Yes... for a while now I've felt as though I don't love myself. I've been too ready to judge and criticize myself and, in turn, my own self worth. There have been so many things about myself that I've hated... and I didn't even know HOW to love myself again, if indeed I ever felt like doing so. And now I know, and I can begin to follo...w this to embrace and accept all of who and what I am.

I believe that admitting to myself and others that I've been on a downward spiral because of my self-loathing is a good start when it comes to healing and learning to love myself. I can now move forward, for just as I have nothing left to hide, so too do I have nothing left to fear or hate about myself.

I'm sorry I haven't had time to work on songs for people, but I promise ya, after this Wednesday I'll get right on 'em!
