Between work and school, I've been lazy/absent for a long while. I've had some... revelations. It's hard not to look at one's own past and feel as though one has been childish, but I would like to think that every dumb thing I've done has built to make me a better writer, thinker, and overall person.

Regardless, I'm hoping to actually get serious about posting every so often, and I'll definitely be putting aside a few dollars every now and then from my current job to buy commissions to fill those gaps when I simply don't feel like writing. I'm going to try to focus on short stories; I need to focus my novel-energies into the actual novel that I've started writing the plans for.

I've got some incoming works that I'm finally going to post up here. The first is a Non-Anthro short story called "Where is the Love?" It's a romantic little piece about Ryan and Erika, a budding couple that face some trials and tribulations as their new relationship. However, when his new girlfriend falls victim to the most heinous of crimes, will Ryan blame himself, or will he try to enact vengeance upon the one he knows did it? This story will include: romance, light sexual content, rape, and psychological torture.

My second, un-named work is simply an idea floating around in my head at the moment, but involves a small clique of anthropomorphic college students that explore exactly what they are in life and where they belong in the world. This story will include: heavy violence, underage drinking, light drug use (pot).

I do hope you enjoy these stories when I release them, and I intend on including a couple cameos by some friends' characters.

While I'm better at doing straight stuff, I don't really mind bi or gay fictions either. Also, to clarify, the smut does not have to include one of my characters; it's completely free, and I don't even have to be in it.

However, if you want a story, you have to let me know, preferably through PM. I'm not psychic you know.

Also, don't expect a multi-chapter story. I'm offering to do short stories here, not novels. That isn't to say they'll only be the length of a standard chapter, they could be shorter or longer.

I'm sick of all the bullshit. It's not progressing any of my god damn Pro challenges. I've gotten AT LEAST a dozen back stabs since I got Ghost and it's still got me registered as 0. Compile that with the fact that half of my bullets don't connect when my scope is right on the person... fuck Black Ops. At least for a while. I'm so tired of all the bullshit; it's not as broken as MW2, but it seems like it's worse and worse by the day.

Oh, and I always seem to join the losing team. Explain how I join a game halfway through, go 15 and 3 (not entirely sure on my exact score, but it was a good K/D) and my team still loses by 2000.

I might as well start trying to pimp out some short stories. I want to become more recognizable as a writer, maybe take a commission or two, so here it is...

I'm now open for trades. If anyone wants to trade a sketch or a picture for a short story, I'm more than willing. I still need art for Martin, Mikami, and Teg. In addition, if anyone like 2 the Ranting Gryphon or Uncle Kage (pretty much anyone who's easily recognizable as a furry celebrity. This includes 2 Sense co-hosts and popular artists like Dark Natasha or Agent Elrond) happens to stumble across this journal, I will be more than happy to do a fan-story for them.

No, this isn't some whiny little emo journal. It's just a fact. I'm sadly lacking in Furry friends. I love the furry community, despite it's many quirks and flaws, and I need to immerse myself more in the few friends I do have. I want to maintain closer contacts with all of you, and perhaps even meet some of your friends so I can befriend even more like-minded individuals.

First off, I'd like to say it's great to be back. Although it was a task sifting through backed up photos and the like, I found quite a few deliciously enticing pieces.

Second, to anyone who I promised a story (namely ::Gilian::) I have no had access to my personal computer for quite some time, so I must apologize for the continued delay.

Now, the reason for my long absence is quite simple. No internet. I only got it back this week. It's unfortunate, and I've missed you all quite a lot. My plans for trying to get myself out there as a writer are going to be back online soon, just as soon as I'm done playing Halo: Reach all the time >.>

I have a list of the characters that I plan on being recurring in most of my stories. I've already established Kage Enko, since he's my fursona, and I generally ask my online furry friends to call me Kage.

Martin Kampfer is a character that I've established in roleplay before as a human character, but I've recently turned into a anthropomorphic cat (generally. He might change to a different species later).

Mikami Tsukishiro is a character I've used in IM roleplay. He's a Were, not a furry.

Teg is a character I made up about ten minutes ago. And he's already becoming a favorite of mine. I've never had a Dragon character before, and I'm really looking forward to using him. Yes, he is inspired by HTTYD, but he doesn't have the same design as those dragons, so don't get ahead of yourselves if you didn't like the design of the dragons in the movie.

I'm going to be making two furry-centric Bon Jovi slide shows featuring the songs Living on a Prayer and It's My Life. Here's the thing, I don't want to use just random stuff. Let me explain.

For the Living on a Prayer video, I want to use a specific couple (orientation doesn't matter, but the song is talking about a straight couple, so I'd prefer straight). All of the images need to be of that couple, and I would prefer not to simply grab some random couple off of FA.

The It's My Life video is far more leniant; it's about furry triumph and living our lives regardless of what anyone else says. For this want, I just want any and all art that you, my fellow furries, are proud of that you've drawn. Let your friends know as well; they can get in on this. The art does have to be furry and non-yiff, but other than that, knock yourself out.

Of note, I don't particularly want artwork that was drawn specifically for these. I would also be willing to make special note of you in the video if you draw art of yourselves or my character for the vid.

And Anthrocon. Turns out that I might actually get to go this year. My first fur con, and it's AC. I never woulda figured.

I just wanna know how many other people are going to be going to AC? Like, specifically, if you're reading this, are you going to AC?

I should've known better than to fall in love again.

I don't know why I'm publically posting this... maybe I just want some opinions on my situation, or some comfort, or something.

I fell in love with this girl... It's been a year since I've been in serious love like this, and well... I was a little rusty. I was still getting over my last serious relationship when this person came along and gave me the love I so needed.

Things were going well... we even got a little bit into the physical, although it was still primarily romantic than physical. I felt for this girl.... very strongly, considering that I was only with her for three weeks. But regardless, the familiar emotion was there.

With that familiarity once more came another familiar occurance. We had an argument. Bear in mind; a single serious argument. It was over her mom, because I thought her mom was cheating.

Turned out her mom wasn't cheating, but the girl dumped me anyways. So I went to her mom and sought out her guidance. Her mom forgave me, but she didn't. So her mom started helping me become better... all for her.

That was a week ago... When she supposedly loved me. So now I come to this, and I fucking find out that she's already dating another guy. What the hell happened to love? To redemption?

I don't know how I'm going to deal with this now. I've only ever loved one person as much as I loved this girl, and I lost her too...

I'll be retreating to my little corner and seeing what you all have to say bout this.

Apparently GameStop is running some special where if you trade in two games while purchasing Assassin's Creed II, you can get the game for $19.99. I most definitely need to find some way to get twenty dollars. Unfortunately, I've not established myself as a good writer within the fandom yet. Hell, I've seen so much better stuff from some of the fandom's writers than I've ever written.

Basically, I need some suggestions to get the money for my game quickly. I'm currently searching for a job, but I fear that if I don't find one in time, I won't be able to meet the deadline for the deal.

I went to a concert in Toledo, seeing as how I was in the area. It was amazing! The concert featured Halestorm, Chevelle, Shinedown, and Staind. They all did good jobs, but I figured I'd give you all a breakdown.

This was the first time I'd ever heard of Halestorm, and I was not disappointed. They came out strong, and started the show off with enthusiasm. They transitioned perfectly into...

Chevelle. The weakest of the acts, if you ask me. They just played... nothing else... just played. No true crowd pleasing, and not all the enthusiasm of the other acts. But their songs were good. When they left, it went to my favorite of the night...

Shinedown. This inspired my newest short story (it truly is short, about 630 words). Shinedown came out strong, and stayed strong throughout the entire performance. They incorporated the crowd into almost every song, and it seemed to begin to rain dramatically just as they transitioned into one of their better songs. I was actually sad to see them step off the stage.

After them came Staind, the main attraction. They did an amazing job as well, but it's kinda hard to follow up Shinedown's almost perfect performance. They did five more songs than Shinedown, and they held a strong performance.

Anyways, it was amazing. Were any of my fellow furries there?

I've been trying to register for a god damn hour now. I go to verify my account, and it stays on the "Verifying" page for half a second then sends me to a blank page.

Anyone who can tell me about what I should do please tell me. I'm getting very annoyed >.>

I'm actually quite looking forward to this game. It is basically an "expansion pack" for Halo 3 with an additional campaign and all of the DLC to date. It looks to be an amazing game with the same graphics as Halo Wars.

What I've heard so far is that it will be in two disks. Disk one will contain the additional campaign content and firefight mode, both exclusive to ODST. The campaign will explore the story of a rookie Orbital Drop Shock Trooper (ODST... imagine that) who is searching down his squad after they get seperated by the New Mombasa slipspace incident.

The second disk will contain all of the Halo 3 multiplayer content. It will also contain three maps exclusive to that disk: Citadel, Heretic, and Longshore. There is still some confusion over whether or not the Halo 3 achievements will simply carry over onto the disk, or need to be re-achieved. I do hope they do the smart thing and carry over, otherwise I'm going to have a bitch of a time getting 2 for 1 again.
