Some Anger Venting
Posted 10 years agoSo a few days ago, I had a fight with dad. He thought I was a homosexual and brought up religious beliefs against it, even though I told him no! I really don't mind homosexuality and I have nothing against it. And here on the phone, he asked me some stupid questions if I like girls or what is the biggest homosexual headquarters in California? I remember him calling me a smartass which never happened before. The way he was speaking was unacceptable and he treated me as if I was some punk probably because I'm eighteen I guess which is unnecessary.
After that, my mom heard about it and she warned me about screwing up and sending me to my dad in California.
When I do finish my school years and get a job, I hope I never speak to my dad again for some of the things he has done.

But I have to take course recovery, sadly because I have a few bad grades in Chemistry and World history. I won't give up as I have had hopes and dreams into making it through my senior year
Research on parenting + other stuff
Posted 10 years agoIt's not easy trying to explain stuff at my pace, but I'm not going to give up doing so.
Recently I have been surfing around the web about parenting even though I myself is a teenager entering adulthood. I did this out of curiousity and some truth.
Personally I think parenting is the most important thing in life. The reason why is because what you do to your children will make them how they will be as adults [< correct me if wrong]
Before I sum up the 4 types of parenting, here are the links I found about it regarding this topic, recently

The four types of parenting I had found are
Authoritative
Authoritarian
Permissive
Uninvolved
Authoritative and authoritarian are the ones I know mostly
Authoritarian parents are parents who are strict. They set up rules and expect you to follow them, sometimes without any reasons whatsoever. They are also nonnegotiable as they expect you to just follow their rules. They also have this beleif that they are the head of the house, have power and authority and that they know more than the child and it is their job to teach them to do exactly what their parents expect them to do.
Although the child may follow rules he or she might experience low self esteem and be socially incompetent(lacking social skills)
They do not offer much discipline and take on the role of a friend and they don't do much when there is a serious problem. They are more lenient
Child will be academicly incompetent, get into trouble with authority figures, and experience depression
This is due to lacking any knowledge of parenting, mental illness or substance abuse(s). They might have some rules but not nurture their children.
Children will also struggle with low self esteem, perform poorly in academics and develop behaviour porblems.
All of these three have many flaws that are not acknowledged by the parent(s) but there is one parenting style that is effective

They are supportive, affectionate, creative, and let their children have their opinions and their voices.They are also consider their childrens' feelings.
The child is successful, happy and knows how to make smart choices in life as well as safety. In addition, he has social skills.

Posted 10 years agoI might disable Skype for a while so I could hide you guys from my parents since I was caught. I don't know how long, but I'm doing this to protect you and me. There isn't really much else to say and I hate doing this.

Okay. Recently, I got caught and now I'm forbidden in using the computer by my mom.
I really don't appreciate authoritarian figures...
I was called nefarious and innapropiate simply because she found out that I was doing a mature role-play on Skype.
1.)First of all, even though I'm still learning about the furry fandom, I can tell you it is more than "fat stuff" and "innapropiate". They are open minded, caring and even friendly. She's probably going to assume that it's "nefarious" simply because she saw how I was conversing with my furry friends.
Yes I admit, we do weird and Inappropiate things, but they are also a family on a large portion. Maybe that'll be something that she'll never come across the rest of her days. And I think that was both extremely ignorant and close minded of her.
2.)Another thing that I like to add is that it nothing to do with anything nefarious.
Nefarious would be like plotting to get a gang of criminals to get after her or secretly extract information of her and give it to a bad stranger. You're just saying that because you didn't like what you've found out.

Journal update (not much significance)
Posted 10 years agoJust to let you guys know, I'm currently focused on my fursona, mostly, and my skills as well.
Requests are not open until I have some time, and I'm looking forward in getting new ink and new art supplies.
So don't take it personal if I don't take your request.

Things we're looking bad for me so I did the last journal.
My brother got caught taking my mother's money from her bank account and she got real pissed. He was using it to buy this ticket for a friend of his while he's in college. There was this girl he met on Skype that he hasn't met before. You should have seen how my mom reacted. She was on the phone calling her brother, and some friends and other family members. And I think she mentioned about calling the judge which is really bad. So last night my mom told me that my brother is leaving to California to finish college and that he might be gone for a long time.

Do you know what this means for me?
I'm going to be left struggling in Chemistry while he's gone and I haven't asked for his help in a long time. And I'm going to miss him.
And I hope that whoever he's dealing with is honest because I don't want him to be killed for something foolish he did.
I was crying on my back on my bed because I feared what it would be like without him for a long time. I wanted to call him a dumb pice of shit for what had happened. My mom took down Sktpe because of it and the internet.
*places hands in my face crying a little.*
Why did you have to do this!?
I felt like I was a piece of paper that had a piece torn off of me!
And it hurt.

First of all, I think Role-playing is fun. Even if there's no logic.
Second, I don't think that Role-playing should be taken seriously.
I am not entirely good at details. I can try, but I'm mostly not good at it.
If anyfurry thinks that I should be more detailed when I'm not very good at it, I hate to say this, but that's their problem.
I like to have fun and you like to have fun too, don't we?
If anyone decides to be a complicated person, they will be shut off. I'm kinda sick of it, to be honest. Go find another great roleplayer. I know it's not nice, but I might do it if I have to if things don not work out.

1.) I had bought new manga from a bookstore and I have paused drawing am currently in observe mode watching Onepiece and other manga and anime that comes to me.
So I've not and never plan to stop drawing.
2.) Also, since I've bought the new manga, I was thinking of making my own manga myself and mangas based of some videogame franchises such as...
The legend of Spyro Trilogy
Sonic the hedgehog (1991)
Sonic the hedgehog2 (1992) + Beta (dunno how that'll work out)
Sonic the hedgehogCD (1993)
Sonic adventure 2 battle (2001-2002)
FNAF 1(2014) (not the sequels)
Cave story (2005)
