I know I haven't really been around. I've just been really busy with school and honestly haven't had much to post.

A couple things.

I've been working on a comic (yay!), I was planning for it to be out mid-December, but I think I might actually color it (it was originally going to be black and white) and I don't want to rush myself if I don't have to (it's kind of for a marketing class, but as far as I know the product doesn't have to be COMPLETELY finished by the end of the class, so I may take extra time to color it and make it nice).

Anyway, I was planning on going through Lulu originally, but I kinda of like the idea of finding a more anthro-specific publisher than trying to push this stuff of my own (plus I may throw in some softcore "adult" themes later and I know lulu and a lot of other publishers like that have an issue with it while Anthro publishers tend to not) SO if anyone knows of any good ones or how to contact any (I was looking at Sofa Wolf, but couldn't find any contact information on their website) anything would be helpful!

I got no response at all on DA, so I figured I'd ask here to see if I can at least get some opinions, if not any preorders or anything. 1. Other "blind" objects like Dunnies tend to include an image of most/all of the possible toys you can get from the box. Mine are a little different in that there are only one of each kind, but would you be interested or more likely to buy if you were able to see pictures of the dolls contained in that batch? (I'm also considering having a picture available, but behind a link so those that want to see can and those that don't don't have to).

2) I was planning on having them in those white bags like in the picture and found a way to convert them so I can try to put them in the mail, but would anyone be put off if they didn't get the white bag and just recieved a regular brown envelope? (Only because their integrety is a little better than the white bags).

3) At this point I'm making tags for them with names, genders, and likes/dislikes. I can keep doing this if people like it, but would anyone prefer if I made a blank tag so you can name and choose the likes/dislikes yourself? (It would make it easier on me as then I don't have to think up as many names, but if people like the idea of getting a prenamed critter I can keep doing that).

4) I have a couple options for selling and have been considering a few, but I'm not sure which is the best, which would you prefer? I'll either post in journals that they're available and take orders that way, post any listings on Etsy (an account would need to be made and I'd still post in the journals that they're available), or post a listing on Furbid (again, an account would need to be made, but I'd post there are things being listed in my journal)? This is more just to see where most people are already so I don't have to set up accounts and stores on multiple sites or anything.

5) Along with the picture thing, the only reason I'm really hesitant is that I'm afraid when people order they'll hint at which one they want and I'd feel guilty/whatever. So I'm considering offering people be able to bribe/bid on specific ones if they really want (starting at like...a dollar for a bribe and other people can up the bribe against them for a couple days) or should I just make people deal and get what they get?

Ugh, wtf, could this week get any worse?

Anyone going? I know people post all the time about furry conventions, but no one ever seems to talk about this, and this is about the only thing I'd actually go to (not enough real-life fur-friends to actually go to a furry convention).

Anyway, I know it's a couple months away, but I was wondering if anyone was going?

A couple things.

1) I (obviously) haven't done any doll commissions for awhile. Mainly because they're big and I wasn't charging what I should have been considering the time and materials it takes to make one. So I'm thinking of trying to figure out a pattern to make the same thing but slightly smaller (right now they're about 18-24 inches tall and I'd like to try to half this.

Anyway, if anyone that might be interested in getting a doll commission that wouldn't mind it being kind of an experiment, I'm going to charge $25 (that includes $5 for shipping). So yeah, anyone interested, peferrably with a SOMEWHAT simple character, I have one slot for this open. It will probably look exactly the same as my other dolls (though the eyes will probably be a little bigger and a little closer together since the head size will change, but the eye size won't), but yeah. This is a severely discounted price from what I wanted to start charging for the bigger dolls.

2) I need me some cash for books and supplies and gas and life, so I'm thinking about selling some orignial inks and sketches. They'll be $7 (that includes $2 for shipping). It pretty just includes the inks and sketches posted here. So if there's a picture I drew that you'd like the original ink of, let me know and I'll let you know if it's available. If I get no response, I'll probably put up an auction on Furbid or something. Oh, and if you want more than one, it's $5 per sketch/ink and just tack on $2 to the total for shipping.

Alright, I don't like that one really old piece of adult work over on my new adult account ( closer) can get a billion comments, but something I worked really hard on that isn't adult in nature gets completely neglected here.

Well, to make a really long story short, I've been really busy. Essentially, I have school and homework and looking for a job, all along with a huge art block, so I haven't had much time for anything and the time I do have I'm usually too tired or depressed to do anything, so I haven't really been working on anything.

I really don't know what it is with me being at home that makes me not want to work on art. I'd like to blame Rockband, but I know that's not really it. It's probably the lack of artistic people surrounding me at all times.

My brother goes back to school on the 7th so I'm HOPING I'll get a little more inspired then once I'm alone and have nothing better to do than work on art, but we'll see. Things have been pretty hectic here for me the last month or so. I've been finishing up the semester and just trying to get my shit ready to move. I'm finally mostly packed (all my blankets are still on my bed in case I do decide to actually sleep before I have to get to the airport.

As for doll commissions, I've been thinking for a few months now (the few months it took me to complete a commission for one person) and I feel really horrible doing this, but I'm going to up prices. Including for the people I gave quotes to. Yeah, I'm an ass and all, but the amount of time and effort that goes into them just isn't worth the prices I gave to most people (some are still okay, but others are really really low for the amount of time it takes). As some of you may or may not know, for the last...three years I've had a comic, The Killing Moon.

Well, based on my current situation in life and relationships and such, I'm considering making a lot of changes. The first is to end The Killing Moon. It sucks because a lot of my crap is based around it, but whatever, I'll deal. The way the story is going right now (when this arc is over and Syd is back in the present with Chester....yeah) and there's no real way to get out of it. Plus, the way I set up the current timeline Syd would be at least five years older than me, which I don't want. She's me, I want her my age.

So anyway, I'm thinking of creating a new comic. Completely starting over with Syd. I don't have story thought out yet, but I'll figure it out. I may or may not finish the current arc on TKM, but anyway, I was wondering a few things. It would probably be similar to TKM just...starting over. More where I am right now (in college, with my current interest instead of trying to get around the last relationship while not fucking up story completely).

First, would this be too confusing? Trying to wipe away all or most of her past in order to start over (I'm doing it anyway, I just want to know what people think)?

Second, I'm trying to think of names for the new comic and have been creating a list of a few.
