GENERAL
-I will be kind, respectful, and professional--and I expect the same from you! ^^
-All commission correspondence goes through FA Notes system first. Subsequent commission correspondence should also go through the FA Notes system, unless we have agreed that Telegram would be faster for WIPs.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS
-All payments must be paid via Paypal invoice and only in USD.
-Tips are never expected, but most certainly appreciated!
-All commissions must be paid upfront and in full prior to starting work on your commission.
*In cases where the commission total is more than $500.00 USD, split payment may be possible but must be agreed upon ahead of time. No WIP will be shown until commission is paid in full.
-Since I begin work on commissions almost immediately, there can be no refunds once the invoice has been paid.
*Caveat: I haven't ever had to cancel a commission before, but if for some reason I ever have to, you WILL be issued a complete refund.

COMMISSIONING ART - COMMISSIONER REQUIREMENTS
-You must have a reference image of your character to have them drawn.
*Exception to this rule; if you are getting your first reference sheet, of course!
-Accounts with blank profiles or that are less than a month old will not be eligible to commission me. If you have another active profile elsewhere that can be verified, let me know and we can work something out ^^
-You must be 18+ years old to commission anything of a suggestive/NSFW nature.
*What constitutes as NSFW? Anything that cannot be posted under FA's "General" setting.

FIDDLE DOES NOT DRAW:
Characters under age 18 years old in suggestive scenes, copyright characters, rape/forced scenes, scat/watersports, anything hateful, etc.
*Feel free to PM me & ask about anything unlisted!

COMMISSIONING ART - THE PROCESS
-After the invoice has been paid in full, I will officially add you to my queue and begin work on your commission.
-You will receive one WIP sketch (unless otherwise specified by quicker commission types) where you will be allowed up to three reasonable edits.
*If your reference sheet was unclear to begin with, or if the commissioner never made mention of a detail or element of the image they wanted included, then any edits caused by a lack of commissioner clarity and/or information will result in additional fees. And I hate adding fees :C)
-I always fix art mistakes that are my fault.
​-Once the image is finished, I send you a link to the full resolution file via FA Notes system for you to save/upload on whatever personal account or device you like.
-I upload all finished commissions to my gallery for the rest of FA to enjoy.

RIGHTS - MINE AND YOURS
-As the artist, I reserve the right to say no to any commission for any reason at any time.
-Art purchased from me is for personal use only and may not be altered or used for profit without my permission.

As the commissioner, you have the right to:
Print the art for personal use (poster, t-shirt, etc.).
Post the image to your personal accounts as long as credit is given.
Crop the image to use it as an icon.
Use the image as a reference for another artist.

Dunno what got into me, but recently I've been getting more and more back into art. My art has really been a long journey and I've only been getting better at it, establishing my own style. Along that journey I've made my own sona, my own badge as well as some friends, and now I'm starting commissions. Hello everyone! There are a few things I gotta address in the journal, so going from best to worst news... or something like that:

63 Followers~
First and best news (imo) is that I got a recent surge of followers, possibly from a bunch of commissioned works I've been getting recently, and I completely missed the big one (for me) at 50. BUT! I did make sure to catch who my 50th follower was and I'd love to award him somehow. So here's hoping that  AusShep catches this journal. Note me when you see this and we can chat.

Dragon Daddy
Second best (though almost first) bit of news is that I've been chatting with an awesome guy. He's so kind and I like him a lot, but we're trying to play things slow. Yeah, that's all... for now... *blushes*

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD
This is the game I've been waiting for since my bro gave me his PS3 and it comes out NEXT WEEK! Can't wait to play it, but also excited because I preordered on Amazon, so it's been upgraded to the Limited Edition for free! *o* Can't wait for it to arrive~

For those that don't know, I'm on Twitter! Not much to say here. Just started recently and still getting my bearings. If any of you want to follow me, I always love finding new friends to follow back.

Starbound
While waiting for FFX/X-2 I've been playing the beta game Starbound. It's amazing! I'm loving it so far and have already played over 100+ hours on it just building and crafting, as well as playing with mods. Gotta start drawing fanart soon!

Art Block Breaking
Speaking of drawing, I'm ashamed I haven't posted one thing here despite making it one of my resolutions to get back into my art. Showed a few doodles to friends and they asked why I hadn't posted them yet. Well... guess I might as well. Expect to see doodles popping up in the near future.

Money Issues
So the only real "BAD" news is towards artists I commission, buy adopts from, or generally send money to. I'm stopping. I hit -$135 in my bank the other day, taking a HUGE chunk outta my latest check which was mostly supposed to go to my rent. Now I'm basically stuck with only $35 to get through the next 2 weeks and I still have artists I have to pay. Luckily Paypal has a credit I can sometimes just charge stuff too, but it's getting up there and I don't want to start collecting interest on a $1000 of commissions. So I'm going cold turkey (kinda). No more spending money on art, except from one artist if he should accept my commission one of these months.

I'm really thankful for so many people willing to follow me, despite me not really posting much of anything. Seeing as this is a new year however, I'm going to try my hardest to start actually using this account to post work... though not much of it will be NSFW rated (maybe peen sketches).

Working on a few characters/stories for the group Floraverse on DA (made by PurpleKecleon) though I'm going to be focusing on my own story rather than most of the prompts being given. It's really getting me excited.
