Posted 10 years agoHello and thank you for stopping by on thefennecden, where I offer nice adoptables for you to buy and to keep!
However, some little rules apply as designs are made by people for people.
Buyers
● If you see an adopt you like, please be blunt about it! Comments like "oh I would buy if I had money" won't be allowed as it makes me feel upset.
● If you pick an adoptable in the scraps, you can't have it since it already has been sold to someone else.
● Don't whine if you wanted an adoptable that has already been taken.
● If your comment didn't get answered after 24 hours, please leave a note to selenashadowpaw according to the name next to the adoptable.
● Adoptables are sold as is; which means I won't add anything else for more money. What you see is what you get.
● FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED, which means I don't do holds!
● I own commercial rights to all of my adopts. You are not buying the commercial right, you are buying personal rights; meaning that you can buy commissions or make art of this character, but can't sell art prints or any product of this character for profit.
● It is not allowed to resell/trade/give away designs without my written permission. If you sell/trade/give away any designs bought from me, the characters will be taken back without a refund.
You must have a written permission for me before you want to resell / trade / give away any designs you buy. It's simple, write a note to selenashadowpaw.
● You must not claim the design as your own. (Meaning do not claim to have made the design in any way shape or form).
● Post design credit to TheFennecDen on the ref post of the character, in the description.
● Changes to any purchased designs from SelenaShadowPaw will be allowed. However, the design stays the same. It is allowed to ask for piercings, scars, tattoos, etc.
● If the design has been bought for someone else, they must be aware of these rules. Please write in the comments the username of the person the adoptable has been bought for and if they have read and agreed to our ToS.
● You are allowed to re-post your adoptables in your gallery, you don't need to ask permission!
When paying for my designs
I accept payments via PayPal only. My address is verified.
1. Must be paid in good and services.
2. Make sure to have the right address for sending the money.
3. Write the correct amount of money!
4. Payment must be in USD.
5. Once the amount is selected, please select no address needed.
6. In the description, please write your whole FA username.
